I always have a good experience shopping here. The staff are always helpful, from assisting you to find something, to answering questions and making suggestions, to carrying things out to your car. And when I order online, items are shipped well and arrive quickly. Their products are high quality. Also I have really enjoyed the Birds of Prey days they host occasionally at their shop, where a local bird rescue and rehabilitation group brings in 4 birds for the day and gives educational talks and tidbits about the birds. Seeing owls, eagle, hawk, falcon, etc. up close is magical!

Literally everyone I've met here is so nice (yes, this includes the kitty too)! It's easy to tell that every employee knows and genuinely cares about the well-being of birds. When I noticed a few house finches outside of the classroom I work I came here to see if I could find something to bring them closer. I was able to get a recommended window feeder set up with some no-mess sunflower seeds. Not only did the finches I saw visit within a few days, but they brought their whole flock with them, along with a handful of sparrows! My students love it, and I often catch them waiting for the 'birdies' to come visit. The no mess food is a little pricier than box store food, but I think it's worth it to avoid the junk fillers and seed shells all over the place. There's a bunch of different food types, so I highly recommend this store for just about any bird in the area :D

Very knowledgeable and great selection of "no mess" seed! Nice calm atmosphere and you can spend hours looking at the selection of feeders! I would advise you to ask for help and suggestions on the best types of feeders that would work for your yard. I have purchased 2 sets of Vortex binoculars there, prices were good, maybe a little higher, but everything, and I mean everything is really good quality stuff. My birdbath is a huge hit with the birdies!

Absolutely amazing place! I was looking to get into the bird feeding game and this place had so many customizable setups and plenty of diverse options for however you wish to provide dinner for your little backyard friends! And on top of it all, all the workers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about different feeding tactics and their products. They have so much information to share about birds that I spent a good couple hours here just soaking in all they were willing to share about them! Will certainly return here again for future bird feeding needs!

The absolutely best place to shop for bird supplies! My husband and I decided to get into birding as a hobby and after doing extensive research online, we still felt so lost and had no clue even where to begin. I read reviews on bird stores and Wild Birds was so highly rated we decided to come here and I'm so glad that we did! Every single employee is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about birds. Even if you really feel blasé about birds walking in, you WILL walk out excited about birds. The employees will walk you through the store and explain everything to you and give recommendations on what you should get. They don't pressure you to buy the expensive products or try to upsell you, they truly recommend what they believe you need. We ended up purchasing their basic bird feeder setup because it has so many options to customize and it is the only bird feeder of it's kind on the market! We have a dinnerbell bird feeder, a small tray, a large tray, a small bowl bird bath, and a metal branch with leaves and cups on it to put seed into. We get a crazy amount of birds even for being in the middle of a busy city! All of the equipment is extremely sturdy and seems like it should last quite a long time as well. We have only had the bird feeder about a month and look forward to seeing how many birds we can attract!

:D your Greeter cat DeeDee looks just like my cat salena this is a wonderful place and I will be visiting again soon :D heres salena and I swear salena brought another female white cat that looks EXACTLY like DeeDee! Great place for all of your bird needs. Whatever it is you’re looking for they probably have it. I’ve had feeders that have lasted 10+ years, and if a part ever breaks they will replace it. Angel and the other staff members are very knowledgeable. Will continue to buy here again and again!

What a lovely place! The staff are so wonderful and helpful. The store is beautiful and laid out nicely. I love that I can show them pictures of the birds at my feeders and they will help identify them and be as excited as I was about my visitors! They give "bird bucks" coupons when you spend a certain amount and free birdseed coupon on your birthday. Truly customer oriented.

I have been shopping with this store for years now. They are, by far, the best place to go for everything relating to birds. Their prices are amazing, especially on bird seed, and the store employees are always kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Oh, and the resident kitty is also awesome. Even after moving 15 miles away, I still return to this store to shop.

Excellent product and prices are good. Don’t know what everyone is complaining about with regards to prices. Love their Bird Bucks rewards!!! Staff goes above and beyond!!! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Their selection of cards is nice as well as other great gift ideas. Love that they have feeders that can work in a large yard scenario or a small patio area.

My wife and I were struggling to keep the squirrels at bay with our old bird feeder. We turned to this local store which has a wide array of bird feeders, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We always like to support local merchants and although we probably paid a bit more for the feeder than we might have at Walmart or Amazon but we ended up feeling good about the purchase. In the end we got a great product and know that we can return to a local business who will help us with our future questions and needs.

Easy to find. Large selection of items from bird feed and feeders and squirrel food and feeders to bird houses, baths, poles to hang feeders from and other miscellaneous items. Owners/staff very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Even carried our purchase to our car. Feels like a small town general store type atmosphere rather than just another big city retailer.

I enjoy my trips to Wild Birds Unlimited. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is quit a variety of bird food, feeders, fountains, decor and even something for the squirrels. They always seem to be well stocked. I get what I need and have fun just browsing, too.

We came in to Wild Birds Unlimited to find some good feeders and seed to attract birds to our yard. Allison was a great help, and we learned so much about birds; she was an expert! We left with a great starter kit to bring all kinds of birds to our yard, and two days later have already seen two new bird species! Great staff and we met a very nice kitty cat.

Love them. Among lots of other cool supplies and bird gifts, they have no mess bird seed as well as other. Their squirrel proof feeders are the best I have found. I travel across town to get my supplies there.
