Sara is absolutely the best! She's groomed a few of the dogs I've owned and I've always had terrific results. The most recent dog, my 13-year-old Shiba, who is not the easiest to say the least. For a dog that sheds more than I can explain and has a big attitude, she always makes sure my pup is perfect. Sara has always been very patient, attentive and observant to any of my dog’s needs. I think the best part is my dog looks like a brand new dog!

I just had my Yorkie groomed by Sara, and she looks BEAUTIFUL as usual. Also my dog loves Sara! I have had many dogs in my lifetime such as Chow Chows, Saint Bernards, etc and if you start them out young 10 to 12 weeks, they do really well at being groomed, but Sara is the best and so amazing with all dogs!

My Yorkie Poo is a rescue that had a Rough start. He’s has had issue with trusting new people, but he took to Sara right away. She works with him slowly so he doesn’t get too stressed out. I’m Grateful she does such a Great job with him 💚💜💛🧡

Sara is so calm and matter-of-fact which really helped my dog. My dog is highly anxious so I went in for a self bath and Sara was able to trim my dogs nails and trim some areas needing attention! And she's really reasonably priced. It was a miracle visit!

We always just do the self wash and it’s super convenient, affordable, and you have everything you need there. My dog is huge and super hairy so bathing him at Ace saves me from having a wet, hairy disaster at home (speaking from experience)! Friendly helpful service and a great deal!

For many years we've had Sara at Ace Grooming take care of our kitties. We've had a long series of Persian Cats, all of whom hate to be brushed and groomed. Thank goodness for Sara! All of our long haired cats have been healthier and happier because we have Sara to help us keep them brushed or get them shaved as needed. She's also so knowledgeable about animals and has spotted some health issues with our cats we didn't know about and we were able to get them care with our vet sooner. Sara has been a blessing to us and our fur babies. She's even helped us pill our cats when needed, remembered our cats favorite toys and called us when new items come in stock they might like. I don't know how we would have managed our cats grooming and health needs without her!

We moved to North Denver in July, but I still drive to Centennial to get my dog groomed. Sara is a true dog lover and a wonderful groomer. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else.

I have an 18 yr old Siamese long haired cat who cannot groom himself as well as he used to, and I don't have the heart to work on his knots for very long because he gets very mad at me. Last year after he was a knotted mess due to hypothyroidism I found Sara. She did an incredible job with combing all the knots out and trimming his nails. She did it quickly and with little stress for the cat. Her prices are reasonable and you can tell she's been doing this for a very long time and knows what she's doing. I'm more proactive now and have realized when he gets just a few knots to get him in there early before they get out of control. She recently got me in for next-day appointment as well. I don't know why it took me so long to find this wonderful groomer after years of frustratingly trying to do it myself. I highly recommend her services. Thanks Sara!

They have groomed our Golden Retriever mix since 2008. She was a rescue dog. Before going to Sara's, we tried other local groomers for the first two years of having her and was told she was aggressive and needed to be medicated when she was groomed. However, we were referred to Sara and told she was wonderful with animals. This is completely true - our dog loves this place! Since we took her here in 2008, there has not been one issue with grooming her. We actually live up North but are willing to drive all the way down here because they do such an amazing job. We highly recommend Sara and her crew.

Awesome family owned place. Sara is so nice and loves animals! I will be taking my baby there every nail appointment. Artemis doesn’t look happy in this photo but the caps are perfect and the trim was precise and quick. She doesn’t really let me cut her nails and Sara had no problem.Love love love

Sara used to do a great job when she had people working for her but now she's there by herself. Even though she cannot groom a cat by herself she still takes appointments to groom cats. I brought mine in and when I picked him up it looked like she had placed my cat in a blender. When I called her the next week after I had time to really look at the cat she told me to bring him in and she would redo him. That was fine with me I have no problems with that. When I took my cat in she was rude and nasty. Nonetheless I dropped him off and came back about 45 minutes later to pick him up. I had even offered to help hold the cat while she groomed him so that she could do a better job. When I picked him up she again was rude and nasty I told her that the least she could do was say I'm sorry for your inconvenience and she came back at me telling me that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I had already told her that I knew how tired and stressed she must be from working 7 days a week by herself before she made this comment. I was trying to be as empathetic and sympathetic as possible. I reminded her that my cat looked like it had been groomed with a lawn mower and she still had no apology and nothing to say. She may do an okay job on dogs but if you have a cat don't bring it to sarah.

