Margaret was wonderful. I misplaced my work receipt a month ago and with her, she found it and all good. Always appreciate employees who can take a task and get er done. Margaret is the Assistant Manager at the Constititution location. Not sure how long she's been in the position, yet, her attitude and customer service skills are not overlooked by this customer. We love shopping our our local Big R. Keep up the great work everyone.

I went in for just a vaccine and was able to walk about with food for our new pup, and her dog tag and a wealth of knowledge! Dalton at this location helped me with my purchase today and he has one of the kindest hearts! Thank you Dalton for all your help today!

Clean store. Found everything I needed. Plenty of selection of various things from livestock feed to clothes. And, I'm always asked if I need help out. That alone means the world to me since sometimes I do need help. Highly recommend.

Something weird going on here. Came for propane exchange. Brought the bottle to the cage, walked inside to pay.Four or five young girls standing at counter, one checked me out…. Waited over 15 minutes for the older guy who was trying to close up the whole parking lot thing they have set up because not one of those girls could walk outside and open the cage.Eventually an older woman came over, who also called the old guy to do it.If I can work outside all day, and that old guy can be out there for extended periods of time, one of those SIX women could’ve opened that propane cage.

Loved this store! It is large, clean and well stocked. Has all the things one woukd expect from a farm and ranch store, plus hardware, western wear-type clothing, pet supplies and much more. We were reallt impressed ay how nice this store was compared to other Big R stores we've been in.

I lived in Falcon for 7 years and I never had a bad customer service experience. I consistently visited the Falcon location for 7 years.I called the Constitution location the night before I arrived in Colorado Springs because the Constitution branch was the closest location to my destination. I called 8 hours before I arrived to verify that the part that I needed was in stock. They kept me on hold for 22 minutes. The operator asked me three times whom I was holding for. Then, the department manager asked me what I was looking for and then put me on hold again to look for the part. Then, the operator asked me again whom I was holding for. The department manager then got back on the phone and said that he did not know what I was talking about. I never received a resolution to my question. I simply wanted to know if a yoke for my brush hog was in stock. I drove 10 hours to Colorado Springs to mow the grass at my facility in Colorado Springs.I walked in the door the next morning at 8 a.m. and the staff was having a meeting at the front door. The store manager was talking and did not look in my direction to help nor did any other team member. I stopped and stated to the group, "I am sorry to interrupt, but I called last night about a part that I needed. Will someone help me?"No one looked away from the rambling store manager.I walked to the back of the store to look for the part that I had called about the day before. All the employees stayed to listen to the store manager for another 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I'm trying to find the part by myself I went and looked for the department manager and he said they did not have the part. He said that they did not stock them and that they have never stocked them. I asked him if he was familiar with the part at I was requesting. He said yes. He did not even attempt to take me to the aisle that the part was located at. He simply referred me to Tractor Supply in Monument. He did not even know the name of the location he called it tractor world. I had to Google it to determine the name of the business.I drove to the Falcons store and they had the part that I needed in stock and the store manager said that this store should have had the same part in stock. They all stock the same parts.

We came here to check out the garden supplies. We didnt find as much as we thought we would, but what we found was extremely affordable. The store is very nice and the clothes here are very nice as well, I personally like the bargain barn of clothes! We walked away with some of the Amish food in the front of the store and the customer service wasn't bad, except for when we were greeted they didn't ask if we needed any help.

Glad we stopped at this location. They had a lot of sale items but we were looking for a holster. We took the holster home to see if it fit however it did. Big are was quick to credit back the item. Thanks for excellent customer service.

Saw at least 5 employees, 3 being managers, not one spoke to me nor asked if I was doing ok. One manager walked by me 4 times not a word along with giving a dirty look. I didn't feel welcome. If tractor supply was closer to town I would much rather go there

Everytime I come here the yard guys always go way over and beyond their duties . I had no clue my tire was flat. He told me. I am always impressed. Big r is always a big help. Yard guys rock!

We love Big R. First, chicks...I mean even if you do nothing but come in and oogle the baby cheep cheeps then it's a good day. HOWEVER, they have just about everything you need. Great selection of dog food, bee keeping stuff and even jeans for my daughter who is a size 0 but a 34 inseam. The staff is almost always super friendly. And giant licorice. I mean seriously, it makes car line so much better.

Hate this store. Ive bought 2 chainsaws from here and both broke on the first use. Then they charge you 85 a hour to fix them. Never ever ever go to this store. Worst rude customer service ever.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had. The only reason I put one star is because it wouldn't let me leave ZERO. The rudest staff I have ever TRIED to get help from. One associate in particular, Berna Jo was absolutely the worst. She even got in my grand daughter's face. The store assistant manger was NO help. Customer service is non-existent at this store.

I used to recommend Big R for everything from the clothes for my babies and my husband to the tools and all the feed for our animals, however that all changed today. I walked into the store per usual and walked to the clothes to get a new pair of work pants for my husband all while on the phone with him. Upon walking in a woman begins to follow me to the clothes and finally gets close enough to start yelling “miss” at me. I turn around and ask “yes” I’m which she begins to explain I’m not allowed to have my “big bag” in the store. My big bag is my Michael Kors purse that I take everywhere with me that keeps important meds as well as my wallet for shopping. She proceeds to tell me I need to leave and put my purse in my car or at the desk with her staff. As if I’m really going to leave it there. At this point I start to walk out as she is still following me as if I’m going to steal something. All of this would have been semi okay had I not noticed every single woman in the store had a purse the size of mine, some even bigger and one had a full on backpack walking around. I’m not one make a big deal of things but the fact I’m some small Mexican girl with piercings and covered in tattoos really seems to be the driving force behind why she so willfully followed me in and out of the store but gave no mind to the non Hispanic woman with a backpack or purse down the same aisles. Super disappointed in the management at Big R, I’ll definitely never go there again knowing what poor training their management is given on basic stereotyping policies.

