Absolutely garbage!!!! Same day delivery is a lie!!! I canceled my order after being told I would get same day delivery and they couldn’t do it and blamed their 3rd party delivery service..now I’m out t post and liandra their district manager also said they can do nothing….so I’m at a lost and there is no accountability on their end….

I just got a new puppy that will be very large! Tractor supply had great prices for anyting dog-related. Food, kennels, feeding supplies, and really good prices. Not to mention anything else you might need for just about anything you.Great store just to go and shop but if you need something you'll most likely find it here.

There are serious problems with the “new manager” this person is the most abrasive person with customer service. There is NO excuse as to why you cannot treat customers with respect. Katie is someone when you look at her there can be no trust between you and her. The lack of respect she has towards her employees is beyond disgusting. You can feel that this place has a completely different vibe than it did when Tyler and Bridget were running things. There is no wonder as to why the good people we used to see in here no longer exist in this company. There are still great people that work here but we find ourselves walking away in different isles and avoiding the “manager” and I regret that we have to call her that. Definitely a mercy hire if that’s what this Tractor Supply needed. I would say if you have a problem or concerns call ahead of time and speak to someone OTHER than Katie! Oh and whoever trained her you should rethink your approach and efforts as to who gets brought into your stores. This person looks unkept and seems like this job means nothing to her. But on the flip side of things, she is hardly there so there is a good chance you will never encounter her. Or she is on her cell phone constantly so it is easy to get away from her untrustworthy gaze. Just don’t say hi when she is smoking outside in front. You will be there forever trying to get away from her life stories. Any chance you can get with the other staff for any concerns. I got more help from the receiver Rev than I ever thought possible. Miss that guy! To bad they didn’t hire within to promote the other great candidates that already existed. This is our goodbye to Tractor Supply for any new needs, we will make the drive to Murdochs for any new jobs and supplies for our 400 acre ranch!Maybe the occasional visit just to see if she gets let go and equine products here and there in a pinch.But it’s been a long run and enjoyed spending money and time here.I hope the higher ups recognize the mistake they made that cost them $10,000’s from us yearly alone!

No respect! Store needs a new manager. He failed to take care of a serious problem with an employee he has. Employee didn’t want seniors in the store said he didn’t like them. Employee is still employed. What a shame . I will not shop in the Buena Vista store again. Shameful way of handling a serious complaint.

It's a normal store, I just wish the cashier would act more human instead of an incapable robot with zero personality. Asked for basic help and you'd think I was speaking french while having two heads... Zombie apocalypse already start here?

Kyle was very sarcastic when my husband asked him where the wagons were. He said out front! Like my husband didn't see them. Yet what was out front was not what he was looking for. My husband found another associate who helped find the item called a garden dump cart. She was very helpful.

I've been here a few times, and always for hard-to-find items. I've always been able to find what I need, and even a few upgrades!Its never that busy and they have a great selection of products.

Tractor supply is always a favorite when we go to buena vista, CO. Great selection and lots of fun stuff. We'll go there at least 3 times in a 10 day stay.

Nice for pet foods. They have a decent selection of tool's. They always have a couple sales racks with tools where you can find some decent deals. Dewalt power tools. Clothing is not priced the best but you can find some stuff marked down to a fair price. They carry parts for your well to generators for construction to camping. Most of these type of stores I have gone to often have a small to them. You know that smell. Well this place smells like any other store. It doesn't have that animal smell most places like this seem to have. And the staff has always been pleasant and answered any questions I may have had.

Love Tractor Supply but this one's kinda a mess. Price tags are way wrong. I ended up leaving three things behind cause the employee was to lazy to deal. Lost money for them. Not gonna overpay though.

What great place to shop. Ordered tires and got wonderful attention when they came in. Shopped for a shirt as a gift and found at the register that it carried an additional discount. This is a customer service store and will always go out of my way to shop there♥️

The staff at Tractor Supply are awesome. They are friendly and helpful. They have taken time to show me how to problem solve with a power tool I had trouble with. They always welcome customers and are helpful with finding things, so I like to go there. They have a huge variety of tools, garden and farm implements, food for pets and livestock, etc. , as well as household decor and such.

Very courteous and helpful. We went to buy a garden trailer, and forgot that they sell trailers that can be pulled on the road. The manager, who was off the clock, clocked in just to help us, as she was the only one who can sell the on road trailers, and when she said that she would need to see license and insurance and such, we were confused. Then when we showed her which trailer we wanted, it turned out that it was not one of the roadable trailers and anyone could sell it. It was a miscommunication between us, but she went above and beyond to help us, even on her off time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

During a promotion for citi bank credit cards, my address was input into the register incorrectly.After hour on the phone with customer service, they said it had been corrected. Another month goes by, no statement, no credit card. They covered the internal error on thier part by sending me straight to collections.I will dispute this and no longer shop at your store. Ever!

Prices are so high but so many things I need are here. Buena vista store is the friendliest with very helpful workers. If you cant find it in the store, customer service desk is pretty good at finding it online.
