I went for ac issue tech left a relay disconnected for my fog ligh and a panel just sitting on the truck but also the cover pannel on top start to crack because it’s bendI went back because I feel it’s not cooling goodTech says he measure the temp by using his hand (instead of using a thermometer)But they refused to pay for the broker pannel I did not even told them about the relay or the other pannelYesterday I measured the temp from my apu unit it’s coming down to 38-39fSo I’m not sure if the guy that call me during the night was the advisor or the tech but either one both are making a mistake I was told the temp differential is 20 degrees that make no sense and because I measure that but also the technician because if him I was charged for non problem foundNow I’m waiting for a call since the other week still not call up to nowI took my truck to them because they supposed to be professional but my broken pannel and the ac not cooling much is not good

Highly recommend this establishment from buying a new truck from Alex to ordering parts from Joe in the parts department. There’s no need to shop around. I’m located in New York and don’t mind at all ordering parts or buying a truck from cross country. The employees here treat you so well and professional. This was an email I sent to Doug Ball a recruiter that never responded to my email so, because I insist on being heard… here you go. Doug, I will tell you what I told the receptionist. Interviewees are trying to determine whether they want to work there or not and, interviewers are trying to determine whether they want to hire that person or not. I was early so I sat out in my truck for 30 minutes Before going inside. I arrived at the reception desk 15 minutes before my appointment time. The receptionist says I will be interviewing with Jasmine and she will be down in a little bit. My appointment was at 3:30 and at 3:32 There was no jasmine in sight. It is quite disappointing when the interviewer is late. When a quality potential employee walks through the door you should see the value in that.

If you are looking to upgrade your truck , add a new unit to your fleet or if you are brand new in the business, do yourself a favor and go to Transwest and ask for Tom Vatter ! Tell him Hamlet from HGH sent you and he will take care of you ! Previously I had a bad experience with Transwest and Tom won my business back by being super professional, prompt and man of his word! He went above and beyond to make things right I truly think this guy deserves a big promotion ! If you are looking to buy a truck Freightliner is the way to go , if you are in Colorado Transwest is the place to look for a truck and if you are already at Transwest Tom is your man when it comes to sales !

BE AWARE TRUCKERS! As soon as I arrived there, others customers were disappointed and angry and felt taken advantage of.Another driver was told he needed to replace his turbo and he replaced it hisself only to discover the same issue.My experience, I had a diagnostic test done as I had an issue with the fan clutch. My fan clutch was already by passed with wires but was functioning manually. The mechanics didn't even bother to check the electrical wires (which I know was the problem) to give it a COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC TEST involving the Clutch! The mechanics told me I needed to replace the fan clutch (that was less than a year old). Some mechanic even tried to prove it was no longer working by sticking his boot inside(which I didn't appreciate!) My fan clutch was working when it arrived there but having to leave your truck with these ppl at and shop while you can't monitor them, is a gamble you're taking. I'll always believe they damaged my clutch. They're determined to get excessive money out of you, than to work honestly.

So I brought my truck in for some repairs I sat there from Tuesday to Friday worst experience I've ever had with a repair place besides the lack of communication the people's attitude when you want answer simple job took 4 days so upset they were aware my load was parishable produce on a very restrictive time frame I watch people come in after me with more serious problems and leave before me and they knew the people so imagine that because I knew the people that got special privileges. If you can avoid this place at any cost I would say avoid it and find somebody else to fix your truck it was more of a hindrance than a help. I do not appreciate the way I was treated at this place besides my vehicle being broke down I was away from my family and I miss my youngest daughter's birthday besides my vehicle being broke down I was away from my family and I miss my youngest daughter's birthday I just don't understand. I mean put them in the situation. I guarantee that they're going to feel the same way management definitely needs to take a look at the issues with the people that work here minus one woman name management definitely needs to take a look at the issues with the people that work here minus one woman named alex she genuinely cared and tried to help . By the way, this was just the service department. I can't speak for any other department best way to describe it is you're not a person to them. You're just a truck number. I'm taking this as far as I can to the better better business bureau the whole nine yards cuz nobody should ever be treated that way going through a situation like that

The place is VERY clean. The floor in the check-in area looks like you could eat off of it. Had 2 DPF filters replaced (old ones had 445,000 miles).Work was all done before 13:00, and paperwork was ready. Price was $3300, which given Today’s inflationary prices for everything, it was roughly what I expected.Their break room is definitely in the top five in terms of customer comfort and conveniences, a charging station for Arius electric devices is available along with a microwave. And yes, there are plenty of recliner chairs in there, making it easy to sleep if you like.Pay the bill, then I asked, where is the truck so I could go find it as usual, and the guy said, loh I’ll go bring it up to you. You can wait right here.”In all my years of trucking, I have never ever seen that done when having any kind of work done at a shop covering both Volvo and freightliner.For that, I would add a sixth star if I could.