Security guard was threatening to my wife and children when he went to stop them from playing on a tractor. I understand maintaining a safe environment and i’m sure my kids needed correction (even though my wife was right there) but to be threatening to customers and not be able to ask nicely or be even mildly pleasant is unforgivable. i’ll never be back.

I honestly have never been treated so horrible in all of my years of shopping. I agree with the other post listed below that ALL of the girls that work there have attitude problems, and are extremely RUDE!. One employee even made the comment to me about how frustrated she is at the mess that customers leave in her department. She said, " it's like people think we're here just to pick up after them! I hate this!" She said to me as she put some boots back on the rack. Wow . What a wonderful way to greet a customer, right after answering a question for me. It couldn't be more obvious that she hates her job, and would rather be anywhere but there! Shopping should be an enjoyable experience, especially in a store that is NOT cheap. The cheapest jeans I was going to buy were $85, and I had multiple pairs picked out, along with clothes for my kids. I'm guessing because I wasn't dressed a certain way, all of the ignorant employees assumed I had no money, and that I was merely a waste of time. I heard multiple employees whispering, and talking about me, giving the impression to me and other employees that I needed to be watched the entire time I was in the store. There is nothing more humiliating than having every employee watching my every move, all while whispering, and making little side remarks. Too bad my kids love to shop here, and in the past I've spent a lot of money on toys, and clothes for our family. However, I will never shop at another Big R store again. I will also make sure to tell all of my clients what horrific customer service I was given today, in hopes that this store loses a lot more than just my business.

My wife purchased her first firearm here! Bill helped us find the right fit and style, he was very helpful & informative!! We went back a couple weeks later to purchase it (Walther PK380), we dealt with Steve who was also great and friendly. Would recommend this store and those two gentleman to anyone I know looking for a new firearm! Thanks guys!

Very rude and unhelpful staff. I said high to a cashier when I walked in and was met with silence and an eye roll. Very likely had to do with the fact I was the only one in the store wearing a face mask. The guys behind the gun counter totally ignored me when I was at the counter. Much more interested in their own personal conversation. People really talked this place up. Not a good first impression of Big R for me at all.

I went in here about a month ago. (Sorry I’ve had the rest of this review on my note pad since then but have just been busy). I was looking for an item I saw online that said it was in the store, after looking around for about 10 minutes an employee asked if they could help. Upon seeing the product they looked it up and was able to get me to the location that did have it. As well as giving me the fastest directions to said store. They even called ahead for me to ensure they had it. While most businesses will just give you the address and you could drive just for the online directory to be not updated. Above and beyond for this store thank you.

I used to love coming here, staff was always friendly and seemed to have knowledge on products they sold but on today’s visit 7/25/21, I sat looking at the boot section for almost an hour while employees sat and talked with each other. When an employee finally came around she helped one person and tried to hurry back to doing nothing with another employee. The boot selection was sparse and I understand why but when you have multiple people standing there needing help you don’t just help one and hurry TF off. I’ll drive to fountain or falcon before I go back to this store. It’s a shame because I had close to $500 worth of boots alone not to mention the other stuff I needed. Sad thing is nothing will be done about this.. nothing will change.

I cant speak for the ranching or farm supplies, but we shop here frequently for dog food, treats, auto parts, tools etc. and have always found the staff helpful and friendly. The clothing prices are a bit outrageous for what they are, so I avoid looking at the clothing section when possible. We also take advantage of the vaccination clinics for dogs and cats which is one of my favorite services of theirs. It's far cheaper than going to the vet for routine care.

Extremely rude workers . None of them are pleasant at all. My husband and I walked in and one girl said " hey" ..... very unprofessional. And this store clearly only caters to white people. We are a Hispanic and African American military family . They acted like we certainly didn't belong in that store. We cant have pet chickens ? Horrible. Wouldn't give big R another dime! Only spend $50 because we needed feed. I'll take the 30 min drive to tractor supply .

Will never shop here again. My fiancee and I came in today to look at pants. We stopped by the boots an then looked at there pants. Didn't have what we wanted. So we left. We were confronted out front and accused of stealing the boots we wore into the store. We feel like we were profiled do to his race. Funny part is the boots he had on they don't even carry. So I would like to leave no stars but you have to pick one to write a review. We will be informing friends an family not to shop with big r any longer.

This place was absolutely horrible! If you have a different skin color please be prepared to be accused of wanting to steal! My husband had his laptop with him in a laptop backpack and the cashier proceeded to accuse him of wanting to steal stuff. How offended I am on top of that it was Father's day and my son was with us. Well they lost out on some $$$ because I was ready to spend!!! Don't go here!!!

The store is great. I have chickens and they have lots of selection of standard supplies. I really appreciated that about the store, as well as location. I was let down by their clothing options. I bought 2 jackets that were way overpriced. My husband thought they were a little too country... and when I tried to return them (with receipt, a week later), they refused to take them back. So, I would say, get supplies there, but not clothes.
