Would not help getting a stray cat out of our carport stuck in a old swamp cooler.

I have it on good authority that this shelter is trafficking stolen dogs. Dogs who have known owners. Absent an explanation from the shelter and until the man I know gets his dog back I stand by what I say 100%.
