Best experience ever! I had only gone horseback riding once in my life and it hadnt been a great experience but we ended up coming to Del’s on our trip to Steamboat…the horse they picked for me was perfect! She was so sweet and careful where she stepped even in the snow where you cant really gauge how deep it is and it was such a nice relaxing experience! I spaced out a couple of times with how relaxed i was. Definitely recommend if you are not an avid horse rider or are nervous about riding horses. Would definitely come back!

This is definitely a bucket list destination if you’re visiting anywhere around steamboat!We had a blast! The views are breathtaking and the guides, Oakley and Ray, were the best!

My partner booked this trip for us and was so easy to book! Once we arrived we were greeted by Perk and his sons who were all super friendly and accommodating. They selected our horses and helped us get on and the ride began. The horses were great and well-behaved. Highly recommended for a fun activity for couples or families!

What a magnificent morning for a trail ride with Ray and Oakley leading us through the autumn colors. The sunshine and changing seasons seemed the perfect excuse to schedule this- not something we had ever done on a vacation... but why not?. Signing up and completing the paperwork online a couple days ago was simple. The terrain was diverse and the views were spectacular. My husband is 77 but our trail guide, Ray had him beat at 88 (or so we were told!). Everyone, young and old, had a great time. Highly recommend.

At arrival we noticed the beautiful ranch and horses and were greeted instantly. We did the side by side excursion and our guide Justin was very knowledgeable about the terrain, answered all our questions, and took us on the adventure of a lifetime. The drive is definitely not for the faint of heart so be ready, it's spectacular!

Perk took our group on a UTV tour and we had a BLAST! Not only were the UTVs fun in their own right, but the views were spectacular and our guide (Perk) was so informative about the area. They were so kind and flexible with our booking. I highly recommend this ranch to anyone and I can’t wait to go back for their other activities.

We had an amazing time doing the winter horseback riding at Del’s Triangle Ranch! One of the members of our group was scared of horseback riding, so they put him on BB and he loved it. He is no longer scared of horses! Great company great people.

We were late booking a spot for horseback riding and only Del’s had an opening, but we’re so glad we ended up here! We had Perk as our guide and he was so genuine and easy going! Their trail is really special and alternates between gorgeous aspen groves and breathtaking vistas. The horses were great for us first time riders too! After, we stopped for lunch at the Clark country store and headed up to Hahn’s peak.

Amazing time on the buggy tour! Truly memorable. Our guide was beyond excellent and our family, young and old, enjoyed it alike! Tip if you're going during the summer: wear sunglasses or some kind of eye protection and clothes you don't mind getting dusty.

I took my three young sons for their first official horseback ride and we had an excellent experience. The guides were helpful, but not overly controlling and the scenery and one hour ride exceeded expectations.

This place is fenomenal. Our driver, Perk, was such a nice and genuine guy who gave great information about the town and stuff that locals would be more likely to know. Our guides, Carah and Ray, were super informative and knowledgeable of the area. They were both kind and patient and took us on beautiful trails through the mountains and Aspen groves. These were some of the best trained horses I have ever rode and never felt uncomfortable while on my horse, Music, which I have found hard to find at other horse riding locations. It’s really great that it’s a family run business because you’re treated like a human and not a robot. I hope I can return here some day.

My husband and I did the horseback riding trial during Thanksgiving while the snow was coming down-it was absolutely beautiful! The guides were very friendly and the horses behaved well. This was a highlight during our stay at Steamboat Springs!

Definitely horse back riding in the higher country. You get a full two hours, and they have a portable toilet that is clean. Would of been better with more commentary. Views are amazing 🤩

Incredible scenery, nice folks, gentle horses. My wife, daughter and I rode here back in late July. Despite the wildfires, the scenery and experience was top notch. Our guide, a young lady was very knowledgeable and a good rider. We will come back next time we are in steamboat

Perk was THE best UTV guide imaginable. We had such a blast, and he answered at least 472 questions from an 11 yr old outdoor enthusiast. Hope to have more adventures with them sooner than later!

Our family of 5 experienced riders had a great half-day trail ride! We've been on many trail rides in CO, but this was by far the best: great guide (Mandy), appropriately paired rider/horses, FABULOUS breath-taking views! Highly recommend Del's Triangle 3 Ranch!

Go to this ranch! My group had an amazing experience riding horses through the snow on this beautiful property. Our father/son guides were very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the local wildlife and fauna. If you want more of an authentic experience then this is where you want to be.

Beautiful views were the highlight. Ride was very slow and nose to tail the whole time. Very little commentary from the guides, they also seemed to be on their phones a lot during the ride. I love horseback riding and ride regularly, but I personally would not choose to go again.

Took the 2 hour horse ride, and it was the best part of my trip. The views are absolutely stunning. Just a nice peaceful ride. Everyone working at the ranch was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

First of all, what a picturesque drive from Steamboat to Clark. We had an amazing time on the 2 hour ride with Ray and Perk today at Del’s Triangle 3 Ranch. They are very welcoming upon arrival as well as their Australian shepherds and their calico kitty. The form you submit before arrival helps them assess the horse you will be paired with for the ride. Based on your experience level, they give you some instructions prior to the ride and help you get situated on your horse. You feel safe and cared for throughout the trip. Their property is absolutely beautiful so the views on this ride are spectacular. The wildlife enjoy their property as well - we saw elk, deer and a bald eagle during our ride - truly amazing! I have been on other horseback trips in the Steamboat area but Del’s definitely provided a superior experience.
