Popped in while traveling as a result of a Google search, l love Ace and the small town ones are simply the best.The store was staffed by the friendliest folks and stuffed to the gills with inventory.I had no trouble finding all sorts of things l didn't need but bought anyway.I really enjoyed my visit at Greenhorn Valley Ace. The staff was simply delightful. Great customer service is so refreshing in the post pandemic world with too many people simply being warm bodies collecting a check.I'd highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Mix bag. Very well stocked, floor help very helpful. Returns can be a nightmare, I often go to Pueblo, instead becuase of this reason.. Friendly to people they know. Since they are a small business operation, they could provide plastic bags, however they chose not to in order to save a penny. Glad they are in valley, even though mix bag.

At Robb Ranch we have relied on Greenhorn Valley Ace Hardware since well before it was even an Ace Hardware! Most recently, our local Ace came through, again and on deadline at a critical, important moment as we upgrade the outdoor entertaining space at the Wet Mountains Getaway at Robb Ranch for visitors. Greenhorn Valley Ace goes way above and beyond in living up to its name as a local one-stop shop for any hardware or related need. They are clearly "ace" -- exceeding that definition as adept, topnotch, tops, expert and more! Their service is fast and friendly and their owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is also at the very center of, a gathering place for our Rye and Colorado City community.

Fabulous place to shop, friendly and very helpfull. Recently doubled floor space. This is where I refill my propane tanks. Great prices and very helpfull. They will help resolve your project and/or order something not in stocks. I don't have to go to Pueblo anymore.

We went there for a problem with an RV battery. The staff member tested, found it not operational and set us up with a new one. The service was extremely excellent. I highly recommend this store.

Stopped by on a motorcycle ride to get a bolt to fix a helmet. Had a great conversation with the cashiers about the town. Knowledgeable and friendly. Made a quick stop a good time.

They’re a bit pricey but if you live in this area they have most of anything you need for most varieties of projects. Nice staff and most of them are highly knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and it’s worth the extra price because driving into Pueblo is a nightmare and costly wear and tear on your vehicle as well as gas.

We live in a mobile tiny house and were in Colorado City for over two months to visit family and help some friends who are building their mobile tiny house. When you build a one-off trailer like ours, much of the work is unique to that home. Any time we went to Greenhorn Valley Ace with whatever project we were working on that day, they were anxious to help and knowledgeable about the systems required within a home to make it functional. I am mobility impaired so my wife asked a staff member to come outside to my truck to discuss my needs. Then they would bring possible solutions out to me for consideration. That is service above and beyond....I have nothing but respect for them.

I have nothing but gratitude and respect for this family run business. They are friendly and always knowledgeable about what they offer in their store. Prices are competitive and unlike these other big stores they have excellent service that allows you to buy even riding lawnmowers for a competitive price and they fix it locally. I buy all my stuff from them.

They are a family owned store. Very personal and go beyond measure to help. The store is clean and very well stocked with hardware supplies bird and some animal feed. They also have a specialty in laser cut metal signs, decorative signs and neat gift ideas.

Talk about a racist place this is it I can't believe Ace let's u put your name on the building.i went in for propane waited 20 min and still nothing was told he was with a customer, went nextdoor to outdoor building and was shadowed by a lil punk was not greeted when I walked in was not told how much my order was was not told thank u bunch of punk kids...no customer no sales no sales no job .bet I won't be back or anyone else I can tell.worst Ace ever

Greenhorn Valley ACE hardware is a family oriented store. An amazing selection of most everything to keep the community going! From paint to plumbing, pet supplies, lumber, hardware and more!! Whew that keeps me happy! Plus the main cast of smiling employees are always ready to answer questions help you find items and load your purchases. I enjoy this place the people are great friends and they always tend to have the part I need!!

This is the same hardware store, staffed by the same great people that has been in the Greenhorn Valley for decades!! It appears to be only a name change without any change in the willingness to assist both homeowners and professional workers. I have been coming here for over twenty years and will continue as long as I live here. They are the folks you want to ask about any problems you're having trying to work on any aspect of your house. They ARE problem solvers of the first order!! I was impressed with their ability to provide an EXACT color match from a small paint chip!!

Everytime I go into this Ace hardware. All there employees are so friendly and helpful. I have never gone into this Ace and have had a bad experience. I wish that other hardware stores would go into this store and take notes on how to treat customers. I also want to say thank you for what this store does for the community.

Worst place I ever went your out door store,the little white boy followed me around like he was my shopping 🛒 the main store made me wait 20 min for propane and I still didn't get it ,he was bizzy with another customer.. shame on u Ace
