We recently acquired a Long Coat German Shepherd from Calico Junction German Shepherds. She is the most beautiful and intelligent German Shepherd I have ever seen. We had her 100% house trained within 48 hours of her getting here. The transporter said he had never seen a German Shepherd as calm as her. She is a excellent watch dog. We searched forever for the right puppy fit for our large family after our 15 year old Siberian passed away. Nancy could not have been better. She listened to what we wanted in a pet and hand picked our sweet Ari. He is literally the BEST puppy I’ve ever seen. It took an hour to potty train him, ten minutes to teach him to sit and shake, one walk before he walked perfectly on the leash. We have six kiddos and he is already so perfect with them. Great Breeder who truly cares for all of her dogs! I had the pleasure of being able to meet Nancy Nothstein in person and being able to visit her ranch to meet all of her dogs and I was blown away. She is an extremely caring, accommodating, and intelligent breeder who answered all of my questions and was willing to adjust her schedule to allow me to visit the dogs at any time. Her male and female long haired GSDs are some of the most impressive dogs I have ever seen in terms of stature and discipline. I am extremely happy with my puppy and cannot wait to see what he can accomplish as he grows with such an impressive blood line.