Sarah is an incredible groomer. One of my dogs is older, has severe arthritis and a fear of blow dryers. She accommodates all of that and my dog is happy and beautiful when I pick her up. My other younger cocker looks like a show dog when he is returned to me. I have paid considerably more for much less quality with other groomers. Sarah and her dad are simply awesome.

This place came recommended by others and I have been taking my dog for a few sessions. My dog hates grooming sessions (I have to medicate him and he still shakes like a leaf). I have had other groomers that have treated him so poorly that he was sick for weeks afterward due to the stress. This shop doesn't fawn over my dog - they have a more professional, task-focused approach - but I feel he gets good care while he is with them. The prices are good, slightly less than others I've used. The shop is not very clean but to me that's to be expected given the line of work!

Sara is always so great to our dog. She knows him by name and always treats him so good. She has never disappointed me when I tell her what I want as far as haircut, she gets it everytime. His nails are always trimmed and he comes out silky smooth and smells amazing. We would recommend her to anyone, she really knows what she's doing.

I was excited to go because it talked about how she worked with different animals and approached each animal differently when grooming. I went in for a walk in nail trim and the way they were holding my dog down and forcing him to get his nails clipped probably made his anxiety worst. They didn’t take breaks nor did she seem patient with him. I wish she would’ve taken a different approach. We had a groomer in Illinois and she never struggled with him my dog used to enjoy getting groomed.

I am a new owner of a rescue 100 lb Akbash dog with separation issues and I was extremely nervous leaving him for the first time. Sara and her staff were so reassuring and kind about it. To top it off: they did an amazing job with him and when I picked him up he was smiling ear to ear! Sara also took the time to give me tips on how to help my boy gain some weight after being malnourished and underweight, which is totally above and beyond the scope of her duties! We will absolutely be back!!!

You must be the dog whisperer groomer! My Shaggy Maggie went from shaggy to Posh Maggie and I'm floored at how you got her nails so short without even needing a muzzle! I've had vet offices tell me they couldn't get her nails cut without anesthesia and groomers too have not had much success. She came home very relaxed and even happy, which is very different than her other experiences. She still smells good despite rubbing herself all over the furniture and whatever treatment you used for her hair and skin is just wonderful! You're a godsend thank you! Will definitely be coming back regularly and often and referring family and friends.

We take our son's German Shepherd service dog for full grooms and he's always a very happy pup, feeling fresh and looking great, when we pick him up. They have a very user friendly self service wash area for when I'm able to clean up our pup myself. And the staff at Ace grooming are always great to do business with!

When bringing my dog in for a bath I had asked that they do not trim my dogs nails. My dog does not let anyone let alone groomers touch her nails and has to be sedated at the vet for a nail trim so I was very open about not touching her nails at all. When picking her up I was shown his bloody scratches all over his arms and made to feel awful for what he had done to himself. He had pinned my dog down so bad that she clawed his arms. My dog would never hurt a fly unless someone was pinning her down trying to trim her nails after being told not to try and clip her nails. She must have been terrified. My dog was shaking and exhausted when we got her in the car and I will never be taking her back there.

Love that they have the waist high washing stations so you can wash your own pet. I had them clip our dog's nails and it was the best experience our dog ever had -- so fast yet safe -- it was over before he knew what was happening. Very reasonable esp. if you bring your own shampoo and towels.

I've been using Sara for over 5 years. I have 2 special needs dogs, one is blind and deaf the other is "cranky". She has always handled them with the greatest of care and is incredibly knowledgeable. My dogs always come back happy and beautiful.
