Good experiences here so far. They have good options that are not completely basic. We bought our kitten basics and it was all fairly comparable to other pet stores.You can also gain points and get $ off your future purchases if you make a PetSmart account.

Had my Goldendoodle cut and it was the worst grooming I have ever had. All uneven, shaved in some areas to the skin. Charged extra for combing out even though she was shaved to the skin. Check out the before and after pics.

I always enjoy coming here to PetSmart, the staff is always super friendly, courteous, resourceful, and ready to assist. The establishment is super clean, well maintained, and readily available with all the resources you may need. I highly encourage others to come visit this awesome pet friendly store!

I love pet smart, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had by far. My fiancé and I came to buy a pet hamster and spent time shopping for everything we needed before asking any employees for help. Once it came time to ask for help I said “excuse me” to a woman that was stocking dog toys, and told her we were interested in buying a hamster. She pulled out her watch to check the time as if I was inconveniencing them an hour before closing time and then called for help. Another employee walked over to us to help and started to explain to us how the beginners hamster starter kit was not a good enough habitat for the hamster??? She recommended we get a 20-40 gallon fish tank instead, and that we needed to pick out an even smaller hamster as well… I said that’s quite large for what I was planning on and she said “well, it wouldn’t be happy. It would be surviving” which felt very snarky. She wouldn’t even take out the hamster she recommended us to buy, so I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing the hamster anyway. To add onto all of this, make sure you don’t wear sweatpants and a hoodie because they’ll just assume you’re stealing, and will follow you around in the store. Would not recommend coming here, and we will not be returning.

Store itself seems well maintained. Few dead fish, but we have definitely seen worse petsmart fish sections. However, customer service needs some work.We had purchased fish at petco up the street and wanted to stop by petsmart as well. Being that we had fish in the car, we were on a bit of a time crunch. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we picked out the fish we wanted and were waiting to be served. A girl with blue hair and glasses was at the fish section talking to customers about fish products. As we were peering into the top tanks, she scolded us for "hanging on them" when this was not the case at all. This woman was extremely rude and made several comments that were completely unnecessary. She then also complained about "things she has to say to some customers" to the person she was initially assisting. After this incident, she proceeded to ignore us entirely and we didn't get fish for another 20 minutes, after we called someone else over to help. She was very unprofessional and unkind for no reason.

Very stupid grooming, center and very stupid Petsmart. These people don’t understand their own procedures. I was sent in two separate times with my dog saying it was OK to bring them to the groomer yet they got the months wrong about how old the puppy can be at the groomer. They also told me to go get the rabies shot. I went and got the rabies shot. Now they say they can’t even take it for 48 hours after the rabies shot which I wasn’t told, this place is a joke. You got a bunch of young people don’t care about their job work 9 to 5 and don’t care about their puppy. Do not bring your puppy dog or any family member here. EVER

Good spot. Far better than Petco, in my opinion. The parking lot is terrible though. Pebbles fly every time any car drives. Many dings when we go. Typically we do the same day delivery now.

It's an ok place but but they seem to be out of stock on a lot of items all the time and the service isn't very great. The people are nice enough they just are very slow and kind of unprofessional in my opinion. For example if there is more then 2 or 3 people in like be prepared to stand there for about 15+ minutes. And if you ask where something is either no one is even around to ask, or they don't know and honestly kind of rude about it like you inconvenienced them by even asking. But it's still ok enough that I will still shop there for our pets.

Took my child for a spin and decided to drop by PetSmart because we were interested in getting a pet. We were greeted with a big smile at the entrance by one of the cashiers who wasn't serving a client at the moment.This place has Bansfield Vet Services and grooming services within. Store patrons could bring their pets in store on leash.It was stocked with a tall wall of many betta fishes but we noticed several dead ones. Nonetheless, there's a big selection bettas and other aquarium and pond fish.There also plenty of stocks and supplies for new pet owners with cages, aquariums, materials, and feed.There's also an adoption center and we only saw cats. I'm allergic to cats and so avoided the area of the store. It's disappointing for me that they place the adoption center so near the grooming center.

