Good store. Lil messy but probably lack of employees.

I went into this location on 4-1-22. I just moved into the apartments down the hill so it is convenient for me. It was my first time coming there and it will be my last. I was looking for specific things for my children’s Easter baskets, I could not find them so I looked for an employee after walking up and down several isles I finally found an older woman she was EXTREMELY rude, when I asked her if they had the item and where it would be she sighed very loudly and then mumbled under her mask I couldn’t hear her so I nicely said I’m so sorry I couldn’t hear you and she pretty much yelled it’s 2 isles over. I have told everyone how rude she was to me and how she made me feel very unwanted as a customer, it was like she was bothered by me asking her a question. I think her name was Patricia, I asked her for her name and I’m pretty sure that is what she said. Right now I do not have a car so coming to this location was convenient for me because I can walk but I would much rather pay to ride the bus to the location on boulder so I don’t have to deal with her rude attitude. I understand that it is very hard to find employees right now with everything going on but I don’t think it is ok to let employees to be so rude and disrespectful to customers just because companies are short staffed.

Terrible experience, will NEVER shop there again! Apparently walking around browsing is considered being a thief and the cashier literally kicked me out of the store and took pictures of our car, and I didn't even steal ANYTHING. WILL NEVER GIVE THIS STORE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Terrible customer service. I went to pay for something and I started taking to the lady at the cash register and instead of her talking back to me she ignored me and was talking to the other person with me. She was super rude and didn't talk to me once.

What can be said about the salt and pepper haired fellow by the name of Barry. Comprehensive skill 0. First I sounded like I didn't know how to describe what I was looking for so I said charger (however incorrect). So once I gathered my thoughts together. I said and I quote and adapter piece that connects by bluetooth. This manager tells me the only chargers we have is over here... So I noticed Barry who has taken care of me before showed total disregard for what I am asking for and will not allowe to look in a section he has let me do before being that I would usually wait til his eyes are on me to ask if I could look.Barry I could help over hear an employee be upset because management won't work with her schedule to further her education. This employee is also African American. So I put two and two together. Whoa Barry does not like Blacks coloreds truly as he has shown disregard for an African American employer and an African American neighborhood shopper...August 19, 2017
