The groomers at Urban Dogg always do such an amazing job with my pup Rosie! She definitely needs some extra loving and attention due to her anxiety and they take such care to make sure she is comfortable and happy. And she always looks so cute! I also bring her for baths with their self wash which is affordable and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

I just got our pup groomed by Suzie for the first time and I couldn’t be more happy! Suzie made our pup so comfortable and did a wonderful job with his more challenging cut! We will be back!!

I specifically told them what I wanted for my dog. The lady whose name was Karen said we won’t cut his hair I will let the groomer know. Picked up my dog and shaved all the way and threatened to call some dog service that could call animal control and the said put a sweater on him and don’t take him outside for long periods. Like really you made a mistake and then you say that. It’s freezing outside. My dog is a Minnie golde doodle and is so loved . It’s winter like seriously. No i said I know he has a few mats and that only to cut under him which I said around his private area and chest and face trim and your employee said I will make sure to tell the groomer. Groomer even said I’m sorry we should have called you no one called me to notify me at all. So don’t say he was matted or try to make it look like it wasn’t your fault. The groomer kept apologizing because no one called. My dog is my everything and you don’t do what was asked or even attempt to call .

LOVE this place! I was on vacation and I've been looking for a nice quality jacket for my chihuahua. I've struggled for awhile trying to find something that was warm enough, but also small enough to fit my tiny fur baby. Everyone was so helpful and I ended up finding the perfect jacket! Next time I am in CO I will definitely go back to find more goodies.

Good selection of Ruffwear items - really nice to be able to try on before you buy if you aren't sure what size your pup is. They also have drop in obedience classes which we might be checking out! A great neighborhood resource.

I have been passing this store and I wanted to see what the store was about and see what the store had for toys and dog food. The gal that was working not friendly there was no welcome in or let me know if have any questions. When I came we said hello no response. Walking around I seen 2 bath tubs so I walk back there the girl that was at the cash register came back to where I was said do you need something? You don’t belong back here then slam the door. That was the only response we got from her. I was really disappointed. I have Been trying to go to that store for weeks. I Finally made time to go there it was a very sad experience.

I go here for cat food (mainly Weruva) and dog food, both cans and dry. The selection and prices are good, especially when looking for dietary-restricted products. I love a locally owned business that I can afford to use regularly. Bonus points for several of the staff knowing me by name.

I love this store- it always has the products I need and has a fun selection to browse from as well. I get my dog groomed here too and he is always treated so well and excited to see the staff when he comes. Highly recommend for anything you could need for your pet :)

I really like urban dogg . A lot of people have written nasty comments but I always have a good experience. It’s my favorite place to groom my dog, I love the services such as the blueberry facials for dogs. The selection in the store is somewhat limited and pricey but I do appreciate that most of the products are natural and organic. My favorite thing to buy here are the bison bones, and also both the organic paw balm and nose balm. I also buy the peppermint ear cleaner.

Friendly customer service! Quick service when a tub is available. Only had issues getting a tub on a rainy/sunny weekend (when everyone needs to wash their four-legged child of mud). A variety of amazing treats and chews are offered at pup-nose level...be prepared to resist temptation. Great eco-friendly products and lots of options depending on needs of your pup. Support small business and ignore the prices.

I took my dog to get groomed today and he looks amazing! The quality is far better than where we used to go, and the price is fair. I could tell my dog really enjoyed being there which is always important. I will definitely be back. The staff was also very nice and helpful

Great selection of high quality foods and toys. The staff has been incredibly helpful to me and my sick puppy, I can't imagine going anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!*Update*Since my review was 4 years old I feel I should mention I still receive consistently exceptional customer service at this location. They don't carry the current brand of food my picky Boston Terrier likes, but I literally buy everything else for him here.Staff is extremely personable, they always remember both my dog and I, even when the pup can't make it in for a visit.I can safely say this is one of the finest businesses that I have ever dealt with, and they are an absolute local treasure.

I took my Yorkie in for a full service grooming and she looks adorable! The staff was very welcoming and friendly! They truly made my puppy feel safe. This is my favorite little pet supply and self wash. There are several other self washes closer to Northglenn, but I prefer Urban Dogg. Staff is friendly and the self wash is always stocked and clean! I took my dogs here for grooming every now and then over the years. I hadn’t been back for a while having moved + COVID. Today I came back in and one of the team members recognized me, knowing that I had 2 huskies. My young malamute had to be put down in 2020 and it was so touching that he was remembered. Maybe a very small thing, but it meant a lot to me, thank you.

We've been using Urban Dogg for the last couple of years. Specifically Stacy the groomer. She is the best!Found out they just let go of their best groomer.Stacy lost her home, life, and one of her cats in the Marshall fire. Urban Dogg's owners did ask her, "so when are you coming back, don't you need the money?"Never asked what they could do to help, or if she and her hubby were doing okay.We called to see about cancelling our dogs future appointments since she's no longer there and the woman on the phone damn near hung up before my wife could finish talking.Our experience with Urban Dogg is that when they're done with you, they treat you horribly. They are uncompassionate jerks that forget that we have spent considerable amounts of our money at their business, not the other way around.You just lost your best groomer and our business going forward.Word of advice Urban Dogg, don't keep burning bridges with your clientele, or your talent. You won't be the last business to close your doors due to the belief that you're better than the people who help you to keep your doors open.

Im updating my review for this store from a year ago about how awesome they were. Its been a year of me going here and still the best customer service i have ever had. These people really do care for your pets and not your dollar. They always have your pets best interest in mind. They are absolutely fantastic! I will shop at this store regardless of how far they are for me until the day they close...hopefully never. I have never felt a sense of "loyalty" from a store before and its a great feeling.

This place is what I have been looking for, for a long time. There one on one service with grooming has made me a very loyal customer here. There staff is top notch and there always helpful. The loyalty program alone is outstanding. I will never take my dogs to another groomer nor support another location like this one. Forever customer. Great work guys.

Got Bella groomed for the very first time at Urban Dogg a few weeks ago. Andrea did a wonderful job! Bella left the groomers and pet shop happy!We showed up about 10 minutes early to the grooming appointment (9AM) and was greeted by the door by a very friendly staff. I believe her name is Stacy! She had the biggest smile on her face!I was also very impressed by how friendly all the staffs were to us. It was also our very first time at Urban Doggs. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hope to be a long term customer of Urban Doggs.

I decided to edit my review. I didn't leave the best review the first time around but since then after getting to know the staff this place has been fantastic. They're kind every time and the atmosphere has picked up a lot. It seems lively and I can either be in and out or strike up a conversation with any of the staff members. They of course carry all the best products so if you like feeding your pets quality food this is the place to come!

My dogs can't wait to get in the door whenever we visit Urban Dogg! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The selection of premium, healthy pet foods have made a noticeable difference in my two border collies' energy levels (and helped clear up some dry skin). Add to that, the groomer does an excellent job at a fair price -- I've never seen my dogs excited to get bathed before, but they practically run into the back of the store when we visit.For dog lovers, the same logic applies for a pet store as it does with car mechanics: when you find a good one, you stick with them. Among Front Range pet stores, my dogs have found a home at Urban Dogg.