Called to make sure that they had time to do an annual DOT inspection on my equipment and they no problem. Went there and was told to take the trailer to the trailer shop first and they’d inspect the truck afterwards. Trailer shop told me that it would be 3 days before they could do it…ughThen proceeded to call main office and they said they would send someone right out to take care of it in their parking lot. It was done expediently, but when I asked who do I need to pay they said that they would have to invoice it and they would give me a call…ummmm okayFew days later they called and told me the totals were $2xx.xx for the truck and $1xx.xx for the trailer which I thought was robbery but I had it done and am obligated to pay so I gave them the CC number. They run it for $253.36 twice. When called they stated that the computer updated the charges and they were different. Do Not Use these people with their scam tactics!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to get your truck worked on. They offer showers for the drivers if they’re there getting their truck worked on. They have laundry services. They have a drivers lounge. The only bad thing I can find with them is they are not pet friendly at all I had to spend all day outside with my dog while my truck was being worked on. That was very inconvenient.

This is by far the most focus location on delivering a true express service! Alex, my service provider was so polite and well versed with my situation! I’ve yet to see the quality of work and the prices, nevertheless, I felt compelled to share my initial intake process! I had a wonderful experience here. Had problems with my DEF system and when I brought my truck in they told me it could be done as early as that evening, but as late as the next afternoon.I spent most of the day in their driver's lounge, where they provide free internet, showers, and laundry facilities, then on the evening of the day I arrived they called me with a completed repair. Even once I was signed out of service they allowed me to spend the night in one of their parking spots so I wouldn't have to find somewhere else to park after 7pm on a weekday.

A shout out to to Mr. Josh in customer service for attending my needs and assisting me with the fixing of my tractor.With my company there's a love-hate relationship but with all due respect no one was disrespectful and my tractor works perfectly!I was impressed by the full service they have for us drivers such as an ATM, driver's Lounge, Wi-Fi area, and etcetera.

I brought my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia this dealership. I explained that my diesel tank is not reading correctly. For example, I am fueling 75g to my driver side tank and only 20g to my passenger side tank when fuel tank is red. Moreover, I run ouf of diesel on the highway because of incorrect fuel reading fault.When I visited Transwest Brighton, CO, the service guy checked me in and I had to wait four days to fix, but they said that they did not find anything. Moreover, they charged me $240$ for nothing. It is kinda ripping off. I have never seen kinda horrible service.I recommend other customers not to come this dealership.

I write this review as I am currently sitting at the facility waiting on my truck to get repaired.I have been here since 09:00 and it’s currently 14:00 and I am already struggling. I checked my truck in first thing this morning and from the very beginning, and the first interaction I had with the staff, I haven’t had a very remarkable or pleasant experience. The guy, Omar, I checked in with this morning wasn’t very personable or inviting. He was very dry, he didn’t express any enthusiasm, and just seemed very dismissive.He stated that it would be early afternoon before they could even get to me to diagnose anything and see what the problem was. He said after they knew what the issue was then I would receive an estimated repair time and shut down time. I told him that would be great because I needed to know if I needed to have my company send someone to me to repower my load and I also needed to know if I needed my company to reserve me a hotel or not. I went back to my truck to wait and maybe about fifteen minutes later, someone came and got my truck and said they were already ready for it.They took over it and here it is four hours later and I have no update which is where this is getting frustrating. I have my 6 month old French Bulldog with me and this facility is absolutely not pet friendly. There are signs on the doors and windows that no pets are allowed inside the facility, therefore you must wait outside until you have another alternative. Not having an update on how long this is going to take kind of hinders me from being able to make alternative arrangements at this moment. They are not pet friendly inside the facility, but yet have no accommodations for your pet outside of the facility. No dog park, no area for your pet to run around and be free, no kennels, nothing. At least provide outside accommodations if your paying customers are going to be spending an extended amount of time at your facility waiting for repairs if you don’t want them inside your facilities. At the end of the day, the customers are why this place exists and what keeps this place in business. Without customers, this place wouldn’t exist. Why would a business not go above and beyond to make them feel welcomed, invited, and comfortable. I guess that’s the difference between my thinking and others thinking. My dog has been on a leash this whole time, is anxious, hungry, thirsty and is tired of being restricted, which is resulting in me being anxious and minorly stressed because my dog isn’t comfortable.I asked for an update but the lady at the service desk can’t find the technician so she can’t provide an update as of now. She told me I just needed to be patient with them. Well, honey, your facility not being able to accommodate me completely is depleting my patience at a more rapid rate than it would if my dog and I were comfortable. At least just provide an update accordingly so I can plan to make other arrangements, know what my day looks like, and can plan accordingly.The facility is very large and very nice though. I was told that they do have a drivers lounge, and offer laundry and showers for free for the drivers who don’t have animals. I did order coffee and food off of Uber Eats this morning which has certainly helped me get through this experience up until now. If you have an animal I would definitely recommend choosing a different repair facility, but if you don’t then this place seems to be sufficient. If I had to estimate I would think about 75% of OTR truck drivers have animals with them. Thankfully the weather is comfortable right now or I would be in a much worse situation than what I am in right now. I will update my review further when I have completed my whole experience here.

