We hit a Colorado “pothole” on I 70, ruining a “run flat” tire, and no spare. We were able to slowly drive to their shop. Thanks to their friendly management and crew, we were back on the road in less than two hours. I highly recommend the Burlington Car Care Center for all your vehicles!

I arrived a few minutes after closing time, but the team was still working on finishing a job, so they took my two tires and repaired them while I waited, and I was out in 20 minutes! Super nice staff that knows how to hustle! Thanks Burlington Car Care!

Called yesterday and made an 8am appointment for brake shoes, took the car in this morning with the parts and never heard anything until I called in after 2pm. Then was informed at 3pm they can’t do it, they were too busy. Showed up to pick the car up and 5 or 6 guys standing around the shop, nothing being worked on. I’ve had other tire work done here and not had any issues but this experience soured me.Shame on me for waiting to get a brake job done the day before a birthday trip to the mountains, but shame on them for saying they could do it then failing to communicate or deliver as promised.

We got stranded on the side of the highway and 20 minutes before they closed, they were more than happy to help us. We showed up 10 minutes before closing and they offered to stay and put on the tire for us. Shoutout to Alexis and everyone who helped out, y’all are amazing! Thank you!

People and service like this are hard to find! We had a problem with a tire on I-70. We were helped at the gas station 20miles south and were led to the stratton location. They didn't have our tire size, so we drove to the Burlington location. They took care of us within an hour from start to finish. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A huge thank you to the good people of stratton and Burlington.

My Luxury SUV decided at 6am in the morning going down I70 at 75mph that I’d didn’t need it’s driver side rear wheel anymore. After a some quick thinking I safely got the car into the center median. S&M towing picked me up and dropped us off here at 7am.They got me in immediately examined the damaged got my wheel back on and determined the vehicle could make the rest of my journey without issues. I was there less than 30 mins. The team was quick, amazing and efficient.

In and out with 5 new tires!After a bad day with our travel trailer, we needed a new rum and 5 new tires. We arrived at 8 am Monday morning and I was out by 9:30. The prices were reasonable and the timing was fantastic.I watched them help many others while I was there. They focus on tire work only but had people in and out very quickly.I didn't get the super friendly staff experience others have commented on, but like I said, it was Monday morning. Regardless, they answered all my questions and were very courteous.

We are so thankful for this tire repair shop! We had a sudden flat on our class C camper on the interstate just outside of Burlington, CO. We limped to Burlington Car Care Center, where they put tires on our camper and got us back on the road. The entire staff were kind and accommodating. If I could give 6 stars I would!

We were out on the highway when we got a low tire pressure warning. We pulled in and instantly received excellent service. The workers were friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and we got the screw removed from the tire and the hole patched up within 20 minutes.

We were on a long car trip to Oklahoma, when our tire would not stay aired up. We came here and they were able to get us right in. They fixed the slow leak and got us back out on the road within 30 min. Thank you for keeping us safe on the winter roads.
