Loved our trip to this campground. It has a nostalgic atmosphere that can’t be beat. The staff there totally make everyone feel welcome. The spots are at least twice the size of every campground we’ve ever stayed at. The location is beautiful and peaceful. They have plenty of activities to keep you busy and when Joe does the supper on Saturday nights with the smoker it’s a meal you don’t want to miss. His brisket and ribs we so good we ended up buying a smoker for ourselves trying to replicate the taste of his meats. Want to go back and take the grandkids with us next time as I think they will have a blast. Totally recommend this place to everyone to give them a visit.

WONDERFUL time at Cutty's. Driving there was beautiful - along the river through the gorge. The resort is tucked away off a dirt road so it's very private. The resort staff was so friendly - they make you feel like family. The whole place feels like summer camp! Great food at the mess hall, indoor and outdoor pool, lodge with books and games, outdoor movies, mini golf, they even had a slip n' slide and squirt gun fight! Super fun. Try to get site A26!!!!

We loved our experience at Cutty’s! We got a small cabin and thought the layout was functional and the beds comfy! There were so many amenities and the overall feeling was that of a summer camp, with older furniture and decor that has survived the many years this family oriented campground has been around. My only complaints were with the cleanliness of our cabin (there was a lot of hair from past visitors under the couch cushions and in the fan and the coffee machine was really dirty) and the quality of the games (the shuffleboard court was unreadable/the pucks were falling apart and most of the board games were missing several pieces). That being said, I’ve never seen a more beautiful sunrise, nor encountered a night sky so majestic. We will definitely be back!Noteworthy details: Amenities, nature

This place is EVERYTHING it clams to be. The location is amazing. The campground is full of trees, the sites are large and well maintained. Upon check-in a staff member guides you to your site and helps you park. For those of you that have large campers it may be a bit challenging but worth the effort. Putt-putt golf is fun and everyone was enjoying the indoor pool. I recommend taking a walk along the creek that cuts through the campground. The kids will love it here, great playground to enjoy. They serve a great bbq on the weekends at a low price. If there is any downside to this place it is that there is little to no cell service and the wifi is very weak. It is NOT the campgrounds fault, their location does NOT have a lot of providers to choose from. For me it was nice to be off the electronic grid for awhile. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay come here, I already have my next trip planned here.

Love, love, love this place! So much to do, and it's all included! The only letdown was the arcade; none of the old school games were operational. However, everything else exceeded our expectations. Mini golf was probably our favorite. The golf cart rental was an unexpected bonus! We will definitely be returning next summer!!Nearby activities: Located directly on the grounds is Mini golf, tennis, basketball, swimming, horseshoes, tether ball .. and it's ALL included! Salida is a short 20 minutes with lots of great food and more activities. The royal gorge is roughly 45 minutes away.

Best summed up by one of our grandchildren who said “I don’t know how I can go back to my daily life”Incredible location, amenities and especially staff. The new covered wagons were so cool along with the accompanying outdoor kitchens. Awesome glamping experience!16 of us and not one disparaging moment or comment!

Extremely hard for large campers to move around in the park, low branches and narrow roads. Park is only designed for small campers around the 32 foot range max. The dump site is horrible for large campers not flat enough to dump and had to make a 4 point turn to get out of the area. Also very uneven sites extremely hard to level any camper over 32 feet. Very disappointed the outdoor pool was closed we booked here to utilize it and didn’t find out to a week out it’s closed. Indoor pool was disgusting and cloudy and dirty. Golf was ok but for just being remodeled it needs a lot of work, it look pieced together the water features did not work and the putting mats were missing on some of the holes. None of the video games worked up stairs kids were throwing the pool balls around with no supervision. One pool table work other was broken. Half the lights were burned of the dinning hall. The resort is very run down and need big improvements. Don’t recommend this to anyone until there is some big changes. This place has great potential just not right now. We will not return until the sites are fixed, flattened, cleaned, trees trimmed for bigger campers and all around cleaning of remodeling of the club house pools and dinning hall. By looking at the old reviews the trees and uneven sites have been a problem for a long time and the haven’t fixed a thing. I would not recommend anyone taking a big camper in this camp ground unless you want to risk damaging your camper on trees and over stressing your stabilization jacks. Grounds need some serious improvements with people who are experienced to make the improvements.

As always Cuttys is a beautiful camp ground however it does need to have a lot of tree trimming and stump removal in some camp sites. Also 3 o:clock is a bit late at least change it to one. Sewer hook ups on the bottom campsites are way to far away. I had around 30 feet of sewer line and it basically ran up hill. All in all we (group of 12) had a great time.

As an inexperienced camper, we chose this resort for my fiancée 40th. On our first night, disaster struck. Rain and hail hit hard. It flooded our tent and roads. All our blankets, pillows and belongings were soaked. When the rain let up we made our way to the car for shelter. In the process, my daughter fell in the mud and hurt her ankle. We didn't know what to do. We thought we would have to try to salvage what we could and head home. The trip was ruined. That is when we saw the employees in the golf cart. They were out checking on people after the storm. I stopped them and explained that our tent got flooded and my daughter was hurt. What happened next is unbelievable. The employees took us to a very nice vacant fifth wheel trailer that the resort owned. We now had warmth and shelter. They brought us towels, blankets and sheets. They took our soaked bedding to their laundry and dried it for us. On top of them securing our saftey, they allowed us to stay in the trailer for the rest of our stay. The customer service we received was beyond exceptional. I would recommend this family friendly resort 1000%.

