Usually would have rated this store a 5 but today they were close to closing time and the cashier us feel like she was pushing us out the door and when anyone walked in she would shout we are closing soon. Just the tone of her voice was rude, I understand it was close to closing. Another plus is they have live chick's and baby ducks. They were so darn cute.

Murdoch’s is a descent ranch and home supply store to visit for your home outdoors need. This type of store caters to the needs of a regular do-it yourself and the outdoors enthusiast. While in the store, they have everything from hardware and fencing, to animal feed and health products, to toys and tack, home and garden, outdoors grills, sporting goods, power equipment, clothing, automotive and ATVs, tools and hardware, and much more. Additionally, the staff was quite receptive, friendly, and was directional. I highly recommend others to come shop here.

We went to meet the reindeer and it was a Big disappointment! The wait was long, their was no Santa bit a cardboard cut out and 2 reindeer flopped in a cage. They looked stressed and sedated. Kids couldn't even pet them or take pictures with them. Mind you it was free but we could have done better going to Evergreen and seen lots of them walking free and happy. Plus the store itself is pricey on supplies you can get elsewhere much cheaper. It is a cool supplier but the event was not good. My 3 year old was disappointed and said he never wants to go back because Santa does even go there.

The most unfriendly staff out of all the murdochs I have ever been to. Got in my car and I am on my way to parker murdochs. 6 employees made eye contact with me and stood in front of the chick's for 10 minutes and no one wanted to help. Unfortunately this isn't the 1st time I have experienced this here.

Very bad experience. I drove down from Breckenridge to buy chainsaw. Turns out they built the chainsaw wrong. Put the wrong chain on. They are suppose to make sure saw is running properly. I took one cut and chainsaw exploded and this basically ruined saw. If you buy any saws from them make sure you double check saw before using.

Bought a $1800 saw that needs to be opened up and blown out every time I use it. Tomas (mgr) said I shouldn’t flood it on choke…after watching his employee blow out their flooding… two people finally got it running and said nothing is wrong with it and will not honor exchange or return.17 day old saw used twice now and they won’t take it back or even exchange for a non-lemon… why warranty a product if you’re not going to stand behind mfg warranty (Stihl)This is the 5th Stihl product we have bought as well as countless other items from Murdoch. Also, the last.

This is a Ranching super store. It's got it all. Too much to describe. They have horse and dog food, hunting gear, regular clothes, chickens, fencing and snacks. Go and be amazed.They got tools and pew pews too.

Always have a pleasant experience shopping here. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they will find out shortly. I love the selection of quality camping gear and in particular the huge variety of Carharrt this location carries. Will definitely be going back! The location is convenient, and the huge parking lot is appreciated, since I drive a larger vehicle.

The employees at this store go above and beyond to be helpful! Recently I used 1 of your frequent buyer promos & we didn't realize we needed all of the receipts printed out to send it with the promo card. Rachelle & a lot of the team mates hopped right on it & it took a couple of weeks, but finding 12 receipts from purchases of dog food isn't very easy. I saw in another post where someone was upset about Rachelle being on her phone, my bet is she was helping me with my problem as she took a picture of all the dates on the PROMO card . Just wanted to clear things up & let you know....Murdoch's employees go above and beyond! Very much appreciated!!!

Always friendly faces and they have everything you can possibly need and want. Gun counter is again some friendly faces that you can have some conversation with and my firearm purchase went as smooth and could be. Will always stop into this Murdochs when driving by!

Very friendly staff, cool place to walk around and shop. We went in to buy a gun safe which unfortunately was sold out, so decided to check out the gun selection. Surprising to us, they actually have a pretty good selection of pistols at decent prices. We were helped by Jordan a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. Highly recommend checking them out if looking for a new pistol or gun safe.Very good shopping experience, we will be back for sure

Great store live visiting!!! ❤️ They staff are great and prices are even better!! Got a pair of jeans for 1$. Have a way better selection than any store we go to in Colorado Springs. They even have a gaurd cat!!!! Can't wait to visit again!!!!

Generally, I think the employees here are terrific and always very nice. However, "Rachelle" needs to put down her cell phone and sippy cup when working the register. She's making management look bad. I'm sure she's very nice but, in this day and age of battling to get things done in a short day, it is hugely disrespectful to customers standing in line, and ultimately to her employers..

This place is a gem in Castle Rock. There are so many fun and practical items at great prices. They carry high-end brand names you know you can trust. The store is always so clean and organized and the employees are always so helpful. This store also has a lot of items you can't find just anywhere so it is great for buying unique, thoughtful, and useful gifts.
