Self serve wash is a bit over priced and there wasn't any hot air in the blow dryer. it was very cold air and -5 outside. my dog was shivering. It would of been a nice heads up.

I have to say I enjoy taking my Golden Doodle to the self servies wash even though he hates it. The staff has always been incredibly helpful, kind and hard working. I now get his dog food there because the staff is knowledgeable about the products. I just wanted to let the manager know that the staff is doing a great job! Coming into Wag n Wash is like stepping back into time when customer service was actually a thing and that’s why we keep coming back!

Decent pet wash, but pretty expensive. The tubs are on the smaller side and there is no private rooms, so dogs must be on a tight leash during their bath. Dryers are very weak. Not the best set up for my newf! Employees are great though.

My Black Lab, Tucker's a fan of this place. Being pampered with a Smell Ya Later wash and a treat at the end makes his day. Me not worrying about a water mess at my place makes mine.

Love the convenience. It's pretty expensive, and the products given to wash your dog are watered down. So, we use our own shampoo and conditioner. Better for all of us than it is washing him at home.

Very unprofessional establishment. Had grooming done few months back. Apparently they forgot to update vaccine record. Today when I went for another appointment (which by the way was done a month back), they said grooming could not be done without vaccine card. Obviously I was not carrying it - but we had the vaccine tag on my pup’s collar and they did not accept. So basically they forgot to update records, forgot to let us know to bring vaccine card and then refuse to groom even though all mistakes were made by them. Crappiest establishment - which is in contrast to the one near Centennial which we used for 5 years before this one. So even though we have moved to Castle Rock probably will go back to the old one, even though that is much farther. Does not even deserve 1 star - but that is the minimum.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They know their products and can make decent recommendations. They answer the phone, which is also great. The store is well stocked and clean. I had a quick trip in and out of the store today, thanks to the staff. This is our second time at this location and we've had a five star experience both times.

They could handle their Thanksgiving pet dinners a little better. Saw the post on Facebook that said you could order a dinner for your pets for Thanksgiving. Filled out the form but never received a confirmation email that the site said you'd get. Post also said you could pick up today before 6pm but the location is closed. Called several times yesterday trying to verify if my order went through but went to voice-mail every time. They called back but didn't even leave a voice-mail. General lack of communication all around.

Had a great experience bringing my two dogs in for a self serve bath. First, the place and all the equipment is super clean. As someone who used to work bathing dogs, this isn't an easy task unless you clean thoroughly after each bath. It's clear they take pride in their facilities. (All that fur in the photo is just from my two...there wasn't a fluff in sight before I started blow drying!)The staff was also super friendly and engaging. While I bathed one dog I had the other leashed to the bottom of the tub, and one of the staff members came by multiple times to say hello and love on her, and did the same while I was drying them. I'm sure this little break made the experience a little less miserable for my pups.They also have a good selection of food and treats, though they unfortunately don't carry the specific type of the brand we buy. Won't stop me from coming back for baths!

This place is great for the doggie self wash. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. The setup and supplies make giving the pooches a spa day as easy as can be. Plus I always love rewarding the fur babies with one of the random yummy treats they always have on the checkout counter.

This is an awesome pet Central. You can buy not-so-common Foods (my dog eats a brand called Froms, can't find it everywhere) leashes collars, pet carry bags a limited selection of dog parkas and toys and also they offer Gourmet homemade pet food for your dog or cat. My dog turned 2 the day after Christmas and we bought a personal dog birthday cake the most precious thing you ever seen. I take my dog here to be groomed every month but what I think is very awesome is that they have a self-service Pet Wash were you can use their wash basins and their soap or you can bring your own soap as well as a room where you can dry your pet if you want to wash your pet yourself. My favorite groomer used to be Shayla but she has moved from the Castle Rock location to the Littleton location now my suggestions for groomer would be Tamara or Kelsey will do an exceptional job for you as well. I usually pay $60 to $65 with the tip which some may say this is on the expensive side for Pet Grooming but believe me after you see feel and smell your pet you will be okay with the price I absolutely love Wag N Wash and I can't see taking my fur baby anywhere else.