I spoke with Victor and he explained things to me that were heartfelt. I am re-posting and re-rating because of the conversation we had.NOT GOD FIRST, GO TO A DIFFERENT FREIGHTLINER. I brought a new 2024 Freightliner to have my refrigerator fixed, under warranty. It shut down. It turned on when I arrived. They would not exchange it. They told me there is nothing we can do since it’s working. I told them it will go off again, they stated even if intermittent they need to off when it arrives. I drive to eat lunch with my wife and it shut down again. I was driving back to have it replaced, and it came on again. They will not replace. I cannot afford to do this with them, I will go another location.

Had my truck towed here after a breakdown and I must say that the customer service is horrible.I waited at least 45 mins to speak with someone and I only spoke with them because I followed them after they walked right past me 5-6 times as if they were actually trying to ignore me.Anyway a few of the workers were just rude for no reason. No eye contact and they made me feel like I was a hindrance for trying to check my truck in for service.Anyway they made it seem like they checked me in when I got there but they didn’t process my paperwork until I spoke with a man named Josh the next day.Finally a day and a half later a mechanic named Justin came out to tell me that they do not work on Volvo’s.I actually handed my paperwork to Justin when I first came in and he didn’t tell me that they do not work on Volvo’s when I clearly wrote down that I had a Volvo. The other worker Josh actually input all of my information into the computer and did not tell me that they do not work on Volvo’s. (Josh put the make and model of my truck in the computer and did not even at least give me a call to tell me this)Finally the following day is when Justin came to my truck and told me they don’t work on Volvo’s.It ridiculous how my paperwork went through many hands and not one person had the courtesy to tell me that they can’t work on my truck. I was there for almost 3 days for no reason. Justin could have told me the moment I handed him my paperwork that they can’t help me but it took them 3 days.It cost me $700 to get towed there only for me to have to get another tow somewhere else.If I could give this place 0 stars I would, they got a 1 by default.I must say the facilities are nice but I’d rather go to a busted shop that actual fixes issues than a place that is super clean and nice but their service is terrible.

We were on the process of buying trucks with Happy Ferree, we made a deal and we were working on financing with Andrew. Once our financing got approved, Happy Ferree told us that they increase price each truck $4,000 more and they been selling even higher than that. Picking short term benefit over long term relationship and benefit is poor decision. I would not recommend working with Dealership, there some other decent Dealerships nearby.

Transwest Brighton did numerous repairs on my 2013 Freightliner. Each time it left the shop it broke down for additional related DEF issues within 90 miles. (3x)! couldn't get to the bottom line. I was patient until the third time it got the same code 10k later after 2 repairs and 2 weeks. Super inefficient, confusing invoices (they admit it), top dollar charges for less than satisfactory work and MAX labor time for all tasks. They told me one repair was their fault - then tried charging me another 600.00 for it (an airline they installed rubbed through in 10 miles). 3 weeks of down time and 12k in repairs, I finally ran the truck with engine light on as far from Brighton as I could to find another mechanic. I question what was really done. Worst experience in decades. Never spoke to the same service manager as there was always a reason I had to talk to the "next guy". Even paying them was difficult because "invoices weren't totaled yet"... but, my truck has been in the lot "done" overnight? If they wrote this review they would charge 150.00 for shop supplies as well (for every sentence) they call :Task 1, 2 ect... I hope I never end up in a hospital with this attitude.... This is the tip of the iceberg and don't feel like getting into all of the repairs, numerous calls, or it would be pages... Really nice building though, tall ceilings, clean bathrooms, well painted inside and out, shiny signs.

There are times when reading the reviews makes me wonder if we were even at the same place! This was one of those times! Good thing I didn't read all of the negative reviews before my Motorhome was towed here! I would have missed a great experience! Jim Zornes, Jim Caskey and Andrew (he is the tech who worked really hard to be sure the job was done right) all made my wife and I feel like they would do anything to be sure we were taken care of. I personally thank the 3 of you! Your facility is very clean and kept that way! While no one wants to have their motorhome break down while they are traveling and require a tow and repair as well as the inconvenience of disruption to their travel plans - you folks made it as pleasant as possible! Keep up the great work!