They seem to always run out of crickets... Whenever I ask why, I get crickets... Ok, maybe that was a bad joke... Store is cleaner and more organized than many I have seen... But i find the lack of crickets disturbing... Ok.. Bad movie reference, I will stop now

I feel like the service has really gone down hill recently. Our dog has never needing dematting for 8 years and all of a sudden the last two times they have just charged us for it. Not to mention the haircut is so uneven and doesn’t look like they did much aside from clipping his nails.On top of all this they were extremely rude to my husband the moment he walked in there. They yelled at him that the dog needed the dematting and he was like okay I am just wondering why. The whole process was odd, he wanted them to be careful with some fatty tumors our dog has and they treated my husband like a dog abuser…. They also would not check him out until my dogs groomer came out… even though there were a few groomers at the front not busy with other pets. For the price we pay, we are done here. We have been going to petsmart grooming for years and will not be returning.

My wife and I had the best, worse time anyone will have with there pet. We had to put our 14 year old dog down and they made things smooth and took such good care of our old pup! Amy was the best anyone could be when dealing with this type of thing.

The kindest and most helpful employees ever. The employees who work w the animals, coming from a 18 year veterinarian tech, are extremely knowledgable of every animal. There are rows and rows of multiple items and wide variety to select from for any pet owner. As always, the store is super beautiful and clean. Only one issue i see is the Vet and Grooming services are extremely higher than going to an actual veterinarian or professional local groomer. Other than that, I love this store and will continue to do business with this particular store.

I shop here regularly and bring my Pomeranian, Sunny, to be groomed here. Last time I brought her in she hadn't been groomed in way too long. Her undercoat was beginning to mat. The grooming salon did an amazing job with her. Her coat is fluffy and soft as it should be and she smells amazing. Best of all she's so happy with her hair too!

I have 2 small poodle mix dogs. They are a handful. Seriously they never stop moving. The grooming department of this store is amazing! I'll take it even further to say that specifically Frankey is the best! She takes amazing care of them and they always come back looking dapper and fresh. Not to mention they aren't totally exhausted from the grooming. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Has many choices in everything from food, clothing, toys, leashes, and equipment. However, the prices on some things could be desired and feel a bit high for what the item is. This could just be me as I don't like paying outrageous prices for basic plastic, rope, or cloth objects that will literally be destroyed by the animal as its designed purpose. Carriers felt high priced compared to other stores and shopping options outside of PetSmart.

I like the employees!I hate that the brick store doesn't have the same lower prices as on-line (same store) and I have to waste 1/2 hour or more price matching the same store just to ge the best price. I got over 20.00 lower by price matching 1 item, a 60.00 item at the store was 29.00 online plus 5% off to buy online and pick up at the store.PLEASE, get Wifi in your stores too!Please sell replacement parts for your products (fish tank lid assemblies), not after market tops that kinda sorta almost fit!Creat an app that can read the store barcode to find the price and the online comparison price!

Although this is not an option, ZERO stars for sure. My mom brought her sweet dog into this location to get groomed yesterday and someone named ALIYAH S. along with another person gave her a complete hack job. Aliyah cut her hair so short on her chest that her skin is raw. This is a wonderful dog who has never experienced poor treatment while getting groomed. She has never had an issue before requiring two people (she is a friendly dog who is 40 lbs soaking wet), let alone been in pain as a result of getting groomed. I don't know if Petsmart just hires anyone off the street to work as groomers, if she lied on her resume and no one checked if she had any experience, or if Petsmart could care less about dogs' well being. Whatever the case may be, this is negligence and now her dog is traumatized. Go to a groomer that actually cares about your pets' well being and does not scare and scar your best friend. By the way, they had the audacity to charge half price for this. NEVER GO HERE if you want your pet to be treated kindly by people who know what they are doing.

A seal in my fishtank broke and I had 4 fish that I have had for years. Even though they weren't open yet they helped me unload them, helped dump the remaining water out of the tank and reload. The gentleman promised a good home and said they would probably go right away because of the size and health. Major stress relief !

Today Astro, our mixed breed Border-doodle, was groomed excellently by Victoria. He, 8 months old, can be a skittish puppy. She was able to bathe and groom with clippers in a manner that was cooperative with Astro and left him so cute and happy. Now he is sleepy.

Groomers are no help. Didn’t try to explain anything. And they already made the mistake and took my dog without proof of rabies shot. I told them, I was never told I needed that shot. Instead of trying to help or give me another place to go or anything like that they literally didn’t say one word and just watching you walk out.
