Love this place: it is the end all be all when it comes to self service pet baths in the Springs. Much more affordable than WagNWash.They have 2 bath options a normal bath that elevates for ease of reach with dryer. This option was $13 for 30 minutes which is plenty.There is also the futuristic option that looks like a space ship that mixes the soap into the water automatically and also has a flea bath option and a dryer. The water pressure is slightly lower and the dryer is less powerful. This option was $15 for just 15 minutes, you can pause the timer as needed. The automatic mixing of soap speeds things up a bit so you're not as rushed as you might expect but you're definitely fighting the clock.Prices on general pet supplies are really good and are comparable to the big box pet stores. The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable about what items are in stock.

This place... seriously. Walk though their door and you will get to hang out with some of the coolest and most generous folks on this planet (trust me, I've been around) *insert you amateur joke here*I never read labels at Bon Pet Supply. They carry products they trust, which, in turn, i do as well.If you live within 10 miles of Bon Shopping Center and you save $2 ordering your pet food online so Bezos can shoot another penile projectile into space... well, go right ahead...but seriously, shame on you ; .)(Rabbit, Guinea Pigs, Budgie, Finches, Goldfish, Beta, and a neighborhood of wild birds... I feel fairly qualified to recommend)

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’m so happy it exists! The team is always very knowledgeable and helpful, the prices are extremely fair and the brands they carry are great. Misty is a pet nutritionist and has been super helpful making recommendations and keeping me up to date on ingredient changes etc. I also really love their program where you can get a free bag once you buy enough. Seriously can’t recommend bon pet more!

I absolutely love this pet store! Way cheaper than any big corporations. Everytime I come in they are super friendly and help me with any needs. They also have great discounts available and a wide variety. The lady with the short brown hair always helps me and is so nice!

We had the best experience with this store. We were in town for a weekend camping trip and our dog, Suzie, decided she didn't want to eat her food. We usually purchase Boreal from our local KC pet store, but it's hard to come by elsewhere. I went in told them our situation and they looked up the ingredients to find the best replacement for her that they sell. They were so kind and accommodating. Suzie loved the food and we loved their enthusiasm!

This place is great! The staff are all super helpful and will consult with you to find the right food, treats, whatever you need for your pet. The food they sell isn't big brand name. They seem to be more crafted and catered to specific pet needs, higher quality food. Big bonus is if you buy the same bag of food a certain amount of times, you get a free bag (depending on the brand). They have all the treats you could possibly need. And there's even a little dog wash section should you need. Stop going to big box stores for your pet and start coming here!

I like this place a lot it's a local business they only carry higher quality dog food at a really fair price, if you buy 12 cans of wet dog food all the same brand the 12th can is free and if you shop at the Safeway they are connected too there is a $10 off coupon on the back of the Safeway receipt for the pet store as well tha they let you combine with the 12 can free discount which is nice when buying dry and wet dog food at same time, highly recommended this place

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years since Amanda was the first manager. I LOVE Taylor and her enthusiasm. But today, Brennan successfully alienated me from this store forever. I will not patronize Bon Pet Supply in the future. My money (a significant annual amount) will be directed elsewhere.

After having purchased numerous bags of expensive Orijen cat food at this store, along with dog and cat toys and treats, Bon Pet Supply refused to allow me to return a cat collar which began fraying almost immediately. The unfriendly young woman I dealt with told me that the collar was "damaged" and therefore not returnable. It was "damaged" because it was defective. Had I been doing business with Petco, I believe I could have returned the collar. This is not good customer service for a loyal customer. I'll be buying the rest of my expensive cat food and supplies elsewhere.

They always have the rabbit food and hay I have a hard time finding in stock in a store anywhere. I usually bought the pellets online. Unfortunately, it is a few dollars more than online but in a pinch and due to convenience I still buy here instead. Good customer service as well.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of pet foods and treats are top notch. It is nice to have a local pet store that dosen't sell all of the cheap products the big box stores carry. They really care about your pets.

I have always had lab mix rescue dogs who ate anything. But when I rescued a small Terrier mix He wasn’t eating. The staff at Bon helped me with different samples of food finally finding the right one. There knowledge of dogs, dog food , and even giving me insight on rescue dogs was invaluable.I would highly recommend Bon Pet Store for all pet owners.

The selection of food is great, prices are very competitive. Family small business vibe and upon walking in you are met with a helpful and friendly employees. They also sell pet toys and accessories. After receiving fake food ordered from a large online retailer that severely damaged my dogs health I now only buy from bons. I would HIGHLY recommend this store! The dogs are happy!

I've been coming here since I got my first dog 2 years ago and will not go anywhere else. They have the largest selection of chewies and treats without outrageous cost like other pet stores. I also get Dracos CBD from here as well and it works great. I love supporting small local businesses and it is nice to see they do as well. Most of their pet food is organic and produced locally in Colorado. On Saturdays sometimes they will have their vendors set up tents and let your pet try some free samples my dog loves that! He even got a couple of free toys over the years. The staff will always greet you when you walk in and they are extremely helpful. If you spoil your pet, this is the only place you should shop! Definitely recommend!

This is my local,go to,pet supply stop. Not only is it close to me, but the staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They can answer any questions I have about my new kitten as well as our Australian Shepherd. I won't go anywhere else!!! Love to support our local businesses.
