I always enjoy shopping for new ideas of organizing anything. We spent at least 30-40 minutes looking through almost every isle in the store. It could be helpful to have price scanners available to see if an item was on sale or even what the price is. I was looking at one item and I wasn’t sure that the correct tag was beneath it. The associates working both registers were wonderful at multi tasking. It could be more helpful if there was a sign or specific place for people to go for online order pickup.

I've had nothing but good experiences at the Container Store! We had previously had a different company (a big depot of homes 😉) that we tried to go through for our laundry room needs, and that did not work out at all. But I couldn't be happier! We went into the free consultation with Deb with a very specific idea in mind, and she took down all of our needs and wants and designed something that blew our minds! She went above and beyond to design something that we did not even think of! She didn't try to over sell us, and even stayed under our budget by almost $200! Usually in these situations, they try to get it as close to the max budget as possible! She also looked at the pictures we sent, and not only looked at the walls, but looked at the items on top of our washer/dryer, asked us what else we wanted to store on our laundry room shelves, and even took my height into consideration! It was super easy for us to install ourselves and we are in LOVE with this shelving!

First time, this place is amazing! All the staff was so helpful, especially Natalie. The ideas and options they had for me were almost endless. Got exactly what I needed and our storage area is looking so much better!

My sister and I had decided we needed to completely renovate our closet in our apartment, so since my sister watched so much of The Home Edit, we decided to pop by today to gather supplies.I need to give the biggest shoutout to Melanie, one of the sales associates. We showed her what area we were working with, and she got to work. She provided us with so many options and ideas that ended up working beautifully for our space. She went above and beyond to help us and was a total sweetheart. Will definitely be coming back!

My daughter needed a couple of things for her college dorm room so we decided to stop here since we were confident that this store could accommodate our needs. Although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, we did find a suitable substitute.This was the first visit to this location since we're from out of town. The staff working on 26 Aug 2023 were very friendly which is always appreciated. This franchise seems to be always well-organized...I mean, go figure...an organized container store. I really appreciate how this franchise supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans - this is truly remarkable! Highly recommend this store to everyone!

Ordered shelves for the company I work for on company credit card, online because it's preferred the card does not leave building if at all possible. When I go to pick up my order some wire has been crossed and the wrong shelf was ordered. I swear this shelf was not the color, length or even for the system I ordered and I was so careful about ordering because I know how specific the elfa brand can be. I ask the employee if we can swap it. She said no because I don't have the credit card for the refund. No help available I can't do store credit and pay the difference, I can't do anything accept take shelves that won't work. I left and called to cancel order and asked while I was on the phone if I could get a % off the reorder since this has become such a hassle. No. It took 30 min of being on hold for them to tell me that even though I absolutely could have done store credit and paid the difference had that employee allowed it they were also unwilling to do anything to help. I'll now be in charge of swapping an entire room of shelving to a different brand because my management is already done. These elfa shelves have collapsed several times and been I nightmare. I had convinced my manager to let me just buy a few shelves and push replacements out another year or 2 but once they here about this there's no way. Also your customer service survey after calls does not work at all. Just kept asking questions and saying input error when I tried to input a 1 out of 10 infact adding to my terrible experience.

I love the Flatirons store! The employees are kind and professional. The array of products gives me ideas for my own home. I love just walking through it to see what’s available and sometimes an idea will spark.

When I’m purchasing something from anyone, what I care about most is what the service is like, especially if there’s an issue.We had several issues where Container Store messed up on communications re: an online order for pick up. That caused a lot of confusion and wasted time for us. That happens and is somewhat understandable.What is not okay, however, is that when I tried to explain the multitude of issues to a manager (was Julie or Julia, I think in Flatirons), she was passive aggressive and took zero responsibility for their multiple screw ups in communication and the impact. It could have been such an easy lovely conversation but she soured that quickly.As we all know, these guys are overpriced so I’ll find one of the many better places to do my organizing business with.

I contacted Container Store reference a closet renovation and addition of built ins to this area. I made an appointment to consult with a specialist in the store. The associate scheduled to help us was not trained in all of the designs we were interested in. A supervisor came to assist and was knowledgeable but not very friendly. She greeted her next guests apologizing saying how our appointment went in a “completely different direction.” This was very frustrating since we made an appointment specifically for the closet. When we came in it felt like we were a nuisance to staff when asking about the project. We would have happily spent close to $3,000 on this project with them, but it’s been over 6 weeks since they stated they would contact us and we have yet to hear back. Very disappointing experience.

I rarely post a review but feel compelled after my recent experience here. My order was shipped all wrong and I brought it in for an exchange. Their computer system was down but despite the frustration, the staff remained friendly and calm. Especially the store manager Joshua. He was so helpful and kind in dealing with what ended up being a complicated transaction. This store has a really great team.

Felt a little bit prejudiced against when no one offered help to me, a Hispanic. When Caucasian people walked in, employees were all up their buttons and offered all the help they needed. They changed their tune when I walked out of there with a $275 sale and those Caucasians only about $30!

My son & I went to The Container Store in Boulder yesterday to purchase several large and small items for his apartment. It was really busy in the store, but all the employees were cheerful and ready to help. We encountered an awesome employee named Hillary who made our experience absolutely delightful! She was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly!Hillary was just AWESOME! And as always, the products we purchased were of a high quality & easy to assemble. I look forward to my next visit!

I worked with the Container Store Flatirons to re-do three of my closets recently and they were really great to work with. Big shout out to Samantha was super patient and responsive through various iterations and questions. When my closets were completed, I got a very thoughtful note and surprise from the team. Helpful employees and a simple layout, I wish I had some of their tools when in college and space was a absolute minimum.But they do slightly higher than normal, and some products aren't as high quality as it seems. Definitely research the best solution and how it fits your needs

Always a pleasure to shop there. Stuff isn't cheap, but it's returnable, and most of the things I've bought here have transformed my organization for the better. I love the clear plastic shoe boxes (their house brand). Very handy.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this store! It’s perfect for an organizing freak like me. Employees are always great! Always check the clearance! I give 4 stars because most of it is more expensive than I want to spend. I can browse every aisle but usually I’m actually there for a particular item. Join their “pop” points program for coupons.

LOVE this place. It always has things I didn't know I needed. All of your storage needs will definitely be met here. I love the different hanging closet organizers they offer. This store also has build it yourself custom closet systems. Only took one star away because some of it is priced incredibly high.

Useful products can be found there, however I was dissapointed last time I went there. Me and my boyfriend were just looking for a couple things and we don't usually shop there and just wanted to see if they had anything useful to us. It was all good...until we got to the check out. I mean I understand cashiers should mention the rewards program and encourage regular shoppers to sign up. But when we went up the cashier was being very rude to anyone who declined to sign up, including us. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The store itself has awesome stuff for pretty good prices. Got 6 containers for my work with kids for less than $12! Only thing I didn't like was the checking out set-up; no signs or directions and the employees would make eye cintact but give no indication of where to stand (first time in the store and it felt very confusing).

I really appreciate the way the staff helps me find what I need very quickly. I went in in a hurry and was out in 5 minutes. Another time, I spent a lot of time wandering and finding just what I wanted.
