We use to love this place but it sure has gone down hillI ordered a spicy ham and cheeseThey only toasted half of it so one side of it was soggy non toasted bread while the other side was toasted. It’s now the 4th time I have been here and added a smoothie and they hand me food and tell me have a nice day with no smoothie then when I tell them I had a smoothie they throw a fit about making it. The orders in front of me and behind me also had issues and leaving the management up to a couple kids seems to be running this place into the ground…… I won’t be back

Did some power shopping and drove to this area to find more things. We had to fuel up for the next round and I was so very happy to see they had gluten-free bread since I was starving and a salad was not going to cut it for me. It was so good, my friend had the Reuben and said it was the best she'd had in a long time. The service was quick and friendly, I'd say I would be back, but I don't live close to that area at all.

I've been here several times and have no complaints. There's rarely much of a wait at lunchtime. The food is fresh, and I love their pickles. It's probably the closest thing to a deli we get out here in Colorado (I'm originally from Philly). The menu has a decent selection, and the customization of your sandwich is wide open. Location is always fairly clean, and there is some outdoor seating. I will definitely come here again. Parking is street only up close to the store, although you could park in the larger parking lot and walk over.

If you like slow service and poorly made over priced sandwiches, this is your place! The Italian sub had 4 slices of meat and was drowning in MUSTARD! Nasty! I should have read the reviews before coming here, apparently this place disappoints customers routinely.

The sandwich was excellent. The potato salad was good, and I'm very picky on potato salad. The hand pie, as they call it, was only OK. My biggest complaint is the price, that was a $30 lunch for just me.

We have always had great sandwiches at Heidi’s, but not today. My hot corned beef was made up of little bits of meat and considerable fat. There were no slices of meat, just the fatty bits, as if it was the end of the package. If there wasn’t enough corned beef, I should have been told so I could make another selection. There was barely enough meat to cover the bread; very skimpy.

Heidi’s was a great find for us on a recent trip to Brighton Colorado. Tons of fresh hot or cold sandwich options. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Great feel to the place.I got the sandwich “Juliana’s Fav” and was not disappointed. Fantastic hot sandwich with a balsamic dressing. We also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich that was excellent too.Definitely worth a visit. We will be back next time we visit the area.

I purchased dinner for my family last week; however, I highly doubt I will return. First off, this place is over priced for cold sand which meals. I can spend half the price at your neighboring Chick-fil-a. The service was poor. I had to go back ant get my chips, kids drink, and kids cookie that were included with my meals but not in the bag. When I returned home, they forgot my potato salad.

Me and my family went here for dinner. Waited in a completely empty restaurant for over 10 minutes Before somebody tried to take our order They ran able to make smoothies and they were all out of Mac and cheese mind you, This is two hours before they close We decided to leave and go a couple doors down to Quiznos The food was better and it was more affordable.

I used to work here and decided to stop in since i love the food here. I ordered two toasted cajun crab cakes, when we got them it was not toasted and there was salmon in the sandwich. The girl who helped stated that you had to ask for the sandwich to be toasted but it's a hot sandwich it should be toasted anyways! When i got my replacement sandwich i got no veggies in it when i ordered it the first time. This will be the last time i visit. I'm sad i had to write this i loved Heidi's.

Went there and orders 3 sandwich’s and a breakfast burrito. I asked for my sandwich hot. The sandwich came out and was cold. I asked them to warm it up and they did. I asked about the lettuce and was told they were out. I feel like I should have been told when they noticed and not when I went to eat my sandwich, since I specifically requested it. Went to get a soda, the Pepsi syrup was out. I had to ask three times before being told they were out and then the girl I spoke to left the front and never came back. Another girl let me have a bottled drink instead when I said I could no longer wait. I get home and start eating my breakfast burrito and there is no green chili on it… the young lady asked if I wanted green chili and I said yes.I’m really disappointed in the service and lack of communication. It wasn’t busy when we went in. I appreciate them warming up my sandwich, but I shouldn’t have to keep asking for what I ordered/paid for and then have multiple orders be wrong.Super disappointed. If you go there, check your order before you leave.

