The flautas were a little dry but everything tasted amazing. Highly recommend the barbacoa torta! And most places you have to pay to get salsa that's as good as the salsa and homemade chips included with the meal. Update: you can buy a container of salsa to go! The vibe is cozy and welcoming of everyone. We will be back! Bonus: thet also have homemade caramel mmmmmm.

Awesome family-owned business. Not only they have items that can be purchased at grocery stores (that are located about 20 miles from that area and it's such a pain to drive another 40 miles round trip only because you forgot a pack of sugar or some laundry soap), but they also have an amazing kitchen with a choice of many meals for any time of the day. Super friendly family and very layedback environment.

This is the best, authentic Mexican food I've had in Colorado! Highly recommend! Ellicott is on 94, about 20 minutes East of Colorado Springs, and well worth the drive! It's hidden in a spanish grocery store, but the food and service are exceptional! The first mexican place I've eaten where they greet you in spanglish. The place is far enough out of Colorado Springs, that the food is authentic and not ruined by that ridiculous fusion nonsense!...Nothing but amazing, flavorful, authentic food here, and the service is SO impressive. The lady that took our order was SO friendly and cheerful! Great experience for my wife and me! I had the barbacoa burrito, and the meat was cooked to perfection, the sauce was so flavorful! My wife had the chicken quesadilla, and she loved it! We'll be back! It wasn't crowded either!

El Bronco, a solitary oasis in the boonies is nothing short of a miracle. It's the kind of place where the bell above the door jingles with a tune of hope every time you step in, especially when you've forgotten the one grocery item that would require a 20-mile trek to the nearest supermarket. The menu is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Whether it's a hunger pang or a forgotten loaf of bread, El Bronco is there, proving that even in the middle of nowhere, you're never really alone.

I love the people here! Always friendly. They remember my daughter and myself. And our regular items. And really remember things that are said to them! Even if it's weeks later!!! Their meat selection is amazing. And I love their fresh salsa and guacamole!!

Super convenient, family owned and operated Hispanic market located in Ellicott. Great variety of last minute forgotten items (deodorant, toothpaste, scotch tape, super glue, frozen foods, even some fresh produce) with multiple cultures represented! Super bonus with a fresh meat market inside, too! Only downside is the $$$ cost. Convenience costs MONEY, lol! Probably wouldn't do my monthly shopping here, but it definitely comes in handy if I don't wanna travel all the way into the Springs or Falcon and needed just a few things. 5 stars for sure!

I really like this little grocery store/kitchen. It's cooked to order & they have a meat deli counter with fresh meat. The pre-made uncooked fajita mix, both beef & chicken, are very good. Prices can be a bit high, but expected in Ellicott. It's family owned & operated, all of them are very nice & they remember their customers. Always respectful with a smile.

Its very nice I there. Nancy the owner is super awesome. Always greets with a big smile and a warm welcome no matter how busy she is. The food is so good and always freshly cooked. I would recommend this place anytime. Very friendly staff and the prices are fair. Always fresh vegetables and fruit. Love love this place 💖😁🤗

Great Food and awesome grocery prices!Check out their Fajita mixes! Beef, chicken pork all come with veges. Just throw into a skillet, cook, place in tortillas and serve/enjoy! Tortillas and Fajita mix are well under $20. Feeds 4-5 comfortably.

Super friendly folks.They have what you need, not always what you want.But, VERY expensive. Being where they are located, they take advantage of being the ONLY grocery store within 20 miles. Not cool.They do serve great food. It's expensive too.

This place is great!! We just moved to Calhan, and are so glad we saw all the awesome reviews on this place! The selection and prices for the groceries are very reasonable. The meat counter is impressive!! AND, the food they serve in the restaurant is exceptional! Great menu options, fresh, fast, delicious, very authentic food! The staff is also wonderful. Nancy is such a joy to see every time we go in.

Own by wonderful friendly family, carry many needed staples and milk that is VERY reasonably priced for not going to town.They have burritos and luch/breakfast food to go or eat there. Very authentic and yummy. U really feel the little town friendliness

Absolutely outstanding! I love this place. The store has everything that you need. Also they have the best meat case that I've ever seen at any store! It's well stocked and perfectly neat and tidy. Everything is covered with plastic wrap, not left out. They even cook meals there and everything is excellent! Everyone there is very friendly. I'm so glad that they are in our area. :)
