I have been shopping for my dog here for many years. At first I found out about them when I was trying to improve my fogs diet because he was getting older. Amanda is wonderfull. She always takes the time to talk to me and we have become pretty good friends. She truly cares qbout costumers and animals.I highly suggest going to this place because of the associates and the rewards prgram!

AMAZING selection of all the top dog food brands. Very clean and cute store the ladies were super friendly and helpful, they even gave us a vet recommendation I'm super excited for! They have some like "food bars" too, I guess like a doggie backpacking meal which seem super cool. Glad we went and checked this place out! We will definitely be going back (they also have an awesome store point program)

Great selection of all natural food and treats. Very helpful staff that seems knowledgeable about products as well. Best part is there is never a huge crowd. A few people at the most in the store which makes it nice to get help if needed and makes checkout fast.

Today was my first time in the store and I'm so glad we went in. The lady there was so super nice and very helpful. We didn't buy all that i wanted but i will be back this weekend to get what she recommended. We did buy a little cbd honey stick. Which is working. I really love this store. Definitely will be back.

This place and their staff have done wonders for my dog. A rescue pup who used to be anxious about going to pet stores, now he drags me into the store on our weekly trip. Justin, Amanda, and Cassidy are by far the most amazing employees I’ve experienced in this industry. Not only are they amazing with my dogs, they are highly knowledgeable about their products, and pet care in general. Although this isn’t the cheapest pet store or the closest one to me, the service alone makes it the only place I will go, although their selection is pretty amazing and the prices pretty competitive. Thank you to you guys for helping enrich the lives of my babies Jude and Rigby, and making it a place we all look forward to going to all week.

This place is nothing less than amazing, the staff is always so helpful to help me find specific foods (my pupper is allergic to everything) this is the only place I’ve found food she can eat without any issues or ingredients she’s allergic to. I’ve even been able to find treats she can enjoy without worrying about a reaction. Hands down the best pet store in town.

The staff at Bentley's are amazing! Our first stop in at this location was within the first month of them opening (which was our first visit ever) and we were just looking to see what they had. The employee engaged us as soon as we walked in, and let us know to ask him any questions we had.As we browsed the dog food, we were not so quietly talking about how frustrating our dogs are with food and how annoying it was to switch their food every 2 months or so as they become bored with their food. The employee asked us about the dogs, their ages, their breed, and preferences and suggested we try the Zignature brand dog food, as the formula between flavors is the exact same, and the only difference was the protein.At the time, my older dog was having some digestive issues with loose stools and periodic vomiting.

We always go to them first because we know we'll get honest advice with our pets' best interest at heart even if they have to send us to another business. The staff is wonderful, friendly and so knowledgeable. They don't carry anything that isn't healthy for your animal. And they carry local items as well. My husband and I enjoy dropping in to see what new items they have and hear stories about their own animals and ones that have visited the store. Highly recommend.

Brandie gave horrible customer service. While I was working an InstaCart I walk in the store for the first time ever without even being greeted. I proceed to ask Miss Brandie where an item is and she gives an answer with a huff and goes back to her computer tapping. I proceeded to walk around the store confused looking for a particular item for a few minutes, but I’m never asked if I need help, and I was too uncomfortable to even ask for help again after how off putting her attitude was. Great products, but maybe needs some workers who are actually excited to see customers...

It you have an animal and you want them to be healthy you need to shop here!!! The staff goes above and beyond to help you and will even research things for you. The CBD honey for my dog is working wonders. So impressed I tell everyone this is the sprouts for dogs and cats!!
