The staff is very friendly and very accommodating, I found it to be very pet and kid friendly. Also very scenic with great prices. Definitely suggest staying here, from friendly Jesus with a mustache checking you in, to the staff stopping their cleaning just to walk to the very farthest room to let you into your room after forgetting your coffee. 5 stars

This pet-friendly motel was easy to access off the freeway and that was the main reason I stopped at the end of March. However, the main reason I came back two and a half weeks later, after a long road trip to from NM to Upper MI, was the service, and the amazingly friendly family who runs the place. Everyone pitches in to help, and I couldn't ask for more friendly folks to stay with. The rooms could use a little bit of a spruce (stained lampshade in one room, and stained chair in another), but nothing about them was unclean or warranted complaint. John, the person who runs the show is extremely accommodating. My dog, Hank, and I also appreciated the safe places to walk both on motel grounds and nearby. We will definitely be back. Thank you John and family.

Our room smelled like smoke. We went to the store and bought some spray. The people working there were walking around barefoot. Breakfast was OK. They didn't have individual butters for toast or waffles. It was a giant tub of Country Crock that everyone had to use. The people were friendly just seemed unprofessional. And the wifi password didn't work.Nearby activities: 2 great restaurants nearby. High Octane and Three Sisters.

Beautiful mountain views. This place as the sweetest staff I have ever meet. Our rooms (4 for 4 nights) where all clean and smelled great. The beds are extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. Our room was room serviced every day just like I asked for it to be. The flavored waffle batter in the morning for breakfast was very tasty and it was nice to see a different flavor on our second morning. I loved this hotel and will definitely be making this my new stop every time I come though here because they hotels in Pueblo can not compare to safety or cleanness of this hotel. I want to give Ruth (the manager) a big shout out. She is so sweet and caring but also a great manager. She was available every time i asked to talk to her about arrangements for the event we were attending. She also was walking around every day during our stay, that is nice to see because if a manager is this involved with everything you know she cares and will make sure she takes care of the place. Every time I talked to her, she was such a delight and you can just tell how much she cares about that hotel. We will be back over and over again.

This place is interesting. It is ok for one night... The staff is what made this hotel acceptable.Otherwise it needs some work. For example, we had NO HOT water. It was 11* outside. We let the water run for 2 hours to get it to warm up, both sink and shower; to no avail! The towels were stained and discolored. There was dirt and trash on bathroom floor; AND I wouldn'twalk around barefoot! The bathroom fan never turned off. There was no toilet roll holder so paper got wet by the sink. Very light blankets (mostly a sheet). The TV had very few channels.BUT, the AC/heat worked So did the fridge, and TV. The sheets were clean and smelled good. There was RV and BiG Truck parking. It was adjacent to a great restaurant (3sisters) and 500 feet from a conscience store. There was a dentist nearby too.Rooms: Old, needs work, floors unclean; but sheets were sparkling. Not many blankets. Limited TV channels.Nearby activities: Restaurants, Truck stop convenience stores, FULL dentist.Walkability: llLots of restaurants and store nearby.Noteworthy details: RV and Tractor-trailer parking.

Dirty... Like, hair in my bed from multiple sources... That wasn't mine, kind of dirty. There was mold in the shower as well. There is no elevator to the next floor for those who need one. My personal experience was not pleasant is all I'm trying to say.Reply:And my husband was the one that reserved the room so, my name wouldn't be the one on your list.

This place is SICK...🤣👍I MEAN FREAKING GORGEOUS for a low-budget hotel me and my wife stayed at. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE with many amenities I don't see in other low-budget hotels. I think this hotel could be a rave, only because of its location 🤔 I mean, when you come out here, it is out in the desert mountain range in a small town.Large bed, couch (has a fold away bed inside) with a table, another table and large chair, large screen TV microwave in the room, and small refrigerator underneath. Nice pictures on the walls, nice design carpet, 4 lampshade lamps, coffee machine. Large mirror over desk. The bathroom is large with a tolid, sink, tub, and hair dryer. Closet space is ample with coat hangers ironing board and iron. The building has security both to enter when retrieving something from your car and your room. Ice machine and vending machines. Few Restaurants w/One supermarket closed on SUNDAY, some within walking or driving distance. The hotel has ample parking. We didn't see any pets, THANK GOD!!! Who wants to sleep in animal urine buried deep in a mattress with clean sheets. (Not accusing this hotel of doing that) only indicating the possibilities? What about a hotel offering a kennel room for animals and rooms for people in the same hotel?? Some of us are actually allergic to animals. There was no smell of cigarettes or damp fugus in our room or the hallway. All in all, a little Oasis tucked away from the big city travelers, and that's the way I LIKE IT🤪👌Dead and boring with beautiful views. Gas stations will have the highest prices here, a NO BRAINER, so be aware of that. Gas was $3.99 today.I INCLUDED PHOTOS IN MY REVIEWDAVENYNoteworthy details: Please don't trash this place with sneaky cigarettes smoke in the room, or pets sleeping up on the bed. This place is a real 💎 GEM😇

