Alex and Sarah were CHAMPIONS. I have a large St.Bernard who is a bit skittish around strangers, and they took every single chance to make him feel comfortable. I know they’re around large dogs all the time, and their energy is perfect for a nervous pupAs far as the facilities, they have tons of options for conditioner, shampoo, AND fragrance. You can even bring your own conditioner and shampoo if you want to pay less. I personally love their options, and think it’s worth it paying the $20 for this serviceAgain, Alex and Sarah 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I cannot fully express how accommodating they were for us, and how much I appreciated them. Just took my dog there to get her nails clipped and a self-service dog wash. Had a really great experience and I highly recommend this place. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and you can tell they actually care! This will definitely be my go-to place for my dogs.

We had a nice trip here this morning. We were new to the dog wash and an associate kindly walked us through the process. The store is more than a dog wash and grooming place. There's a pretty nice selection of dog food, treats and toys available.

This was our first time getting our mini aussie groomed. We have heard that grooming them requires a bit more attention because of their coat. After reading reviews we decided to book with Wag N' Wash. When we went to pick up our dog we could tell that she had been well cared for, Shavon did a wonderful job and provided wonderful service. We knew that we had left our dog in the right hands, and not only that but we loved how she turned out. We put our trust in Wag N' Wash, and it exceeded our expectations. Would rebook, and recommend to anyone looking to get their dog groomed. Best of all is that this place is locally owned. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

This place is so amazing. The staff is super friendly. I took my puppy in there and he was struggling to get up in the self wash tub and the lady with no hesitation helped me get him in by giving him treats and making him feel so safe. This really meant a lot to me because he was so scared. But ones he was in. He loved it. Thank you so much 😊

I found this place when I took over my daughters dog ( honey) . I was looking for a place to bathe her and they were the only place open past 7p. I stayed with this place and haven’t gone ANYWHERE else because their employees care and are friendly and mos def knowledgeable. I had tried other places ( pet smart, petco) but the people their were not very nice or friendly to me and treated me like I was invisible. I highly recommend this place over ANY OTHER . Thank you to the staff that make me and honey feel like friends and family

The grooming staff is top notch. I have a typical pug that freaks out getting her nails trimmed. This place was able to handle her professionally and kindly. Nails and her grooming were done well. The store was also stocked with food, treats, accessories, toys etc.. great one stop shop for all things pets!

My partner and I love wag n wash. We’ve used the self service on our big lab mix and the tubs are big enough to keep him in there. We also used the grooming for our shihtzu puppy and he had never been groomed before and was a bit of a terror and they did great with him and he looked so cute after! Highly recommend this wag n wash! The bakery is also adorable!

Thrilled to share the pleasure of working with Sabrina, who grooms our 2 young bernedoodles. They are sweet pups, but aren't thrilled to spend time away from home being washed and trimmed. She is wonderful with them and despite their wiggles, they both come out looking like supermodels every time. Her kindness and love for dogs is evident and we feel lucky to have found her.

Love taking Maverick to Wag N Wash. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is nice to wash the pup, get his nails trimmed, and watch him sniff all the treat bins to pick out his treat.

Great location for a DIY dog wash! Last couple times I've been, high shedding dogs have been there as well. Disappointing to be drying your dog in a snow globe of dog hair. I do understand that dogs shed and believe everyone should be able to wash their own dogs. Sure would be nice if the excess hair could be vacuumed up more frequently! Before I go next, I will have to check the drying area. If there's a ton of hair, I'll pass.

Seriously the amount of friendly and helpful that “M” (I am not the best with names) was caught me off guard. I told him it was my first time in and he showed me all around the store including where to find the food my dog eats even though I was not buying any that day and explained everything about the self wash. I will definitely be going back. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was keeping him from something. He was super nice and funny. Officially love this place and cannot wait to go back with my pup. The groomers smiled and waved and everybody said hi while I was being shown around. It was a very welcoming feeling. I had my arms full and they offered to help me to my car. I know that happens at other places too but you had to see it today. Lol. This place is amazing!!!!

This is far and away the best self wash experience my dog and I have ever had. Very nice wash and dry stations and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I couldn’t imagine a better place to take your dog for a wash and treats. 12/10

This is an edited review and I am so happy to do so.When a business cares about what they do they strive to constantly improve and be better.To be fair, I should have written this months ago. I’ve gone back to Wag N’ Wash several times. The things I wrote about before such as the (one) unkind employee aren’t even remotely apparent.They have an amazing supportive and kind staff. I’ve met and had conversations with the owner. He had recommended some great soft for my Great Dane Murphy. Murphy loves Venison, and they have a diverse soft food section that includes Venison and tripe and it was a complete success …. And Murphys new favorite.The wash area is kept clean, and there are always attendants available to check in on you bring things that you need. If your dog is in a bad mood or just super happy s/he will likely end up with a free treat before leaving.I highly recommend this location it worth your time and the prices are very fair!Thank you Wag N Wash, you and your staff are amazing!

We have used the grooming services with both Nicole and Candace for our 6 month old Bernedoodle. We have been so happy with both full grooms and each of the groomers willingness and execution of the grooms to our preferences. Well-stocked and great selections of doggy food, treats, and many other local brands.

Sabrina does such a wonderful job grooming my extremely furry baby. We have been bringing him to her for a long time. I feel so lucky to have found her. Also there are great treats and toys in the store in general. We also bring our short hair dog in and bathe her ourself in the tubs. Definitely recommend this shop!

I really love the self wash service. Got tired of having my dog be traumatized by different pet groomers and started doing it myself. Great facility, everyone is helpful and prices and fair.The only small thing that bothers me a bit when I go is that I go every single week and have been for several weeks in a row. Religiously. I always see the same ladies working in there. And every single time they ask me if I have been there before. Dang… Sometimes it is the small things, like someone recognizing you as a regular that gives that excellent service feel.

I found it easy to wash my dog here. Big stainless steel, custom, wash tubs and easy to access soap and rinse controls mean you can focus on cleaning efficiently and quickly. Each station has a pull out ramp so you don't hoist your dog into the tub-- it can just walk up and in. A bowl of treats at the station makes it easy to calm down a jittery pet. Staff was quick to help with towels, provide grooming tools and to answer questions. I skipped all the fancy upgrades and went with standard shampoo. Our black lab mix is pretty big and has a lot of hair so I didn't want heavy shampoo requiring a lot of work to rinse it out. The water was warm but not hot and she calmed down pretty quickly after the gentle spray started. A blow dryer station is in a separate room. High velocity, cold air nozzles blasted away the water rather then "drying" her. This made the process quicker and less stressful I think. (We're a mask. I was eating dog hair after a few seconds!)The only negative is the lack of a mat in the tub. It was very slippery and she fell a few times and tried to climb out. Staff provided some ordinary towels which helped a little.

Though this business is far from my home it will continue to be the only place I will take my dog to use the self wash and receive nail trims. Everything is very clean, the staff is very kind and attentive to every dogs needs. I also like the selection of high quality cat and dog food, treats, and toys.

You can have your dog professionally groomed or you can wash your furry friend yourself. There is a nail trimming station to trim your fur baby's talons. They also sell natural dog food, treats, toys and collars. The workers are very helpful and friendly.

Went in yesterday to buy a bag of dog food. Got escorted to my aisle, they carried the bag to the register and my car. I didn't need all of that, but the gesture of providing a good customer experience was noticed and appreciated. Every employee is always so nice every time we go in. The baked good rock, too! These sorts of businesses deserve recognition!
