Right now I would give them five stars. Because the last time I was there, all the chargers were working. But in the last few months, they have been unable to repair broken chargers quickly. Hence the three stars.

Would not recommend filling prescriptions here!!! I called to have a prescription refill transferred as Burlington is a more convenient location. I was told it would be ready on Monday. I called that Monday to make sure it was ready and was told it actually wasn’t ordered in because insurance doesn’t cover it. I know this and am okay paying full price, but wasn’t contacted to make sure they should still order. When I called the pharmacist Riley Holmes let me know he was going to call my provider to ask if he could change the drug to something that works “similarly” because the original drug needs to be made into a liquid and requires a mixing kit. Why change something that has been working great to keep my infant out of pain? And why try to override what a medical doctor thought would work best for her patient who she has seen multiple times? Because of all this I no longer felt comfortable that the prescription would be made correctly and/or ordered in after all and transferred back to Foltmer Drug in Wray.

Everyone here was so nice and they were kind enough to deliver my meds even when I had problems with my card. I’m very happy to give them five stars. Would give more if I could!
