I have never visited the store before. The gals in the store were professional and friendly! Very attentive. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Wanted a high quality, normal but still unique, dog collar for my 9 month old puppy. Found exactly what I was looking for ~ K9 Explorer Reflective Adjustable dog collar. Solid material and beautiful and strong hardware with an easy side release buckle and leash ring. Purchased the matching leash with a quick release claw-like clasp. Super cool metal color on both products (gunmetal). Won’t fall apart like the other pet stores. A++ all around! 💗

Both visits to this location was a informative and fun for the kids to pick out some new gear for our pup! The staff was knowledgeable about our breed of dog and pointed us in the right direction for choosing trainers in the area! We’ll be back again to chose more toys and treats!

My puppy, Lulu, absolutely loves Chuck & Don’s—almost as much as the dog park. She’s more into dogs than people, but she adores Kaitlyn and looks forward to the pets and treats she gets on her visits to Chuck & Don’s. I appreciate the convenience and customer service. A couple of things I’ve purchased haven’t worked out, and the returns have been easy and quick. I also enjoy the sales and special seasonal events. I do wish the Castle Rock store was a little larger to allow room for a bathing station.

Really happy with my experience at Chuck & Don’s. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable; they seemed to be actual pet-people who have experiences to share and advice to give.They also come out with coupon books semi-annually. I was able to get $5 off my 3lb of raw food. Really convenient and helps easy the wallet.The prices are cheap but I would rather spend my money where I know there is quality and they back their products - opposed to a huge chain pet store.

The store feels like your neighborhood “I truly care about your pet place” since Wendy became manager a year ago. Now its better than ever. She gets to know your name and your pet and always takes care of any need you could have with special orders or questions.Caitlyn is super helpful and a terrific addition to the team. I enjoy going in to shop bc they are Soo friendly.

Great store, went in looking for some supplements for my puppy. He wasent a big fan of it and they returned it and helped me choose another one. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My pup got plenty of free treats while we shopped.

I have placed 2 orders recently with Chuck & Don's online and their inventory system is terrible!! Nothing they show in stock is really in stock. Orders are canceled after your credit card has been charged and you don't get a phone call or anything to find a substitution, they just cancel and refund and move on. Customer service has really gone down hill!!

I'm a dasher, sometimes I chill in parking lots in my car instead of going home. One of the managers/employees here called the cops on me for sitting in the parking lot 🤨. I get that it looks weird for someone to just be sitting in their car for an extended period of time but I'm not breaking any laws. I was parked in the corner and it was empty, not being disruptive or bothering anyone.. I wasn't even in front of their store. A 21 year old female on my phone in my car, what warrants calling the cops on me? So rude. How hard would it have been to come up to my car and ask me to leave if they were uncomfortable? I'm not a threat to anyone!

I’ve been visiting this location nearly weekly since my pup was eight weeks old and have come to completely trust the insight and products I acquire. They also have an excellent return policy and a rewards program for certain items.

It’s always nice to come into a Chuck and Don’s. The staff is always so knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to buy a new type of dog food, and Dorothy was so helpful in explaining the ingredients and the brands and type of food that would best suit my dog and her problems. She even taught me new things I wasn’t aware of about dog health, I left feeling more knowledgeable and excited about the food I was feeding my dog, knowing she’s being taken care of correctly. You folks are fantastic. I have been shopping for my pet foods and supplies for several years now at the Castle rock store. I love the selection of grain free foods and quality treats. Your employees are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.Please give my special thanks today to Kayleigh. I bought some dog food today and she reminded me that I was entitled to a free bag. I had completely forgotten about it and this wonderful employee saved me money by reminding me and even going and getting the bag of dog food for me.Thank you and keep up the fantastic job.

This place is amazing. I had questions after having taken my Akita to the vet and I was given help and some advice that matched right up with what the vet had said. They were excellent. They told me if she didn't like the food to bring it back and they would exchange it. That is customer service and it shows that they love animals and seeing them well cared for. I will not go anywhere else from this day forward.

I think they're reasonably priced. The Nulo food is the same price as Amazon but they have some coupons some times and they also have a rewards program. More importantly though, they have a really good staff. They're friendly, attentive and there's enough of them working at one time. They've been so open to talk about what they think and what their opinions are, about things like the FDA situation and everything. It's been a pleasure going in there and I like that store.
