This place is awesome. It is set in a seemingly vintage building that includes an official US Post Office. It has a small grocery and souvenir shop. There is one bathroom. The best part is the lunch. The sandwiches are amazing, and the potato salad is the best I have had in a while.

You don't come across places like this much anymore. Everyone was welcoming and nice and there was A LOT going on in this littler store. They carry limited non-perishable foods, souvenirs, some fresh produce and a wonderful menu at the deli with in house cooked meats. The kids selling ice cream outside are charming and the ice cream was sooo good! We'd go back to the area to camp just so I could stop by this place a few more times. Loved it

Came here for a burger driving through the Clark area and it was so good! Cool, eclectic little store with super friendly staff and terrific food.Really cool view if you sit in the back of the store to eat! I’ll be back for sure.

Great place to stop and get a few supplies or even lunch. Plenty of parking and a lot of offerings inside. They have a deli, potato chips, beef, jerky, soft drinks, etc. Etc. Much what you would expect from a gas station. The deli had a pretty good menu. My sandwich was delicious and hot!

Very underwhelming. Looks like it would be a cool spot. Not much to offer for traveling thru folks. Very little selection of water or food. There is a place to order breakfast/lunch. Be careful what you order and ask exactly what's in the food. What I ordered was like the place, underwhelming. For the cost it wasn't worth it. I was so excited for a breakfast, needed a good meal for the ride home. It was HOT, which didn't say on the menu it would be (as in spicy). I can't do spicy food. And 4 pieces of toast and very little of anything else. Crazy price for that and not good, i was disappointed. When I told the guy at the register, he seemed more offended than anything else, and got an attitude. He said he had to go look at the menu. If something is going to have some green spicy sauce on it, it should say so. It didn't. And instead of offering me something else he was just like oh well. The whole store was underwhelming. Probably had more booze selection than anything else. Wouldn't stop in again.

This store is just plain fun. In addition to the store, there is the town post office, a lending library, a breakfast and lunch counter and an ice cream shoppe. The grocery store is limited, but has what you need in a pinch. There's also some gift items, including pottery and beer and wine. It's a great place to stop for lunch and ice cream after hiking in Zirkel.

Amazing place, bathrooms, wifi and restaurant.When i visited the duke drew was running the kitchen. I ordered the clark hash breakfast and it was incredible. Amazing salsa verde with chorizo hash and rub on the potates and onions.They also have fresh ice cream for sale in spring summer.Its a great rest stop for traveling north out of steamboat to go camping in hinmqn park.

I can't say enough about the breakfast. Great portions and really good food, all reasonably priced. Breakfast burrito, French toast. Omelette were great. Get out of Steamboat Springs and come up there. Not fancy, but really good, with good views

Easy access and a large parking lot. Several things going on in this store. Post Office boxes, liquor store, gift shop, grocery items, and a deli.I ordered a grilled chicken buffalo wrap with cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickle, and of course buffalo sauce. It was super! Other menu items sounded good as well.Takes about 15 minutes of driving from Steamboat Springs, Colorado.The Hahns Peak is a few miles north on the same road and interesting to see.

Super disappointed that I drove all the way here from Steamboat Springs. So many better options for food there. The sandwiches here were mediocre but very underwhelming for the price.Also the owner/cashier is very unpleasant. He was yelling at everyone and we heard him complaining about large groups that come into his store. Don't know why you'd whine about customers, let alone where they can hear you.

Well worth a drive from wherever. Sandwiches for the hearty eater. Prime rib sandwich was delish and plentiful. Hand scooped ice cream for desert. There is a pioneer museum a few miles down the road if you need an excuse to make it a day trip.

Be aware, they put an onion relish on the cranberry turkey wrap. I was so hungry I didn’t realize until I ate half of it. Onions cause me severe abdominal cramping. Praying that doesn’t happen. I thought I placed a safe order. Never had onions on that before.

Authentic mountain "corner store" but so much more!! Gluten free options, RIDICULOUSLY good burgers and UNBELIEVABLE breakfast. Oh, and the ICE CREAM!!!!!!! Top notch. Love the vibe. Wonderful people. Family friendly. Big thumbs up. Best place to go if you want a great meal, or to stock up on food, treats and groceries.

Hidden gem on the way to Steamboat Lake. Great customer service and they a wide selection of groceries for that last minute outing. The deli counter has a good selection as well and makes some really great sandwiches. I was also surprised to find a vast selection of Colorado hunting and fishing booklets available.

Wonderful resting place along your journey up the Elk River into northern Colorado. This classic country General Store has pretty much anything you'll need. Grocery store, deli, liquor sales, and yes, a post box. Clark Store 80428. Don't miss the opportunity to stop in and feel the love!

This place is a hidden gem for those just passing through, but a cornerstone of the community for those who live nearby. This is NOT a convenience store; while it does have just about everything you’d need at home or for camping, it is also a GREAT restaurant with memorable breakfast and lunch choices, as well as take away pizza in the summer from Clyde’s Pies in the parking lot. Stop by for a visit - you won’t be sorry!

Limited selection due to store size . Good food in the restaurant. Ice cream parlor on 2 different trips would leave the freezer lids open with no customers there so flies were all around the freezer and on the open containers of ice cream. So another customer and i left without purchasing fly cream. Gross.

Great store/restaurant/post office. This little store is a great place to check out when passing through. The offer sodas, snacks, clothing, a nice selection of wines, as well as a short order restaurant with wood-fire pizza on the weekends, and hand-scooped ice cream on the deck during summer. They have a rewards system that goes by you name. I think it's $10 off your next purchase after you spend $100; just tell them you want to sign up.

Mediocre place to eat burgers cooked really dry. Cook is also pretty rude, said we could sit outside or inside. We choose outside. Cook complained about eating outside because he didn’t want plates outside. Front register guy was yelling at other folks kids. Should of never stopped to eat there.Could be a cool place if it wasn’t for the folks that work there.

the customer service was terrible and so were the lattes. super watered down and flavorless. I was made to feel I had to tip, after the guy making the coffees acted like he couldn't say two words to me..also 16$ for cream cheese and butter. next time I'll go to town.
