We got caught in a blizzard warning that resulted in highway closures while driving from MO to CO, and Burlington was the last open exit. All hotels were full with no vacancy, and we were lucky enough to get a room here. The staff at the front (Sky and another lady, I think Jennifer?), were hit with 40+ people in less than 20 minutes. They were quick, polite, and warm to all guests and beyond accommodating to all who were stuck due to the blizzard. The housekeeping staff were amazing at getting all rooms ready with very little notice. Though very unexpected and unplanned, staying the night here was such a relief. Thanks to all staff, you are so appreciated!

Front desk was super nice but I didn’t appreciate housekeeping waking me up by continuing to bang on my door an hour and a half before checkout asking me when I’ll be leaving. I’m driving all the way from Florida and have another 2 days of travel so my sleep is very important. Housekeeping needs to learn to be more considerate! What a rude thing to do. Especially when I didn’t answer the first couple times they knocked, thinking they would realize I’m sleeping but then they were unlocking my door trying to get it. As a single female traveler, I really don’t appreciate people trying to get into my room!

A young lady Jennifer/manager worked very hard for us. We had a refund coming to us and she worked really hard to get it. The staff was very considerate and went way out of their way to try to help... Thank youRooms: The rooms were OK. the carpet definitely needed to be clean. The bathtubs we're stopping up and there was some other issues. I will not mention due to the credibility of the motel but they were able to fix everything for us.Safety: SafeWalkability: Everything you could possibly want dining food groceries. It was all within walking distance. Most of it.Food & drinks: The food was fresh as well as the drinks.

My rating definitely takes the low cost into account -it's decently clean and it has bagels and cereal type breakfast (no eggs or anything that was prepared), so nothing fancy, but for the low price, it was definitely a good deal for a stop on the road!We arrived late and needed a crib for our toddler and they got it to our room before we'd even unloaded the car!

In town for work, I travel ALOT!First I booked my room there because the others did.. go in got charged full pop for my room but the girl was sweet and realized I had booked my room on choice and she adjusted it!Then get to my room NO!!! HOT WATER at allShe called th Manager/owner he was to busy to worry with it and I guess changing rooms , I guess he thought that would fix the issue, NOTI didn’t move !!I even tried heating up water in microwave! That didn’t work!He said he would check on it in the AM!Nice!!After my cold bath, was not happy beds are. Very hard and I couldn’t get the AC/heater to stay consistent so I tossed and turned all night .I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for less maybot had Hot water there either but prob would have slept betterThe nicest part was the sweet lady at front deskJust wish I would have been refunded that was a loss $80 Hotel hell the community we’re not asking for royal treatment but damn I would have been better sleeping in my truck and showering at the truck stop

At first I thought no way. But the lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was clean with a kitchenette which was perfect for our trip. Quiet and peaceful all day and night. Cereal bagels and muffins for breakfast is ok. Housekeeping have been very nice. Would recommend. Still here as I give review.Rooms: Rooms clean.

Really good place to stay. I stayed here as a travel health professional. Good clean rooms, all rooms have kitchenette’s. Management and staff are really nice and helpful to me. The house keepers work really hard at keeping the place clean using high quality cleaning supplies. I’m thankful I got to stay here and meet the staff. ;)

I checked in late the 1st room she gave me wasn't made up. Told her I had a service animal plus another pet. Was told I would be charged a pet fee ( I was good with that) I asked her what the charge would be she told me it would be $10. I get my bill and I was charged $20. When I called next morning the lady basically said I was sol. There's no such thing as customer service anymore.

Front desk girl in the evening was super nice. Hotel looked updated and smelled clean. The cleaning products used smelled very strong but I will take clean over dirty. Pillows were very small and there was only 2. Didn't inquire on more, we were so tired from traveling that day...a shower and straight to bed for us. Love the flooring instead of carpet!

Normally this hotel is great, we usually stop here and stay the night on our way home from exploring the west. Last time we were there, two days ago...our room wasn't ready until 4:40 (when check in was at 3) we had to sit outside with our dog for over an hour and a half waiting while we were getting bit by flies.

Burlington STINKS, Lots of feed lots by hotel. You can’t see them but boy can you smell them. Made me almost throw up! Hotel was clean, pillows were terrible, there were no table lamps, just the bright ceiling lamps. We had 2 dogs, while walking them a stray big white dog came out of the trees. Looked like a friendly dog but wasn’t going to take a chance. People were great but I will never stay at this exit again!

We deliver RVs across the country and stay at a different hotel each night. Hands down this was the best hotel by far we’ve stayed at! The attention to detail is amazing! Thick doors, with sweeps on the bottom to keep noise and light out. Nice heavy bathroom door for privacy! A hair dryer which actually dried quickly, very clean comfortable rooms and bed! Staff was great even though we showed up at 11:30pm!! Great stay and will be back!

The front desk clerk was very schetchy. He made us feel very uneasy. We had no choice but to stay here due to bad weather from snow. We barricaded ourselves inthe room by pushing the table and chair against the door. My daughter her 2 children, and i slept in the same bed. Apparently, the front desk clerk deals with schizophrenia, which explained a lot,

My husband I were going to camp for the night but decided on a room instead. Staying here was just what we needed. We asked for the cheapest room, and were very glad to get a queen sized bed room with a full kitchen. The young man at the front desk was very professional and polite. The continental breakfast was perfect for us, small snacks but the coffee was so good! Was a little disappointed that the mask policy wasn’t enforced, we saw a lot of people without masks... not surprised though. It was a pleasant place to stay. I would recommend this establishment.

This Hotel was a decent hotel. The room we got had two queen beds and a small kitchenette (Burner, Fridge, and sink). The room had the wood looking Linoleum flooring which I thought was kind of strange but not a big deal. The staff was very friendly and helped us get checked in a timely manner. The beds were average not too hard not too soft. There is a small continental breakfast pre packaged muffins, Cereal, power bars, and fruit. Nothing to write home about but enough to get you something in your gut to get out the door and go. Not a bad place to stay for a night. Not the worst hotel but not the nicest either. Would consider staying here again. It is definitely one of the cheaper hotels in town. Our stay was $73 for one night. So over all not a bad deal for the money. Considering the hotel right next door was charging $130 per night. So if you are looking to save some money and don't need a 5 star hotel then this is the place for you.

Our room had 2 queen side beds. The room itself is roomy. It has a kitchenette and a full size fridge. Our room was very clean, perfect TV size. Beds were comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. It’s not fancy

I had a night restover here. It appears they have remodeled recently, so everything is new and clean. The room had a full sized fridge, microwave, and cook top. As well as a single serve coffee machine. The bed was very firm, but comfortable for me (I like a firm mattress). The bath had plenty of nice towels, and the water in the shower was perfect. Very nice hotel, I'd stay here again.

Overall mostly comfortable place, for a one night stay. Friendly staff.Downsides: no lamps, so had to use overhead fluorescent lights, needed more pillows and they only had two, and no appliances for the kitchenette, somewhat stained linens, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