I stayed at this hotel once a few years ago by chance and found it to be an extra clean and well-run hotel of this general type.Last week I stayed again, and this time managed to mess up my online reservations through a third-party broker. I was able to call the hotel directly and the counter person was able to fix the date of the reservation without any trouble and was just overall very kind (it was 100% my fault). Hotel is still clean and well-run. It is not a brand new facility, things are chipped and used, but I would say the general items are above average. Example: Nice shampoo and soap, as opposed to other hotels that vie for low price and take every short cut they can.Colorado City is a much nicer place to stop and stay than Pueblo.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel was dirty. Hair left in tub, on shower walls, crumbs on room desk. The breakfast area is such a disaster we lost our appetite. Counters littered with trash, spilled batter, syrup, crumbs, papers, trash can and furniture were sticky. The entire hotel was out of soap. No solution, no apologies. No bath mat. No people working in the morning except the pool guy, Clint, who was very kind and helpful trying to find anyone to work, refilled empty coffee, milk, etc at the breakfast bar and helped at the front desk -way outside his lane. Sheets are too short for the bed. Freezer compartment in fridge didn't freeze. One of two missing employees was found outside with family, came in the building but never started working. Clint and one very young boy vacuuming when we arrived were the only helpful people we encountered. My advice for travelers is keep going. To the hotel - offer Clint management and fire everyone else.Rooms: Very outdated, but spacious room. Extremely dirty. Old furniture and appliances. NO SOAP.

I want to start by saying the hotel solved my booking problem which was wonderful. Amy was amazing and deserves a raise for working so fast hard and efficient. The new older lady with glasses and long silver mixed hair was also very kind and we appreciate her. Besides that the restaurant had rotten milk multiple times. They have a working restaurant but cook the morning omelets and sausage in the microwave and while empty they hang out in groups with the main managers daughter employeed walking around looking homeless all day. I had to ask multiple times for food refills even for other guests. On the 2nd day they closed the pool due to maintenance and was supposed 2b 1 day is still closed as we checked out say 7. Employees were seen swimming in the pool while closed. Employee seen smoking Crack in his truck multiple times. Gross blood looking s5ains on our mattress covers. We asked for cot 3 times b4 they finally brought one. Front desk unattended dor long times no answering phones while workers play around in the office. We asked for towels didn't ever receive until Amy showed up. She got good milk out had buffet constantly full while working alone at front desk and delivering stuff to rooms all alone at the same time. She had a great attitude and even sent us on great adventures for our visit while here. The hotel is in a perfect location beautiful view great restaurants in the area, liquor a walk away and a great cannabis shop near by. The hotel just needs to get their stuff together better less rude employees (thick dark long haired girl on buffet 7-21) luckily we were away from the hotel most of the time.

THANKFULLY, there was no rooms in Pueblo due to the state fair or I would have never found this place and it’s SO much better!! Erin and Elias made sure I had a room with a beautiful view and they were both super friendly. It was so pretty (my photos don’t do it justice and the proximity to Bishops castle is great) I was recommended this hotel and I’m so thankful for the recommendation. It’s lovely, clean, safe and cozy. I’ll be staying there again on my way back home from Santa Fe.

Not sure about all the comments but the hotel is very dirty. Our room extremely dirty, dog hair everywhere, we had to clean desk and night stand countertops. Breakfast was terrible, fridge was like an icebox had big chunk of ice in the middle to keep it cold. Staff seemed like friends of homeless people helping each other out yet friendly. Got the impression that several staff members live at the hotel.

Staff was helpful, friendly, and service-oriented. My king bed and pillows were surprisingly comfy. Good internet during my overnight stay. Love this location with a Rocky Mountain views from a nice park/rest area across the street. This is becoming my "go-to" stop, supporting frequent car journeys between Colorado and New Mexico. Gas and food available nearby. Low taxes on room cost make for a good value for services provided.

Staff at this Days Inn was amazing! Our car broke down (luckily) by this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend. When I walked in I was greeted by Ruth, who quickly got us a very fair affordable room that accommodated not only us but our dogs as well. She went above and beyond to help us out in a pinch. She even made arrangements for the nicest gentlemen who does updating/painting services to drive my husband all the way to Pueblo and even waited to make sure my husband was able to get a rental car. Ruth accommodated us with a late check out time at no extra cost. I don't know what we would have done with out the staff's help and we are so appreciative of their kindness and hospitality, and rare to find these days. For a last minute reservation we were very pleased with the quick helpful service in getting a clean room with a great heater to get out of the cold, and to have breakfast as well in the morning. We highly recommend this Days Inn for the amazing staff!

I agree with the previous post that the owners are very nice and accommodating. And I found this hotel to be very clean, great price, and best of all my bed was very comfortable. Usually for this rate the beds aren't that comfortable, but the bed I had was very comfortable. There was also a very nice breakfast in the morning and a large area to sit in. I didn't get to try the pool, but it looked nice also. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good water pressure. This hotel is not perfect, but I would definitely stay here again.

I've been hotel/ motel hopping for awhile now and this is by far the best value I've seen for the price! My King double room is spaceous and pleasing to the eye. It is very clean I usually at least run across hairs and such in the showers, not here! Their continental breakfast had more options as well. Not only do they have the standard waffles, muffins cereal etc but they also had scrambled eggs and sausage plus more cereal choices and instant oatmeal or yogurt or fruit! Also I met a good amount of the staff and they were all very nice and helpful! As soon as I requested towels I got them. Very nice place to relax!

Older property but in food condition. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was in good shape except for two lamps that did not work. Internet was a little bit slow but useable to be stream. Location by mountains was very beautiful. We would come back sometime to have a look around town. We only stayed one night in way to visit family.

All was good, breakfast was really weak, milk containers not marked,no eggs, toaster wasn't even plugged in,floor was filthy and no one there to replenish anything! Several people came in,looked around and left. Shouldn't advertise breakfast at all!Safety: Felt safe
