We stopped to get an ice cream snack and ended up getting the flight, which was fabulous! They had water, games, and a play area for kids as well, which I thought was really cool. Super unique and different flavors. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Excellent games and play area for any kids, and also great for dogs too.

What a SHOP!! 🍦 🍨 😛 ALL hand made and all original flavors. I got the Colorado mud with a super chocolate kick. Check out the ice cream shop menu pictures. Also voted best ice cream store in the area many years in a row. I’m a Google Level 6 reviewer so I am kinda picky on my recommendations, the place ROCKS 😎😍😊

Charming and creative ice cream in Buena Vista was wonderful. Many flavors were available. Pineapple Upside Down Cake, CO Mud and Graham Cracker were rich and delicious! The Salty Cookie Vegas was exceptionally good too! Staff were friendly and quick to deliver a cold, delicious treat!

Love this place, stop every time we are in BV. Beautiful patio with new colorful furniture and entertainment for all ages. The icecream is amazing with flavors for everyone. Generous portions for a good price. Don't forget the fresh made waffle cone with mini M&Ms in the bottom.

We had an amazing time at this ice cream shop. J.J. Was INCREDIBLE . He was having so much fun and so attentive to our daughter. He had special recommendations for her ice cream that appealed to her and provided such an amazing experience! The play space they have out back is also wonderful. It is filled with natural items, logs, dirt, water and provides lots of opportunities for children to work their gross motor muscles in unique and exciting ways!

Very welcoming and helpful staff, good ice cream with varieties for the whole family including what you want it served in, toppings, and they still make malts with your choice of the dipped ice cream. They also will let you sample the ice cream so you can order after trying your flavor(s). Thank you for the great service and good quality and selection of ice cream

There was quite a wait but it was well worth it! Prices are reasonable and flavors are amazing. I also love that you can split the scoops and try multiple flavors. Fun for the whole family. We will be back!

Literally the best ice cream I've ever had. The birthday ice cream has frosting and sprinkles in it. The venue is also awesome, it has a nice outdoor seating area with yard games and fire pits. There's a cool area for kids to play as well. Definitely worth a stop by for great prices and a tasty treat!

This place was awesome! The outdoor space was versatile, natural, and wonderful. The back area provided some kid friendly play. It was also connected to a cute gift shop. The ice cream was fantastic. We ordered a split scoop with graham cracker toffee and Colorado mud. I’ve never had graham cracker ice cream, but they executed it perfectly. I could’ve gone for more toffee pieces though.

This is the cutest ice cream shop I have ever been to and the ice cream was delicious too. I loved the Colorado Mud, my husband's favorite was the raspberry cheesecake, and my daughter loved the cappuccino caramel flavor.

This ice cream shop is PERFECT for a relaxed visit with tons of space and things for the kids to play on including a rope wall. We got the salty cookie ice cream and a pup bone cup which our pup loved. Would return!

The most expensive and basic ice cream I ever had in my life. A scoop is freaking $6.50 (with taxes). You would be better off buying it in Mc Donalds.

Tried ordering from the menu, after standing in a long line I was told what I wanted was out of stock, not a problem I asked if they had a menu I could see, the young blond hair girl said no and moved on to help the next customer. I walked outside to get a menu to place a new order. After standing in line a 2nd time, the very rude girl just skipped over until I said could I place my order. If they’re out of stock of an item they should either recommend another or at least help the customer by explaining they only have menus outside l! I got my ice cream and it was good but will never visit this location due to the lack of service they provide.

Giving 4 stars here because the ice cream was that good, including the homemade waffle cone. HOWEVER, it was $18 for 2 comes - true they were double scoops and waffle cones, but still.

I rarely give five stars, but if you're in Buena Vista and you want ice cream, don't dare go anywhere else.There were so many great flavors. We tried 8-10 different things and they were all delicious. Plus, there's a play area outside that the kids will LOVE.

Ice cream was good and service was good. Take time to look at the available ice creams on the outside menu, the room can get crowded quick if you don’t know what you want. This definitely helps the line move faster. Outside sitting area is really nice too.

They were unprepared for summertime business? The ice cream I had was really good but the flavor selection was awfully poor. Very poor.I will one day visit again with the hopes that they actually have multiple ice cream flavors.I don't hold it against them. Perhaps there was a glitch in ordering. I like to support local businesses so I believe there is hope for this business despite having not very many options when I visited.Small town. Hot summer. Try it out if you have a chance. You'll be glad you did.

The bananas foster is good. The birthday cake is better. Super cute atmosphere with lots to see and do. Very comfortable setting to just hang out and make a friend. Delicious ice cream! 🍦

Sadly the scoops are very inconsistent. It seems like every time we come here, and we are local, the portions become smaller and smaller. Having visited consistently within the last 2 months, you can be sure of one thing: the ice cream does taste good and the serving sizes won’t be consistent.

The experience at this ice cream shop was very discouraging.This past Saturday, my mother and I got two single scoop sugar cones. As we paid for the order, my mom noticed her cone was broken. The blonde girl behind the counter provider her with a cup. My mom and I grabbed napkins.As I told the lady behind the counter to keep the change as a tip, the brunette with glasses (wish I got her name) yelled at my mom and I to move because other customers were in line. We were standing off to the side trying to zip her purse up while putting the broken cone into a cup. There was plenty of room for the next customer to pay for their order.We were paying customers and left a tip… It was very rude and demeaning. I would not recommend this place because of the lack of customer service.

Excellent icecream! I recommend getting a flight so you try 6 flavors of your choice. The flavors are clearly made on location from the taste.The outdoor seating is nice and I found a little chess table and pieces. (There are other little fun outdoor things to look at too.)The line can get a little long but you will see that they are making a great pace while they attentively serve everyone. (The line moves well.)If you feel like giving a little extra support they have T-shirts for sales.It was interesting to see that the spoons have their own recycling.

Awesome!!! My son saw this place while we were eating across the street at House Rock. Cool little courtyard. Friendly staff and neato flavors.I had the Vegan Salted Cookie (lactose bad for old dude) it was really good. Didn't miss the real cream at all. Cookie chunks were both small and large which allowed some to be in every bite and to have some tooth. Son had chocolate he said was very good was inhaled by teenager in 3 seconds flat (not that he got a small).
