The staff is very helpful,friendly. We had a short notice to move are unit. We couldn't find a spot intell we called Cadllac Jack's. He had one that would fit are 30'unit

It's quiet and secure... the Owner drives through regularly. Owners are great people to rent from and try their best to be accommodating to all your needs. You are walking distance from a convenience store, local grocer, laundry mat, bar and restaurant. Honestly only met one person in Calhan who was not friendly ♡ Kid friendly and pet friendly!! The spaces are not overly huge, but they are not small either.

Great RV Park... everyone is easygoing, park is pretty quiet. No frills, but has all the basics you need on a daily basis within walking distance, even though it's a very small town (don't use the laundromat... horribly maintained, it will ruin your clothes). Dog and kid friendly...most people are respectful about keeping their dogs quiet and picking up after them, and there's only a few kids that could use more parental supervision (which could be rectified if the owners put up a playground...hint, hint).My kids and I stayed a few months, and we felt safe here, and appreciated that no one gave us a hard time or charged me extra for our 3 dogs. We were permitted to put up temp fencing and outside carpets and make our space work for us. There's a burm behind us and trees on either side, so even though hail is something that happens there often enough, we didn't feel too exposed. Plenty of the tenents here seem to be year round. They're even cool about parking...no issues at all when we were there, and many people have 2 cars. We even lucked out and had a clear view of their tower from our spot (#25), so we were able to get Rise broadband wifi. Not many spots have a view of the tower, but #25 and #26 def do.Can't beat the price, and it's easy going month to month. But if you say you're staying a short time and think you can change your mind and go month to month, think again. Cal probably already has the spot booked. This place is full, and people jump on the spots. Cal only takes cash in person to secure the spots because the demand is so high, so if there's an opening, grab your cash and jump on it!

We were passing by and noticed the antique store. Very neat finds here and lots of collectible items. The owner only takes cash so take that into consideration when stopping here. We had to go to the atm at the gas station that’s beside the antique store.

Really enjoyed staying at Cadillac Jacks. They were very nice and very welcoming. He was full of information and his antique store is amazing. Great halfway point between Limon and the Springs

We currently live here. Nice little place to stay. It's usually fairly quiet. There's also a restaurant, liquor store, laundromat, grocery store and gas station all within walking distance.

Man, you can only tell that the proprietors are writing these reviews. I have lived in this area for 20+ years and I have not once ever seen any type of vehicle at the camping facility. Mac's makes a killing (literally) keeping the drunks happy whilst the rest of the "well to do" sit around watching this town die in it's slow death. Woolseys, the grocery store charges double, Glaser propane TRIPLE, Farmers bank finishing you off with all of it's fees.. need I go on?

Won't let people play Pokemon go unless they pay him 20 bucks. Rude to our group, said he wanted twenty bucks from each of us. Sad. There's two gyms and a poke stop. He needs a big sign that says no Pokemon go, or he needs to contact Google and Niantic with his complaints.

Cal is a crook there is no other way to put it my husband and I paid in advance for one month after being there one week and not being able to keep electric on due to the outlet constantly popping we gave notice and asked for our money back and were refunded zero and had paid $800 for one week because the rest of the month was not returned and NOT refunded to us as we left the park you left the park also I asked that my mail be forwarded he told me he did instead he returned it to the sender I see this man being nothing less than a liar and a crook very unfair to the hard-working honest people

CADILLAC JACKS IS THE BEST AND ONLY RV CAMPGROUND FOR MILES AND MILES. IT HAS EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF YOUR RV. 24 HR CONVENIENCE STORE, SUBWAY SHOP, ROOSTERS SPORTS BAR, LAUNDROMAT, AWARD WINNING ANTIQUE STORE, BARBER AND BEAUTY SHOP. LIQUOR STORE, FEED STORE, PAWN SHOP, SELF STORAGE, POLE BARN SUPPLY, POST OFFICE, ACCOLADE MODULAR HOME SALES AND MORE, LOTS MORE. WELL KEPT AND LIGHTED ON 25 ACRES. HAD A NICE MEAL AND COCKTAIL THEN WALKED BACK TO RV. NO NEED TO DRIVE ANYWHERE.

Tried to make reservation over the phone. Does not take credit card and he was rude and hung up on me. Would not hold site for 10 min. to make a Walmart transfer.
