We have lived here for a couple of months now and it’s absolutely lovely! Clean, well kept grounds and a very friendly owner and manager. Very quiet and beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend!

I've lived here for a couple months now, and I honestly have no complaints. The Inn Keeper is friendly and easy going. The view of the sunset is amazing, and if I ever leave I'm sure I'd be back. I love it here for sure.

Although it is a fairly small community out here and probably more dead souls than living since the RV camp is right next to the cemetery... And there are absolutely no trees around and when the wind blows it blows so hard!!! But the stars are so close and so beautiful here the people in the town are very friendly and I feel like I'm part of a community again... This is a wonderful place to be enjoy this wonderful thing we call life....

The wife and I lived there for about 8 months and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. The best deal you're going to find in the area. While they don't have amenities like bathrooms, etc, you will save a lot of money and the owners are honest and trustworthy. Calhan, CO is a quiet friendly town with everything you need. About 20 min away is a Walmart in Falcon.

Just moved in so far let's clean peaceful they accept pets kid friendly at this point the virus going around I have to travel with my family to work place to place I'm glad you guys are open most places don't accept dogs and family

This is a very nice quiet RV park. Clean and all smooth gravel roads and in sites. Sites are fairly level. Owners are very friendly and ready to be of service. Off the highway so there is no traffic noise. Very close to Dollar General and Family Dollar stores for convenient shopping.

Stayed at Jolly for a little over a month. Nice and quiet place beside the small town of Calhan. Enjoyed my stay! Also, the stars at night are excellent there. Place was kept clean and the owner was friendly. Thanks Calvin!

Stayed here 4 months and had a great experience. Owners are reasonable and easy to work with. Billing is convenient. Park is maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere.

There is an orange cat that wanders around there. I call him Duo because one moment, he’ll be super cuddly and sweet and the next, he will bite you so hard your arm bleeds! Then, he will go right back to being cuddly. Watch out for that wild little tiger kitty! 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 😾
