I bought what I felt was a very quality gun safe and a fair price from this location. They were very friendly, helped me load it into my truck, and an employee named Jordan was kind enough to help me strap it in well. Overall I had a great experience.

I thought the store was a very good source for cottagecore and country-chic items. I purchased a lovely ceramic crock to fill with flowers for Mother's Day. Obviously it's famous for practical farm and homestead items, but it's also got a lovely selection of decor for trending designs.

My go to for pine pellets. Normally I order online for drive up service however, today I decided to actually drop in.I was quite impressed with the inventory, and literally every associate greeted me an offered assistance. I had quite a pleasant shopping experience, thank you!

Employee was super unhelpful, went for a dog toy and didn't see the one I wanted, Employee told me, "what you see, is what we have". Asked what the pile on top was, he said it was extra toys. Figured he would maybe get a step latter and check for me, instead he informed me the other places that sell dog toys will be closed.

I have been to the Castle Rock location several times. It has always been a wonderful experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I just found out about price matching which is a great bonus.

[See bottom for 2-month update]I'm a Castle Rock local who's been coming to this Tractor Supply for about 5 years. Every visit, I've been consistently and predictably disappointed. Over the years I've found this location is out of (or doesn't stock) common hardware items—such as garage hooks, metal cutting grinder disks, white caulk, wasp spray, small screws, and more.Once I'd added a 10¢ loose washer to my purchase. And the cashier, instead of throwing it in or saying I couldn't buy it without a label, walked all the way back to determine what it was and charge me the proper dime, all while lecturing me. Seemed kinda petty.The majority of that fastener aisle's drawers are completely empty. Shelves are a mess, with random products strewn about in the wrong places. The store as a whole is not neatly organized, clean, or cared-for in general. From what I've gathered, most of these issues stem down not actually from the regular employees, but from complacent management, failing to place orders adequately for stock, and failing to do their jobs really at all. I guess they sit in the back in some office and pretend to respond to emails? Or maybe they aren't even on-site.I hope this TC goes out of business finally so an Ace Hardware or Harbor Freight can replace it.[UPDATE]:Shortly after I wrote this review, corporate reached out, both surprised and apologetic for the ways this store is lacking. They put me in touch with the manager of this store, and I emailed with Savannah. Her message seemed hastily-written out of obligation, and chalked up the ways this store has fallen short simply to 'seasonal reorganization.' I replied with examples outside of this excuse and never heard back. I can believe that the heart of this Tractor Supply's problems originate with Ms. Sundell. I really feel like she doesn't care that the store operates at 100% and just wants to take home her paycheck without too much extra heartache.Today I went in to check up on the store and see if anything had changed. The hardware section was looking maybe a little bit more well-stocked, with fewer (but not zero) empty drawers, but yet again I was disappointed as the grinder disk section was wiped out, and I couldn't find a basic metal cut-off disk. I will keep checking up on this store, and I imagine I will keep being let down.

I like the store, and the people working there were very helpful when I had questions. I'm only giving two stars though because I came for the vet clinic... which took 2 hours to give my dog a single shot.Their organization skills for the clinic was atrocious, watching them trying to sell the shots with the vet standing right there and waiting to give the animal shots after sitting in line for over an hour was frustrating. They should of had that kind of stuff figured out well before we got to the vet.

In a wicked snow storm with 80 mile an hour winds that Colorado has seldom seen. All the stores closed, I-25 closed Santa Fe/Hwy85 closed. it was getting too dicey to even attempt to go outside. But my power went out in the mountains in my cabin and I needed a portable propane heater because I have a family. I called tractor supply told him what was going on, the manager said he would wait for me. Well I got the heater, and I didn't even think I was going to make it back home but I did. The manager there went above and beyond what was expected. Waiting for me and conditions like that when he should have went home. And wow I did need that heater-- power was out for 20 hours

Superior quality customer service I haven't seen in a while. We were on site for a delivery scheduled for the next day. The lady at the check out register greeted us with a smile and asked if we need any help. We told her we're here for a delivery. She contacted the manager and manager Spencer Sol showed up in just a moment. He directed us to the receiving area at the back of the store. Got us out in no time, sign our BOL and we were on our way. This was above and beyond of what was required. Thank you Manager Sol and the awesome lady at the check out register at the time.

I wouldn’t give them any stars at all if it was an option, The manager and a employee racial profiled me because I’m black. Im super discussed at the fact I was followed around the store like I was going to steal something. Made me not want to buy anything at all. It’s a shame we are still stuck in times that should be way passed us. Never will I spend my hard earned money at tractor supply with it being my sorts time visiting the store & to be treated as a criminal.

Thank you Tractor Supply for hiring Awesome team members like Sabrina and Spencer! I was impressed with Sabrina's great personality towards the customer (My son and I) and Spencer's willingness to go above and beyond by getting my cell number to call me when the other 2 tires arrive. I was able to get 2 of them today.

Terrible customer service. They are nice and polite but don’t follow through. Called to verify that they had an item and they assured me that they did. Drove 25 miles to get there and when I arrived, they said they were sorry but did not have the item. The store in Bennett had the item and the receiving manager said they would have it sent. After a week, I called to check and they said they would check and call me back. But no call back. A week later I called again, and they assured me that they would check and call back. AGAIN NO CALL BACK!! I will never come back and will tell everyone I know about this experience

Absolutely worth the drive coming here! Not only do they have more products, but the employees are amazing! Always going above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. And, I find they are more knowledgeable in regards to ranch related products than other stores. If I can't find what I'm looking for close to home, I take the hour trek here knowing I will find what I'm looking for. We are always happy to come here to stock up on what we need for our livestock and find other great deals/necessities.