I’ve been going to Cutty’s since I was a kid. Plenty of good memories here and hope to continue this tradition with my son. Great place for kids as there is mini golf (although it needs some maintenance), an indoor and outdoor pool, movie nights, ice cream social. Staff is very nice and helpful. The store is convenient for small things you’ve forgotten. We just stood in the bunkhouse cabin with the whole family and had a great Labor Day weekend.

We drove in after dark and they had our packet and key waiting for us. The cozy cabin was great for three of us. Waking up to the sound of the creek and fresh mountain air was just what we needed! They have so much to do, if you come in well stocked with food, you would probably not need to leave the property for a week! Clean, quiet and the kindest staff! Thank you for a great stay, hoping we will be back for a full week next year!

The campsites were clean, and very quiet. There are a lot of great amenities and activities, or it's a wonderful place to just relax and listen to nature. We will definitely be back!

I was appalled!😔. I had been there many times with cousins from CO back in early 2000’s and it was wonderful! Now it is shabby, pools both horrible (outside pool green, inside heated pool NOT HEATED, hot tub NOT in use…charged for entering park early…and the worst part… there was NO WI-FI….supposedly could use by lodge, but could never get in😠. It was a miserable 3 days….will never go back😡

If you are searching for a relaxing vacation in the mountains with a spectacular view then this is the place to be! We stayed in a cozy cabin with our kids and it fit our needs perfectly! The kids loved the loft and it was roomy enough for them to play games and watch a movie. The pools and mini golf were perfect entertainment for the days we hung around the resort. I would recommend this place if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life and turning off those devices to reconnect for good quality family time. Thank you for exactly what we needed!

Cutty's was amazing and peaceful. It has gorgeous views. You do not have ANY service in the campground, but it's nicer than it sounds. If you have Littles take a dvd player or pre download things for them to watch at night. Would highly recommend! *Warning* this place does book immediately, so make sure to get on and book for summer the first day of booking!Nearby activities: You are about 45 min- 2hours from things to do.

Best place to take your family or kids for a camping getaway close to Pueblo Canyon, city, and Salida! The staff is friendly, and the place is secure. My grandkids have loved the experience year after year.Safety: I feel pretty comfortable, letting my grandkids walk around in the camp without my supervision as there are staff constantly securing the area

This place is such a hidden gem. We loved it. The staff was so friendly, the all you can eat pancakes were great. Overall the charm and atmosphere was so welcoming and so great. The creek was right next to our site and we got to listen to the calmness of the running water. The kids played tennis and swam in the pool. A great time was had by all, thank you Cuttys!

Really cool place! We have a 4 year old and a 3 month old and it was perfect. Very friendly staff and awesome site right next to the creek. You can go play mini golf, go for a dip in the pool, then head back to your site where it feels like you're in the middle of the woods. We kept running out of ice so the little convenience store was great to have. We will be back, cabins look nice so we're considering those for next time.

Great old camp site for people who like to plug in and glamp. The staff are super friendly and try to accommodate when you have a request. Lots of activities. Only warning would be there is No cell service but you can get free wifi when you go to the club house to connect. I loved it and meant my kids had to put down electronics and enjoy all the amenities.

We just got back from two days at Cuttys. The staff are excellent-very friendly and helpful. The camp grounds have alot of amenities for if you need something. The kids enjoyed driving around on their bikes and exploring. My only complaint is at the indoor pool I brought my kids and infant and there’s no changing table. But, other than that it was perfect. The views around the area are fantastic, we took a drive to O’Haver Lake and it’s a gorgeous drive! If you need more of a glamping style trip with hook ups and amentities but still want to feel like you are camping then this is the place for you!

Excellent and informed staff! Though the facility is aged, they work hard to update and improve while giving awesome service! If you have kids, there is an abundance of interesting things to occupy their days. We were there for a short vacation visit and even though the weather didn't cooperate, we still had an amazing time relaxing there. Thanks to all!

A friend of mine recommended this place. We scheduled a 4 day trip with four other family’s this past weekend. Long story short we had a great time, everyone one was very friendly and kind. The amenities were great, our kids got to play tennis, basketball, mini golf, arcade and swim in the indoor and outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a great camping experience and make family memories. We will definitely be adding this place to are yearly camping trip.

Cutty's is a great little camping place. It is reminiscent of going to road trip camps in the 80's. Cared for camp sites are available for RVs, campers, onsite cabin stays, and tent camping. Amenities include functioning bathrooms with showers, water and power, an outdoor and indoor pool, putt putt golf (though in grave need of repair), small store for essentials, tennis court, and a running creek. There staff are friendly and so are the visitors I meet every time I visit. It really is a great little find and a convenient get away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view alone is worth it!There's just some things..They say they have a/c and heat but they only supply a tiny heater/fan. That doesn't work most times. We woke up all four nights freezing with three blankets. The lock on our door was also very hard to unlock. We were located at n-1.Levi was the sweetest same with Jill! The indoor pool had a film over it so we didn't use it.We were the first campers of the year so I cannot complain much. Levi made sure we were taken care of for our stay even when we had a family emergency come up.We paid for two more nights and they only refunded one night or offered both nights for there a different time. I was not a fan of that, but they have to make their money and I understand.Levi and Jill were the only two good interactions we had, everyone else didn't seem to happy to be there. I appreciate everything that was done in efforts of our stay and apologies for leaving early..They just need a few minor fixes and it would be a five star.
