No one ever seems to pick up the phone - you have to drive there to see if they carry what you are looking for. The phone maze is ridiculous. "If this is a life-threatening emergency hang up and dial...." Really? For a coop? Then you go through the whole menu .."dial F 308 to leave a message".... this is during working hours.

I would love to rate higher, but nearly every employee here seems pretty miserable. The main guy in the warehouse is awesome. But any time I have to call with a question about an order I'm met with kind of rude staff. I'm routinely left hanging on call backs. I always have to double check when orders have arrived. I would love to support a local business, but Tractor Supply continues to be the better option even though it's an additional 30 mins away.

It's been a long time since I was so insulted and diminished. I'm not sure if the gas system at the Coop is new, it seems really difficult to read the screen in the sunlight. Plus, I feel like things used to be different in terms of the process of putting gas on ones Coop account. This morning I went to fuel up and I thought I would go to the cashier to clarify the process, as they are often incredibly friendly. The cashier explained the difference between the cash price and membership price and how to pay with a credit card at the window. When I returned to the pump I wasn't entirely clear when the pump read, "insert card or see cashier". So, I returned to the cashier, letting her know I was confused. She proceeded to instruct me on how to put fuel in my car in the most insulting and condescending tone, "You take the pump and put it in the gas tank on your car, and select your fuel...". I told her she did not need to speak to me in such a condescending manner and her response was to mock me to my face. I was astonished and won't be returning anytime soon. Young lady, your lack of customer service is atrocious and I have been pumping gas longer than you have been alive, both the tutorial and your attitude were unfitting and unnecessary. For years I have loved the Coop, but today you lost a customer.

Called and was told they were "too busy to help me over the phone". Young guy at the "South Counter" on 8/12/23 around 2:30. Clearly, he couldn't be bothered as he was getting off in 30 minutes. ACE got my business.

Such a fantastic place to do any kind of general shopping. Need a bolt? They got it. Garden hose repair? Yup. A ton of pellets? Of course! And everyone there is so friendly and helpful, it's almost like they're part of our community!Also, so much better than the Ace in town, it's like day and night. Don't forget these guys have all kinds of landscaping and yard supplies too! Like the T posts no one else ever seems to stock.

Went in to purchase 2 chainsaws. I was standing alone no one near me. As I was picking up the chain saws to purchase them, than one of the associates rudely told me I needed to put on a mask. I told the associate I was purchasing the saws ( over $700 worth) and was told no mask I needed to leave the store. What a joke. Being forced to wear something like that. My body my right. Ive purchased saws, jackets, equipment with them over the years. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT OR GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM AGAIN!. AND MY BUDDYS FEEL THE SAME NOW AND ARE SPREADING THE WORD... pathetic.....

Being from the mid-west, I need my COOP fix for all the farm stuff I can't find anywhere else. Great staff who are knowledgeable and can help me get it quick. Since this is also a gas station and about 10 other things, it can get a little crazy during the high tourist season, so go around the side to park and you will avoid the crowds. Great prices on feed, wood pellets, salt and a whole bunch of other things that you would expect. More storage around the side, so make sure you ask which building you are going to or the correct door.

Warning, just bought a full pallet of Lignetics pellets this morning and out of the 50 bags I would say that 35 of the bags had holes in them. Took the wrapping off and ended up with more pellets in the back of my truck than in the shed. If this is the kind of product the co-op is going to sell I'm done. Will never buy pellets from them again. You are better off buying them by the bag so they can keep all the bags with holes in them.

You can walk in and buy a fishing license. All the fly shops in the valley said I could only do it on line. Was not that way when I lived in the valley of the roaring fork... ugh.
