This City Market does not do delivery orders!! I placed an order for delivery yesterday on the City Market app, I received notification that the order was being fulfilled through Instacart. I was told my order would be delivered by 7:45PM, then 8:45PM, by 8:35PM I contacted the store for a status update as the app said they were still working on my order, the phone interaction I had with two of the employees is the main reason I'm writing this review. I didn't catch the first person's name that answered the phone because he answered "Hello?", upon explaining my situation the man that answered was incredibly rude and told me that they have no information on my order because pick up orders were finished for the day and they don't do deliveries or work with Instacart. After explaining that I placed the order through the City Market app and stating I wanted a refund, he passed me off to a manager named Courtney who didn't even allow me to finish my sentence before cutting me off and essentially saying the same exact thing. No attempt to help me or look up my order was taken, she talked over me and ultimately just wanted to get me off the phone. I'm hoping Kroger updates the app to reflect the fact that this store does not offer delivery, because having to deal with the incompetent and rude staff was incredibly frustrating.

Food is out of date at the deli. In the past week I've found 5 items that were 5 days past their sell date. The service at the counter is absent most of the time. Frustrating. Do not recommend.

This is super close to my school and love going here! I often grab lunch or just go shopping. They are always well stocked and have nice staff.

what ever happened to the express checkout with a limit? I try to check out at 3pm and the line is going down the lane with people and large carts of food. I see it at Carbondale store and El Jebel. Get more check outs for large carts.

I just live beside this market..its my everyday visit place ..everything is great but sometimes evenings i cant find some vegetables.!!

It's the largest City Market in the valley, with the worst selection of fresh fruits and veg(most of it is never fresh, and filld with products you couldn't care less about. Plus everything is more expensive than even the city markets up valley. Hell even their deli sandwiches are way too overpriced, you can get what is equal to 2 subway sandwiches for 7$ and some change at any other city market, but this one wants 6$ for what is basically a 6" with no veggies or sauce.

Went in for a Mother's Day card, and there weren't any. The Easter cards were still out (May 5th). They haven't had packs of thank you cards since before Christmas. Consistent inventory has been a challenge at this location since I've started shopping there.

I cam here last August on a trip to Colorado. To say the least, the service was exceptional, and felt like where I live in the Midwest, where there is Mariano's and whatnot. It felt like the same, amazing Kroger experience I get back at home!
