Your employee Katherina mulner isn't a good person at all. Makes me wonder the ethics of the whole place honestly. She's had her kid taken by DHS and had to earn him back. Mother of the year right there. She also steals. She stole my $10,000 RV from me and played games for over a year making me go through a grueling amount of court procedures just to get it back and realize she completely destroyed the entire RV. Allowed her animals to urinate and defecate all over it, broke every single one of my appliances, destroyed my $600 couch obliterated all of the curtains, stole all of my rations, she robbed me if my livelihood!!! Disgusting person.

BEWARE the vet they use does not keep current on Colorado scrapes info so if you are bringing goats to this place make sure it has a tag even if it is a wether and under 18 months old or they will charge you 5$ each for your trouble. I definitely will not be giving them any more of by business. Good Luck.

It was a fun experience but the fact it took over 45 minutes to pay for my items put a very sour taste in my mouth. I almost had to just leave without paying because i had work, im guessing they would have called me to get my money right? Ill give it another chance eventually, but if its the same delay to pay it will be my last visit

We go here on Mondays for the small animal and miscellaneous auction. Don't dress up...it is dusty and in a quanset hut. The auction starts at 10am...get there early to get your number to bid on things and to check what is available that day. You can find some fun things, depending on the day or week...live chickens, eggs, wood for building things, hay, appliances and household stuff. Bring comfy shoes and dress for weather changes.

Always friendly faces, well informed clientele, wonderful food, so many new refreshing changes, love watching the LIVESTOCK go through. Look forward to NEXT YEAR, "2021".The first and last AUCTION that I've seen this year due to COVID 19. I'll be glad when it leaves.

Nice friendly all around auction. The auctioneer slowed down when selling some of the larger lots of cattle. I have a hard time with understanding some times. Because of his care I bought two trailer loads of breed cattle. They brought nice calves this spring. I am planning another trip.

Great time at the auction yesterday. Auctioneer was funny, and kept the auction moving, the place was run professionally, and I even got a gaited horse at a price you just can't beat.

The Calhan Auction is a great place to go if you want to buy one or a few pigs, goats, sheep or calves or cows. The selection changes every week. If you don't see what you want, try the next week.The staff and other people are very friendly. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask. People are more than willing to explain how things work.

Bought a horse at the June Catalog Sale was sold as sound drove over 2000 miles round trip first and last catalog sale I will ever attended there. Got the horse home and it's blind in 1 eye and almost blind in the other eye SOUND means sound not septic from a long term untreated infection that causes them to go blind! Even though auctioner said it was being sold as sound the auction nor the seller will stand behind the horse do I am out $3900 for the horse plus cost of trip horse was seen by 3 vets. He had to be put down due to blindness!!!! So FYI don't believe anything they say!!!
