So been going here a few years, cheap prices, recently noticed 2of my large dogs are placed in 1 kennel and recently one has been coming home all chopped up looking like a dirty rag mop. The service has gone way down and will no longer be using your services. Pictures attached are of blue that was recently chopped/groomed. Patti said blue was on the table for 5 hours but not sure how, but it is what it is. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

I took one of my fur babies in this morning for a grooming, she was totally awesome I explained to her what I wanted done and came back to pick my baby up to find absolute perfection. She nailed it on how I wanted my baby to look. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here to her.

This is by far the best grooming facility I have been to. Owner is amazing. She did a wonderful job on my reactive dog and my other skittish dog with no problems. They came home looking fantastic. I would highly recommend Gini's Dog Palace.

Honestly these ladies are way undercutting themselves. You get a great service and for a VERY reasonable price. In town they charge at least double and aren't as friendly!

This is a family business! They care so much for my 4 legged babies! Great pricing! Found these ladies 12+ years ago. After an experience with one of my pups at some other place who said my dog was bad and didn't listen, needed to be tied down, etc. Gini and Patti groomed her and said she was great, if she could have stood on her head she would have. There wasn't a bad bone in her body. I will never take my dogs to another groomer ever! These are the best and most kind hearted people that you may ever meet!

This place and these lady's are amazing. I have had VERY bad experiences with groomer for my shi tzu and he is now terrified of even being brushed he was even cut and in and a half and nicked by the last groomer, so needless to say my dog and I were both scared. They did such an amazing job here and my baby came back happy and he smelled so good. Will for sure go back here from now on. Thank you guys so much.

FINALLY got a hold of someone there after calling and leaving several messages - which by the way no one ever returned. I asked if they had any appointments this week, she was rude and laughed. I understand you might be busy, but people DO cancel. Then she asked what kind of dog I had, I said Pyrenees and Lab mix. She said we don't do Pyrenees - they're too big . You don't even know how big my dog is! I bet if I said Lab mix it would have been fine. He isn't any larger than a Lab. Either way, I believe in