Just AMAZING! Wonderful, helpful, friendly, caring staff! Emily, Brooklyn and Shayla did everything to meet my expectations on how a professional business should be ran. My two dogs looked so wonderful after there grooming appointment and they were so happy when I picked them up. That lets me know they were well taking care of and happy! Placed an online order on 6/22 for a large bag of dog food. Didn't receive an email notification of my order being ready to pick up like the last time I placed an order. I called on 6/24 to inquire about my order and was hung up on the first time I called. The second time I called I was placed on hold immediately and kept on hold for 15mins. I called a 3rd time and no answer (couldn't leave a message because mailbox was full) kept calling and no answer. I waited an hour before calling back and the girl I spoke to about my order told me to just come to the store instead of looking into it. I arrive at the store today, as it is a drive out the way for me, just to be told they don't carry that size in that flavor at the store... I'm told I'd be issued a return. Very inconvenient for me because of the lack of care on my order. One and done

I've been bringing my pups here for grooming for awhile, experienced groomers and they did a good job. Week ago I took them in again. My regular groomer was out so I had another. Turns out this groomer was just out of training, no supervision, and she cut my pups paw. They said it was a tiny cut and had already stopped bleeding. Not so. A week and a half later and his paw is still covered, it was NOT a tiny cut. Accidents happen, but they did not take him to the vet, and not only did they charge me full price but even asked if I wanted to tip!! Really, tip the person who hurt my pup? My biggest concern is the lack of supervision for a brand new groomer and what I consider a lack of judgement in not taking him to the vet. This is my baby, he means the world to me. I will not be going back.

Hi, We went here for almost a year and were pretty happy about the bath for my German shepherd girl. The last Friday (March 24) was a very upsetting day. The de-shedding was not done properly, and they refused to cut the nails. I asked three times. And the excuse was - my dog was not in a mood that day and stayed there too long. Yes, she is not happy about the bath but how we were able to manage for more than a year. After that -she broke a nail, and it is bleeding. I hope we will manage the issue, and she is a tripod too. I scheduled an appointment in a different place. I really liked this place but do not plan to be back soon.

Unfortunately the great Wag n Wash got bought out by the much larger Pet Supplies Plus. Now, the prices are much higher for grooming up 53% since last yr. Online is a disaster whether ordering food or trying to schedule grooming appt. No online order is ready notification. You have to call and find out when the order is ready. Discount code was applied upon order and payment, when its picked up the system charged me without the discount code. Crazy , they can't find my order, no record, have to bring in all my receipts again to get it straightened out. Its not suppose to be difficult to do business with a store!

I’ve never had an issue with this place I’ve been taking my dog here since he was like 3 months old. Unfortunately yesterday I took him for a full groom session. This is not cheap by any means and when I picked him up his right eye was red I thought maybe some shampoo got in his eye. Well today a day later his eye is still red and looking a bit closer the outskirt of his eye is very irritated. I don’t know if he was scratched up or got an infection but all I know my dog was perfectly fine when he went in now his right eye is irritated and I need to take him to the vet to make sure he is okay.the grooming was also not even noticeable btw. I don’t think when you take your dog to get groomed you should be worried about his well being. This will be our last time visiting this place.

This place keeps going downhill fast. The customer service and communication skills are lacking. I called to book an appointment for my dog, explaining to them she had a sprain in her knee and to just proceed with caution when treated that area. I bring her in this morning and am refused service by a trainee bc she wasn’t informed. Well, this cost me an important meeting I was to attend to. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and will not be returning. Communicate better!

Dirty and nasty. I was very disgusted by the entire experience. I took my dog in to give him a bath and they did not have any towels and they did not have any combs or brushes or cleaning products and it was just water like from a garden hose. Also, because they did not have any harnesses or ramps, when I went to see if I could find a towel my (AKC registered) dog jumped out four feet over the side of the tub onto the slimy floor and could have been seriously injured. On top of that I was there less than 4 minutes and they charged me $22; yes $22 to put a water hose on the dog for 4 minutes without the opportunity to wash him or dry him in any manner.

Staff is nice. The bathing stations are usually pretty clean. The blow dry area can get a tad messy. But that's to be expected.It's in a convenient location and I'll continue to come back