Abe helped me out at the Castle Rock, CO store. He was a rockstar! I had my baby with me and I knew it'd be difficult to maneuver her plus load the chicken feed I needed to buy. He not only got the bags of feed I needed, but came out to my car to check me out, AND loaded my purchase in my truck for me. Great service. Friendly service. A true help!

Over all a good experience whenever I'm in the store. I'm not a farmer or rancher but the store's selection offers me a unique variety of things I may not be able to get in other stores. I like shopping for a certain birdseed there but so do many others...it's only in stock about half the time. There's rarely an associate hanging out at a register - you'll have to look around near the front of the store to find one but they're never too far away. I enjoy the store experience and I'm glad to have them nearby.

Great prices, really friendly and helpful staff. They don't have everything you need and they don't carry name brand everything like a Murdoch's. They also don't charge anything like Murdoch's! What they have is generally good quality and good prices and they have a lot once you roam around. Best thing is the staff couldn't be nicer. They keep a bit of that old-school general store atmosphere, very comfortable place and you don't just feel like you are shopping in another retail store.

Loved it!! I'm from Dallas, Tx. Called up here to get done info on oil, the young women that answered the phone was awesome, polite, and I felt the great attitude. Tractor Supply…I’m at a loss for words. As someone who previously thought the store was very patriotic and American, I now no longer agree with that statement. Today I found myself needing some very expensive horse stall mats, but as I started checking out at the register a certain employee ensured me that there was no longer military discounts except on TWO holidays. Absolutely absurd and disgraceful. It’s embarrassing that we can’t even help out our troops while they are fighting for our freedom and allowing for the Tractor Supply corporation to even have a platform which makes millions of dollars a year. Greedy…let’s just say Ace Hardware will be now be getting my business instead of a undeserving and un-American store.

Kurt at the Castle Rock store was HORRIBLE with customer service. A family member prepurchased a propane tank online for us to pickup. When we arrived, we went to pick it up at the gate and Keith was rude from the start. He went behind the gate and began to fill the tank without asking my husband. When my husband told him that we just wanted the tank empty, he said “we can’t have a full tank on the field,” and put the tank in our truck bed and handed him the ticket. I went inside to tell the employees that we just wanted an empty tank and they told us they would switch it out. When Brian went to switch out the tank, Kurt went and told him that we would have to pay for it. Behind the gate we could hear him loudly say “They have to pay for it. What, do they not have the money?” Then “When you go to a gas station, you don’t get to drive off without paying.” He then came over to us and said “Well you have to pay for it.” When my husband and I explained we did not ask for any propane in it and he closed the gate on us saying “I don’t want to do business with you. Go inside and we will cancel your order.” He lost a $140 propane tank sale on 10gal of propane and was still left with a tank with propane at his store.We will never do business with that Tractor Supply Company again due to Kurt’s unprofessional manner and the way he disrespected us. Another employee told us that “Kurt is going through a lot, but that is no right to take it out on someone.” If you can not act professionally and respect customers, you have no right being an Assistant Manager. We look forward to action being taken on this event.

My wife and I came in to purchase dog and cat food. I recently had surgery and am currently using a walker. My wife had to get a large bag of dog food which I usually would be able to handle, but currently can’t. Your employee Jorge was very kind courteous and helpful. Not only did he put the large bag into the cart, ring up the order, he also helped load our car the whole time with a smile and a great attitude. Jorge is a wonderful member of your team. Thank you for the great service.

I have been coming to this location to have propane tanks refilled for about 5 months now. I have been making regular appearance at about the same time because it stop here on my way home from work. The registers are usually never staffed and I have to search for the help. Almost every time i come there is a completely new staff, not sure if they just hire anybody or if there is a high turnover rate or what.Too many times have I come here to be told none of the onsite staff is trained to refill propane. Not in a rude way, just more of a sorry the management sucks here kinda way. Many times I am told to come back the next day. Thus far I haven't been too upset about it until my interaction on 2/22/19. This is a day after I visited and was asked to come back tomorrow. I arrive within normal business hours and was greeted by a homeless/cave looking man whom I've never seen before. I asked for propane and he simply said No, without an explanation. I tried to explain I've been here multiple times this week and was advised to return today to get my tanks refilled, I can tell he didn't care because he said nothing in response. Another employee in the distance who had heard me spoke up and said "I can do it!" The caveman quickly runs over to that employee willing to help, quietly whispers something, turns back to me and says they still won't do it, still with no reasoning as to why. The caveman's tone and body language came off as my request to make a purchase came as an inconvenience to him, even after I told him the many inconveniences this site has already caused me. As to why this place continues to refuse to sell a product they have in stock is beyond me... my loyalty coming to this place has come to an end.

Needed some salt spreaders for the big snow storm and their assistant store manager took his time with me and went outside and checked everything to find me what I needed. He also put them together for me. I am very thankful the him and this store. He also walked me through how to order them online to be able to pick up in store.

Ordered a lawn roller and paid 100 for delivery and after 8 days later then it was promised I called and they said it would be 3 or 4 more days. Don't order anything online unless you have a lot of time. Feel like I wasted a lot of money to get really poor service. I could have gone to Home depot if I wanted terrible service. This was my first time shopping there and the last.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They were extremely helpful in getting our large grill into our vehicle. Robert was very knowledgeable about the grill. The other person who helped was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Tractor Supply in Castle Rock.

I thought the workers at tractor supply were supposed to be nice this is the first time I've stepped into one and the worker was absolutely horrible from the time I walked in he treated me as if I didn't belong there. He made my son and I very uncomfortable. We are frequent customers but will definitely be avoiding shopping here while this certain gentleman is working.
