I began looking for a new pet groomer because I just moved in the area. My Shitzu looked so fresh, clean and smelling nice! I showed the groomer a photo of Loouchy after getting him groomed at a previous place and she gave him the same! She took her time and I’m sooooo happy about the results! This will be our favorite groomer!

Quick efficient intake process and excellent groom for my 4 dogs. They were happy and relaxed when I picked them up, a first for us. Usually they are spastic by the end of a groom, but the amazing ladies at Annie’s really kept them relaxed and interested. The flowers and ties they had on when I got them were adorable and really made my day. Best grooming experience we’ve had in years! Quality work for a fraction of the price (they could easily charge 2 or 3 times for the quality they provide). Can’t endorse them enough! 10/10 the best place to come for a nail trim, bath, hair cut, or the whole grooming enchilada.

My rescue Samoyed hasn’t had the best luck with groomers and had a decent amount of compacted fur. I decided to try out Annie’s and I am sooooo glad I did!! Not only did they take the time to make sure he was comfortable, but when I picked him up, he was the cleanest and the most well groomed he has ever been!! They got rid of all the loose/dead fur and trimmed him up expertly.This is the absolute best grooming experience I’ve ever had!!Everyone there was extremely sweet and comforting to my fur baby!If I wasn’t moving, I would use them for life!Thank you so much Annie’s!!

I sent my dog here for a cut, nails, sanitary cut, and bath. Honestly, he needed the works. I've been sick, so I sent a specific note on what to do. I specifically asked for nothing with perfume in it. I asked for his ears to be trimmed so they stay a little long as well.as his tail. What they did was trim his ears really short. Gave him a bath with perfumed shampoo. Which has made me really sick. No sanitary cut. I asked for him to be deshedded and my husband was covered in his fur when he got to the car. They never even shaved his body. When I called they said they would charge me more to fix anything. Honestly the worst cut he has ever had. I will never take him back here.

I can’t say enough nice things about this establishment! My dog sassy is 13 years old. She goes to Dominique who is patient, loving, and kind. I’ve been using Annies for a year and a half now the staff is friendly, especially the owner, when you come in the prices are so reasonable… So please TIP your groomer’s they need to survive as well. they are part of the tipping world, and I know it’s personal choice, they do such a fantastic job!!! thank you for being in our community. We have brought both our Malamute Mix and shorthaired German Shepard to Annie's and have been very grateful for their hard work. Our Malamute struggles to be crated and they have always been so great with him. Even going as far to call as they are almost done so we can come get him right away.Additionally, they have provided great hair trims and deshedding baths to both dogs and they come home looking amazing.Also, look at the absolutely adorable accessories they put on them to come home today! <3

Great place! does great work on my girls, always coming home looking so cute and clean. The price is relatively reasonable for taking my 4 girls at a time with super cheap nails trims. The lady with piercings does a great job always like seeing her there. Totally recommend this lil place. The employees are very helpful depending on who’s there.<3

Polite and friendly staff. We were able to bring my Mom's dog for a nail clip on a walk-in basis. Our dog is a bit excitableand nervous. Your staff treated her with care. Very clean and well maintained establishment with reasonable prices.

My German shepherd is very fearful & overly attached to me, does NOT like strangers or random people petting/touching him. He LOVES coming here. They are the best dog groomers ever, he always comes home so relaxed and happy and looks great! Highly recommend.

My experience with Annie's Pet Salon was amazing!!! My fur-baby still smells incredible after a week. Annie, the owner, groomed my Pomeranian that has neurological issues where he keeps going in circles. She did a wonderful job on him. I was even surprised that she would groom him again in the near future. Will come back and I would totally recommend this business.

Love love love Annie’s!!! I have a somewhat reactive Yorkie who is not simple to groom. They always do incredible. They genuinely care & work extremely hard regardless of staffing issues. He is always ready on time & they are so professional. They genuinely care about the dogs that walk in and they do grooming the best around here. The prices are too good!! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is and the workers within it!

Dominic is the only groomer in town who can handle my dog. She is patient and kind with him and he always looks so good when she’s done. Plus I like her. 🙂 the staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. I’ve been going for years and I won’t leave.

They always do an amazing job. We have brought in fairly large dogs with tons of hair (husky, Australian shepherd, golden retriever, etc.), and they always come out looking and smelling beautiful. Best of all, every trip after their first, the pups are always excited when they realize where we are taking them. No stress, just eagerness to get inside, which says to me that the groomers at Annie's really know how to put the dogs at ease and make sure they can even enjoy a bit of a spa day

Tizzy was suppose to come in at 9AM and left for at least 4 hours. when we called to pick her up at 1:30PM they had not even began to do her and said 1 1/2 hours. When we picked her up she looked awful. both sides of her face were different lengths, choppy cut,tail not trimmed, eyes not cleaned and she smelled like the perfume was hiding a dirty dog

I was in from out of town for my wedding. My regular groomer cancelled on me the day before and my dog Ember was to be in my ceremony. She's a chow chow so it was really important to us that she was looking her best especially on our important day. I called and at first was told booked until mid July (this was June 16), after explaining my situation thankfully they were able to squeeze her in for a sanitary trim and wash. My GPS messed up and I was 20 minutes late, they were completely understanding and patient with me. I cannot thank Raul enough for not only the amazing job he did on the groom for our dog but the outstanding service. He shook my hand as I dropped her off and before I left. He went above and beyond and would recommend to anybody.

HORRIBLE experience and poor customer service. I definitely would not recommend this place. Dropped off my fur baby (short haired medium size dog) at 10am for a grooming appointment I’d made for him a week in advance. Called at 1:30pm to check on his status since I was about to leave work and the weather was getting bad and they said he would be on the table soon and should be done by 2:30pm. Was a bit perplexed as to why he wasn’t on the table yet considering it had been 3.5 hours but I didn’t question it and said okay. I pull up at 2:50pm and call them again and much to my surprise, he STILL was not even on the table yet! The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and nonchalant, basically offering an excuse they had “bad dogs all day that slowed them down and they tell every owner to expect a 4-5 hour wait,” however, my thing is, by then, it was 5 hours. So, how many extra hours was I supposed to be waiting in my snow covered car outside until my dog was able to be seen? When he had an APPOINTMENT scheduled at 10am and it’s now pushing 3pm and they still hadn’t even started trimming or brushing him yet… I told her not to worry about it and that I would be coming inside to get my dog and she said “okay, that’s fine” with an attitude and hung up? As if I did something? I’m sorry, I just would’ve thought five hours would be enough time to even START on my dog… so yeah. I went in there and picked him up and another lady tried to charge me $55 and I literally said, “I’m sorry, what would I be paying for considering my dog isn’t even done?” Then she said “ohhh…. Sorry….”Yep. So I will have to find another groomer since this place failed to complete the job, and failed to even seem to care. Seriously guys, this place is not worth the headache whatsoever. I’d rather pay extra for good customer service and a timely appointment than pay cheap for a horrid experience that was a complete waste of my time.

I've taken cats there to get groomed, cats that aren't particularly happy about being groomed. I watched them handle it, and they did so professionally and gently. They even managed to give my wigglybutt cat a stego cut.They also groom rescue cats from Wild Blue Cats for free!
