TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENTSo my niece worked as a groomer and decided she could not emotionally handle staying one more minute in this hostile work environment. She asked for two mental health day and they harassed her about it. So she decided to quit. I accompanied her to pick up her tools. It was brutal, the salon manager came out of the salon asking me if she has decided to go and be homeless with her mom? And informing me that she will not be able to come back or transfer to another salon. She kept saying she will be homeless along with her mom. All this in front of other people around. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Kason, my dog 🐶, loves coming to this Petsmart for grooming! All of the groomers are so nice and work really hard. You can tell they truly care about our fur babies. I love the Pawgress Report they give you at pickup! Thank you to the entire team!

We came here looking for fish, and we found a decently wide variety. There wasn't anything unique, just your average pet store variety but quite a few nonetheless. Animal Attraction in Greeley, CO has an even better selection and a number of "exotic" options (salt water and fresh water options).The only complaint I had with PetSmart is that they don't label their live plants very well. We purchased a live plant from the section with "aquatic plants" and, since they were not divided or labeled very clearly, ended up purchasing a "semi aquatic plant" instead. I think it's pretty clear that the staff aren't really trained to take note of such things as: live fish in bags and a live plant that won't live in a fish tank...a quick comment or question would have been appreciated at the checkout to ensure we were aware of the incompatibility.In the long run, that was a small thing and I have more experience now and will likely still go back. If you know what you want and how stuff works then it's great. However, if you're new to the "fish game", or very experienced and need that next level up with equipment and animals, go somewhere else ( I recommend Animal Attraction) where they know everything about fish and will eagerly walk you through each necessary step.

Called to get my dog a haircut, crazy woman said they were closed and not taking appointments and hung up, I call back to different dept and get the same crazy woman, explain what I just experienced with her and she just hangs up, never pursued the nonsense but let’s just say I avoid that 2 mile store and now drive 9 miles to a different store, prairie center is garbage!

If I could give no stars I would. Took my goldendoodle to get groomed and I always get him shaved down to a 7. His hair is different lengths in multiple places. A real hack job. The worst groom he’s ever had.

Complete waste of time to try and get my dogs nails trimmed down. Let their groomers leave 4 hours before close even though they had no appointments scheduled for my time request. Find a real groomer that actually cares about serving their customers.

Coral is amazing! She gave our 12 year old dog a total spa day and the results were amazing. Our dog is very nervous around strangers but Coral was patient and took such good care of our girl. I can not recommend her enough. It is obvious she loves animals and is passionate about her work. 🐶

I like the store, but I am Very disappointed with the grooming department . The last couple of times, my dogs came home still sinking and wet. My small dog still had cust around his eyes.

Took my two dogs for grooming. I’m very satisfied with the grooming services. Norlina at grooming services was awesome. She answered all my questions and concerns and the pups were very happy. Will definitely be back for grooming. Prices are great too. Ask for norlina she seems to like what she does 😁

Lauryn did a great job with our small foster dog! She was deemed difficult by another grooming service and Lauryn had the patience to work with her and have a positive outcome.

Waited 40 minutes for our food in the drive thru in the heat of summer. They forgot about us and we eventually went in to get our meal however is wasn't ready. Finally when we got the food it was the wrong order. Asked for ghost pepper wings and a shrimp combo and got a 3 piece meal. Annoyed we just left. Never going back. This location needs new management as it is run by unexperienced teenagers. This is the second time we have tried this location. The first time we just left and didn't order because the kitchen was seriously overwhelmed and ignored the front counter as I stood there with a quickly filling line begind me for over 15 minutes not once being addressed by staff. Again; annoyed so we left. Never coming back this location sucks!

2 bags of dog food, 15.5 lbs each cost me $120, chewy is $95. I refused to give them my phone number, so they refused to give me a receipt for any returns. Stupid. I'll never shop there again.What kind of store does this?!

Had a great experience with Kelly! She helped us with the purchase of our first bearded dragon. Very knowledgeable, fun and friendly. She even showed us pics of her own dragon. If you see this Kelly, the kids were very excited! His name is Hagrid!

I had my dog Marley groomed here around 2-3 months ago. I called today to schedule an appointment with the same groomer that groomed him last time. Lori said "just to let you know we had 4 groomers leave recently. Your groomer left and I can't tell you where she went". I didn't even ask where she went but with the poor customer service and attitude of Lori. I will not go back to that location. Lori has lost that store my business and I am sure based on my interaction with her I probably am not the only one. I told her I would not return and she responded ok and hung the phone up.

I didnt shop at this petsmart I delivered to it and let me tell ya the dock is tricky thanks to the dock workers they told me the trick and I got it in there but now they have lots of pet beds and toys and food

New to area, long time PetSmart Groomer usage. Friendly customer assistance and accommodations to get my dog in. Soundra groomed (my messy dog) and he looks exceptional!! She was patient & understanding of my grooming requirements and really impressed with her professionalism. Also, met Store Mgr, Kurt, friendly, while professional & concerned. Glad my new PetSmart will accommodate my needs/standards.
