OMGI have never seen a Dollar tree in such horrible horrible condition. This store was so empty, messy, dirty, disorganized, neglected. I seriously do not know how the company even can call this store a location worth keeping open.The pics say it all

This place is ourvfamily go to for party items, sometimes they seem a little under staffed but I give the staff kudos for doing their best. They always seem to have what we need. Thank you and Keep up the Good Works!

I recently visited Dollar Tree with the intention of purchasing dog food and spray paint, but to my disappointment, they didn't have either of these items in stock.I found it surprising that a store like Dollar Tree, known for its wide range of products, did not carry essential items like dog food. It is reasonable to expect a variety of pet supplies in a store of this nature. Additionally, the absence of spray paint, a commonly sought-after item for various projects, was unexpected and inconvenient.While I understand that inventory availability can vary, it was disappointing to find both items missing during my visit. It looks as if they don’t even carry those items.On a positive note, the store staff were friendly and attentive. Although they were unable to fulfill my specific needs, they were polite and tried to assist me with alternative suggestions. I appreciate their effort in making the best of the situation.

This Dollar Tree is my favorite! Stephanie and Deb are the best, very helpful, polite, and caring. I try to stop in once a week to buy my goodies and I always leave happy because of them. Thank you!

I went for some moyk they didn't have any moyk I was seriously looking for a call on of moyk and I found no moyk I was lost looking for the moyk ended up finding some used moyk at another dollar tree but thanks I now am happy with my mouk order

Went there and the register i went too. Had went down. I guess. I say i guess. Because the lady checking me out. Just sat there and stared at me. I finally had to ask if she was waiting on me. She said no the register is down. She was very rude. She was the lady with the cast on her wrist. My grandson tried talking to her and she ignored him. The other lady was very nice. Kept apologizing to me. Witch made it better. If it wasn't for the other lady. I probably would of said something and left. I dont know if the one with the cast was on meds or something but she was rude and not there. Idk where she was but at work wasnt it. Her coworker tried talking with her and she acted like she was bugging her. Just very unpleasant person.

The prices have now gone up and the quality has dropped drastically. I don't mind that the prices had to go up, they couldn't be $1 forever, but I do mind that you're now paying more and getting far less. The amounts/sizes/portions are half of what they used to be for many items. I like many of the employees there and they do a pretty good job trying to keep the store stocked now. I'm just unhappy with the corporation in general now so I don't go as often anymore. I used to go four to five times a week. Now, I go once a month if that. If you do the math, you get a better deal and much higher quality buying from the market and such. That's really disappointing. I no longer feel like I get a bargain when I shop there. Now, I question my purchases.

Had a bit of everything! Lots and lots of crafting stuff. Got 7 movies each 1.25. Got as usual a full cart for only 40 bux and bought one $5.00 item. I got to also use my snap card for food items.

If I could give - stars, I would! Store is disgusting, the carpet is stained with who knows what, it's green but black in lots of places from filth. Bathroom filthy. The store is always a mess and disorganized! Empty shelves. Plenty of other Dollar Tree stores in town, I don't ever need to go here again!! Wouldn't be surprised if COVID started here!!! 😁

Beatrice was so sweet. I went to 4 different stores and called a few asking for the Hello Kitty wrapping paper I buy from Dollar Tree every year and one guy even answered and said "no idea and I'm not going to go look" ... but when I called this Dollar Tree Beatrice answered and immediately said "let me go check" and ran and found some and saved them for me by her register. She didn't know I went to and called a bunch of store before this one and she was so nice and happy to help. She pulled every Hello Kitty wrapping paper she found and saved them for me. & I bought them! Thanks again Beatrice, I appreciate you so much. We will remain customers to this Dollar Tree 🌳

Found everything I needed and my cashier was very friendly. Just one problem...the other cashier or mgr, not sure was talking really loud to a customer trying to explain her experience and the cashier was very loud. Both wanting to be right. It was disturbing. She could have taken customer to office or talk alot lower.

They had what I needed; nice staff...store is slightly untidy; however, it's not a reflection on anyone... still a quick, pleasant visit. I'd return if and when necessary. Happy to have these convenient dollar stores!

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees in southeast Colorado Springs. The staff here is outstanding. They will double bag your groceries, check/tighten the twist-on spray container caps and will assist you in any way necessary. During the COVID-19 quarantine, they worked their tails to keep the store stocked and cleaned as best as they could.

I went there around 11am today and felt uneasy knowing the worker checking customers out had her mask hanging off of one ear the whole visit. That is technically illegal right now for essential workers in stores as of 6 days ago. It shows lack of respect and safety for the public and there are heavy fines as well.

Always kind and friendly unlike the rude ladies at Hancock store and always is way more stocked than the one on Hancock and academy. Best dollar tree in the springs if you ask me 👍👍

This is the typical dollar store. They have a lot of merchandise for a buck. The store often has to be restocked and often has a cart of 2 if new items about to hit the shelves. The staff seem to have to keep the shelves stocked AND run a register. Lines are shorter than wally world and most of the stuff is a bargain at $1.00.

The store is great but the lady who checked me out was very rude and was really nasty to my 4 year old son. I will never be back to this location because of that, and to the other customers that came out and talked to me thank you for making my son happy. They also said they would never be returning very bad experience.

Place is ok one female mgr. There is not friendly nor did she seem very knowledgeable of her store or products. Have had better service with mgrs. However cashier(Tom) was polite and helpful.

The good thing about dollar tree is that they're cheap, $1.25. The bad thing is that I overspend. I walked in the get a pair of reading glasses and a pair of scissors. I spent $18.

I'm a regular shopper there since it's close by. Almost all of the women there are down right out rude to most of the customers and at the end of a holiday I've seen them destroy the merchandise instead of putting it on sale.The last 20+ times I've gone, one of the front doors were broken and replaced with wood instead of taken care of right away.It a pears to be the owner/management or who ever is in charge doesn't care much about the store or the staff or they would act nicer.

Great dollar store in the middle of the neighborhood. It's an easy in-and-out process. And I've yet to have to wait too long when trying to check out. The store hours are wide and clean and always well stocked.
