Really happy with East Springs Vet since moving to the area in Sept/23I sent “new client emails/contact requests” to a few vets and only East Springs responded.I have 3 dogs, 2 cats.They had yet to meet my paralyzed pup, Yogi.Monday I called seeing if I could get Yogi in, as I could tell he was battling an infection and his condition makes it more critical.They got us in same morning, took really good care of Yogi and reassured me.Definitely recommend East Springs Animal hospital!

I have used East Springs hospital for so many years. I am truly impressed with how I was treated and the care given to Pixie. I just had hip replacement and Dr came to the house to put Pixie down. This was one of the best vet's I have ever been to. Dr. Holland and the clinic staff were so kind and patient with my pup! I called as soon as they opened and was able to get me in the same morning. From the time I called to check out everyone was amazing! The price for service was extremely reasonable which increased care for my dog and made the situation less stressful. The staff went above and beyond my expectations.

A skunk sprayed my pups and i didn't have a regular vet to take them to.. so I called east springs animal hospital, and they got us in same day 30 mins after talking with them! I was in a panic because my best friend was really not feeling well. My vet recommended East Springs, so I called and they were able to get him in within a few hours. Dr. Koslosky and MaryBeth took such good care of Zero. They were very calm and professional, as well as empathetic. During his surgery with Dr. Watry I received calls from a couple different techs whose names have escaped me, as well as Dr. Koslosky giving me updates. Dr. Watry also called and gave updates after the surgery. I appreciated the communication more than I can ever express. I feel really blessed to have ended up with such a great team taking care of Zero.Thank you all for taking such good care of my boy, I’m forever grateful.

I am changing my review on this veterinarian business. I will no longer be taking my dog to this vet! Today was the final straw on over charging. On one occasion when I took him to the vet, I was given an estimate by the vet tech and asked if that would be acceptable. When I refused x-rays, they did them anyway for over $200, while they had him in the back. $900 later, I was provided services I did not approve! Then, on a second occasion, I was given some incorrect information about when they charge for recheck office visits. When I called to complain I was told that it is up to the discretion of each individual veterinarian. Inconsistent pricing, keeps adding to the bill without regards to what the owner has to say! It is now up to the each individual owner to realize that this business is trying to take people for their money. I have seen more money grubbing and less compassion for our little furry friends. Shame on all of you!!!!!

My dog hadn't been to the vet in years. I felt a bit guilty, but knew it was time for her check up (long overdue). The staff and the doctor were exceptional. They greeted me and my pet like old friends. I was very comfortable with them. They treated my pet with gentle hands and warm hearts. I recommend them to everyone. Go there. They are terrific.

We have been going here for years and feel our dogs have always been well cared for. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, especially Randi and Hadley. We currently see Dr. Holland for all our vet appointments and we think he's the best. He takes the time to explain everything to us and tell us our options and he has a very caring demeanor. I am very happy with the care our dogs receive here!

I was relieved to be able to book a same-day urgent care appointment for my sick kitty. We were shown to an exam room right away, and we didn't wait long before a tech came in. The vet made her way to us when she could and gave my pet the attention she needed. I felt the exam was thorough, everything was explained to me, they offered to show me estimates before any procedure was done, and I left feeling pleased with how my pet was treated.

The staff at ESAH are great, very considerate of animals who have behavioral problems. Makes sure they are separated. Dr Morgan has been a great support and educator regarding my Great Dane who has anxiety. The doctor is very calm and approaches the dog respectful of the dog’s anxiety. Besides being a great veterinarian overall.The paws plan has helped me “prepay” for a year of preventative care so I don’t come to a visit having a $400 bill to cough up the money for. Overall my dogs and family are appreciative of ESAH!!

One challenging experience I had recently was dealing with my kitten's health issues over the past holidays. After my kitten was spayed, she developed an infection. Despite my attempts to get the vet clinic's attention for three days, I eventually took her in. Unfortunately, the initial treatment didn't improve her condition, and a week later, I had to rush her to an emergency clinic. There, they had to reopen the wound, remove infected tissue, and close it again with multiple stitches.The situation was distressing, especially during the holiday season. I had to isolate myself in a room to care for my kitten and ensure her wound healed properly, missing out on quality time with my family. It was an unexpected and costly ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I was disappointed with the East Springs veterinarian clinic's handling of the situation, despite their claims of top-notch service. Just a word of caution for others considering their services.

My 5-year old dog had 2 seizures in less than 24 hours. They got me right in & Dr Watry was wonderful. He was caring, compassionate, & explained everything. This place is always the saving grace for my family! We’ve had to go here to say goodbye to our animals a few times now and they were always so welcoming and helpful. I called with a bit of an emergency on Saturday morning. My old dog tends to be dog and people aggressive and this was her first time here. The staff were understanding and able to get her in, were able to find a med that has made her much more comfortable and kept it well within my budget (since it was unexpected and not payday yet.) My vet is closed weekends and I felt that my pup needed immediate attention on Saturday, I read their reviews and decided to call about a same day appointment. The women on the phone was so nice as I was in a bit of panic and luckily they had a cancellation. Upon arrival it was a very clean office and they took my pup back to a room right away. They were all very nice and weren't weird when asking about prices of the initial visit. Though I did have to wait a little after the appointment time, it was no big deal. They checked on us and let us know they had an emergency which was nice instead of just leaving us in the room. When the vet came in he was very pleasent and gentle with my pup. He didn't try to force any extra recommendations, he was straight to the point and we were out pretty quickly with some scripts for my pup. My whole experience was really great that I might end up switching vets all together. Highly recommend them!

I'm a very nervous pet parent, but my family has been taking animals here since we moved to the Springs in 2001. We have had good luck with their office and the different vets we've seen. Most recently, I took my cat to get her teeth cleaned. They knew of my anxious concerns and helped talk me through what the day would look like for my cat. Their quote was accurate (since there were no teeth pulled, and I trust the updated quote would have also been accurate) and we had a great experience as far as coming out of anesthesia and aftercare. I will continue to make East Springs my vet of choice in town.

I have been going to the Eastsprings animal hospital for 22 years and dealt with numerous doctors there. They have all been fantastic but my very favorite is Dr. Abby McDowell I’m going to miss her. Ill be moving from here this summer and I’m gonna miss this place don’t go to any other place. They love your animals they care for them with professionalism and care. I took my cat here to get spayed and there was so much hassle because they do not communicate with each other in the office. Her belly looks good and they did fine but just the back and forth I had to deal with makes me never want to come back here. Maybe you’ll have a better experience.

My dog and I had a great experience here. She fell very ill over night and they were able to see her the morning I called with a lower urgent care fee than most other places. Everyone was very kind from the moment we came in and the doctor explained what was wrong in a very clear way for me to understand and set me up with easy to follow meds and after care. Dr Morgan was thorough and gentle with my 2 girls during their wellness exams. He also gave me additional information on their existing health conditions that my previous veterinarian did not, which I found extremely helpful to better understand their ongoing problems and how to help them live more comfortably. Even though we weren't current clients of the practice, we were able to get my dog in the same day for an emergency situation. Everyone there was so incredibly nice, reasonable prices and great with my dog. We will now be using them as our primary vet for all of my dogs. Highly recommend!