Got an order here this past weekendThe food was terrible. The bread was stale . The hotdogs looked like someone stepped on . The toppings on the hot dog wasn't correct at all. This is the second I've tried this place and both times the food wasn't good at all. The food just isn't fresh and the overall taste of the food just tastes OLD.

My most recent visit was a solid 2.I ordered a Reuben with pastrami, and after 15 min waiting ( when no one was in line, but seemed busy with something) they weren’t sure they had any pastrami. A New York style deli without pastrami? Well, they did find some, but then couldn’t slice the bread, as the machine wouldn’t work. Ever hear of a bread knife as backup? Anyway, I finally got the sandwich with about two slices of pastrami, a mound of sour kraut and Sourdough bread…because they couldn’t slice the Rye, and it didn’t look too good after the machine destroyed it anyway. Not a memorable sandwich for the right reason, but edible just the same.Then the $8.99 soup was supposed to come with bread and fruit (I have a picture of the menu showing this) but neither was provided with the soup…. until we asked about why they don’t follow their own menu that clearly says both are served with soup. Well, then we were told we could have a piece of bread, but no….fruit is no longer served with the soup…they explained that…well….the menu is old, and doesn’t really reflect what you get. Ok… maybe Management can put a piece of tape or black marker over the part you don’t get, to make it clear what you don’t really get…when they advertise soup for $8.99. The ladies were sweet and somewhat embarrassed, but Management shouldn’t put them in a position of having to explain that they don’t provide, when it is clearly advertised on their wall.OK…from my experience, the establishment doesn’t meet my expectations, but that’s just me. I’ve now been set straight that since their menu is old, you may not get what they say on the menu….and no that’s really not false advertising….it just and old menu. Thanks for setting me straight.Next time, I’ll go elsewhere and eliminate the hassle of what’s what on the menu, whether they can slice bread, and whether the meat was a bit skimpy, as they don’t undercharge for anything they serve. You make your own choice.

My husband I visit this location for lunch quite often. It’s always fresh and delicious! The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. Highly recommend.

I know the service industry is hurting for good people and that definitely plays into our experience here.We went in about an hour before closing and we were the only customers there. They were already cleaning up, which I get. There was a girl with longer hair that was kind and helped us with our order. She said to head to the register to pay. There’s another girl with dark hair and glasses that is cleaning tables and putting up chairs. I’m standing there waiting for someone to help me pay. As I’m waiting, I am watching my husband and son and the young girl is still cleaning tables. In the time I was standing there, she was able to get almost all the tables cleaned and chairs put on the tables. Once she was done she came over to take my money. Now, I know things need to be done but how hard is it to check someone out and then get on with your closing duties?This was my first time at a Heidi’s and for the price, the food was meh and the overall experience was lackluster.

Would not recommend. We asked for sauce on the side and never received. There is also only 2 tiny slices of turkey on the sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous when you're paying $13+ for one sandwich.

Great food! Fresh bread made daily and premium meat and toppings. Also had habanero and green salsa on tables. If you want high quality definitely check this place out. The picture shows the Italian sub with a side of coleslaw.

I stopped in this shop to get a bagel and while they were out of a majority of bagel options (it's afternoon so not a surprise) they were more than happy to assist me in picking something else. They worked together well as a team despite obviously training multiple new people. They were a young crew and very courteous, efficient and welcoming!

I went in on Friday September 1st around 10:30. My first time there. I was greeted and they explained the menu. They have breakfast options. You have the ability to customize your sandwich. Love the bread. Everything is fresh!! Ceaser salad that came with the combo was awesome also. In my opinion they should make their own ceaser dressing or get a better one than the hidden valley stuff. But the salad was still great!

First time here and we were very happy with the quality of the sandwich. The meat was good the veges were fresh and aside from being out of pickles our only complaint was the side. The bags of chips were smaller than the little bags in the vending machines and my side of potatoe salad may have had 2 tablespoons. $13.00 for a sandwich you would expect a larger side. The Italian Sub was good as was the Chicken Salad. We will go back.
