Unbelievably unprofessional service. I arrived to see if they have any availability for nail trimming service. Three ladies were working on dogs and four on them were chatting and on their phones. The lady who checked me in had to ask one of the other ladies if "someone would like to take her"? Really? Do they get paid to be on their phones or to provide dog grooming services? One of them said "it's ok I'll take her" like if she was doing me a favor. I went to my car, brought my dog in and when she saw she had a muzzle on she quickly got up saying she wouldn't do it because of the muzzle. I told them my dog nails has been trimmed here once and at the Boulder location three times with a muzzle and no one had ever said anything about it. They clearly preferred to go back on their social media and chatting so they get their hourly rate secure with no hassle. Such a poor behavior. I would not trust any of those ladies with my dogs for any of the other services either. We won't ever come back.

Bought a hamster for my 9 year, 8 days of having him and my son came home from school and saw he had passed away. He was devastated he was taking very good care of him. Went back to the store explain what happen and they replaced and gave him another hamster. We made sure to clean the cage in-between them. Well here we are 3 days later and hamster 2 has now died. My son is very heartbroken that when he saw that his hamster passed away agian he said he felt like he was doing something wrong and didn't want another one. Less then 2 weeks and 2 hamsters, we spoke with someone at a different petco who said they could have a wet tail outbreak here causing this but needless to say we won't be going back to this location.

We were busy putting away Xmas decorations and they called us when we didn’t show up to the appointment & were cool about letting us bring her in a bit late. When they observed she was afraid of the blow dryer, they changed plans to accommodate her. They called us when she was ready to be picked up. She was happy at pick up. Overall, we were very satisfied & will be heading back in 6 weeks. Thank you, Petco!

Heidi is very friendly, and personable,she does a great job on the hair and nails, but, after the last 2 washes, my pup still had dirty ears, and her glands seem to have not been drained properly, or at all possibly.

Coryn is AMAZING! She is the one my one that my dog CC will allow to groom and cut her nails. You can tell how much she cares about her clients. All of the staff are very good and take great care of out pups.

The groomer practiced safe social distancing with clients and was very pleasant when we dropped him off. She did an exceptional job in washing, cutting and grooming our dog along with brushing his teeth. Our doggie looked like a show dog when he left!

Quick and easy! I made an appointment beforehand. I showed up on time and Lily was done with her nail trim and buffing in 10 minutes. The Petco groomer wiped down the pet grooming table in front of me and they also had hand sanitizer stations around store.

Our dog is very unfriendly but she gets along very well with Shaina and Shaina does an excellent job grooming our dog. We have followed Shaina for a couple of years now because it is so difficult to find a groomer that our dog likes.

Heidi always does a great job with my big baby, Mocha. Mocha doesn't like to take baths, and she doesn't like to go with strangers, but Heidi just has a gentle way about her. And this time, poor Heidi had to clean up a mess Mocha made and give her a second bath because of it.

Conveniently located, nice enough. More in stock than other larger pet stores. Plenty of staff to answer questions, Im glad they recognize they must treat in store shoppers well or lose to online. They have accepted the truth. Good products and good advice. Thanks for helping me w a big dog collar for post surgical and inviting me to check out supplements to help w recovery. Good on you!

Hunter has gotten a bath every month for the last 10 years and about a year or so ago he had a really bad experience at a grooming facility and we opted to never return there since then we have started coming to the Petco in Broomfield, The staff are wonderful we trust them wholeheartedly and we drive an extra 15 minutes for him to go here... they deserve a raise :) -Hunter Hatten
