The first time I went to them to have them do a 5 tire rotation, they did it incorrectly and then whined about it when I had them do it right. The second time I had them do an alignment, they did not get it into spec and still had me pay them, after which I promptly took it firestone and it took them 15 minutes and all the tires were in spec. The last time I paid them over 2k to fix and replace my A/C and they botched it from start to finish and refused to fix it correctly even after admitting they screwed it up, I think they just aren't smart enough to work on anything and would rather argue and ignore you than provide real customer service or do thier jobs correctly. NEVER take your vehicle to them for anything, even tires if you want the job done right. Spare yourself the problems and find literally anyone else.

Bought four 35x12.5x20 and had a 2” leveling kit installed along with a four wheel alignment and free tire rotation. I recommend this place to my coworkers and friends and family. This is a 10 star company.

Excellent service at this shop. One of the “big box” shops turned me away for a simple tire repair so I stopped here. The shop was busy with a bus being repaired, but the owner made time for me, fixed my tire and had me back on the road in no time for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! I called 48 hours in advance and they got me in as early as possible on a Saturday morning for an alignment. I've always been looking for a place that does alignments on the weekends since I work during the weekdays - this is the one. I refuse to go to any other chain stores because they never get it right on my cars that have a lift/lowered setups. They were quick with it and were super transparent about everything. When I was heading home, i noticed that my car has never driven so straight/smoothly. They absolutely nailed it. I'm taking all my cars here from now on.

I had them press out an old wheel bearing & press in a new one. They applied antisieze when pressing the hub into the new bearing. Profesional quality & fare priced.

Looking at the review, this appears to be common practice here. I also lost 1 lug nut on the highway and paid for 5 tires (4 on the car and one spare) to be swapped. I also paid to have 5 sensors installed which I brought in.I got home and realized that 2 of my wheels were almost flat and one of the wheels is missing a lug nut. They were closed now and closed Sundays so I went to a different tire shop to have them fixed the next day. They told me the shop did not balance the spare or the back tires which I paid for. They also didn't tighten my lug nuts (extreme hazard as my wheels could have come off). They also didn't tighten two if the sensors which caused the leak and are refusing to give me a full refund (only partial which they could not specify the amount). I called back again to speak with Al the manager and he hung up on me twice this morning (5/2/23 9:07am) and was hung up on twice after asking to speak with Al.Do not go here.I filed a claim with my bank for fraudulent scam charges and they agreed with me.

These guys do a great job! I took my 68 camaro and my Jeep and they got the alignment perfect. They are honest guys that get the job done and quick. Would recommend them to anyone need alignment or tire work.

Great job on installing my new tires. There was a misunderstanding that I wanted an alignment too. But that was my fault. After the alignment my truck drives like new. 5 stars isn't good enough for these guys. Outstanding customer service and a great example of why Brighton Auto and Diesel Clinic and all of the staff have partnered with this great establishment. Highly recommend this place for all your tire needs.

Had issues with my rotors while driving in the mountains. Got worse prior to driving back home. They were able to get me in immediately, ground my rotors, replaced my brake pads within 90 minutes with great service and very good price. Great find

First off I'd like to state I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company up until yesterday Saturday 10/22/2022 when I took my subie in which has been my pride and joy. My two right side tires got slashed by rebar that was left on the road, so I took it to these guys to get them replaced with tires I provided. I dropped it off in the morning and didn't get it back for about 6 hours, when I picked it up I was told all 4 tired were changed which wasn't what was agreed upon but I went with a positive outlook and thought 'hey better to change all 4 at once' but when I took a closer look they had only changed 1 single tire as I paid for 4 tires to be changed. On top of that not even an hour after picking up the subie the single tire that was changed on the entire car started chirping on the highway so I pulled over to find out that the only tire that they touched lost a lug on the the highway, and so I made sure the other 4 we're tight but 2 more seemed to only be put on hand tight. I'm not very pleased with this company.

They are amazing! I came in to get my tire filled and patched up. After realizing that I forgot my wallet I was getting ready to leave when one of the mechanics offered to patch my tire up for me until I can come back with $15. Awesome men really helping me out in a time of need. If I could give them more stars I would.

Bought used winter tires , amazing price for balance an mount on all 4 wheels and sensors. UPDATING MY REVIEW...all sensors are re adjusted and fixed the light on my dash board. Bulldog tires where nice enough to call me to see how my sensors where doing after couple days, went back to the shop to get it fixed and sent me on my way without any extra charge, amazing tire shop and excellent customer service , thank you guys!

After completing a suspension lift on my vehicle I brought it in for an alignment. They replaced the camber bolt on left front, which was needed. However, both front camber and toe were not done well. Both tires were tipping right and the toe was off. After 4000 miles and it pulling right, I took it to another alignment shop to find my tires wearing poorly and the alignment was sub-standard. I would not recommend getting an alignment done here. They did not produce an alignment sheet either. I'm sure they are great for other work, find a different place for the alignment. Photo shows the top being their alignment and bottom the shop that fixed it. Note: There is no caster adjustment on my vehicle, so no fault on that.

I've had him align both my cars now. The owner got me in right away, and he even spent extra time on my Nissan getting the steering wheel straight, even though it was within spec, after being blown off by Nissan. I will continue to bring my cars here for any suspension / wheel services. Stand up guy and worth the 5 stars!Thanks again!

We have been to Bulldog tire several times not only for my Jeep but for my husbands truck. Today my husband took his truck in for a balance, rotate, alignment and a separate tire fix. Sadly today we left less then happy customers. First, my husband had made an appointment several days in advance with a time the vehicle had to be done by and that was an argument we also had to leave without getting the separate tire fixed as it wouldn’t of been done in time. Second, my husband drives a dually and they were not going to balance the rear tires at all that was also an argument. Third and final issue, once the truck was complete my husband noticed they had scratched two wheels in several places. My husband brought it to the owners attention and at that point he became irate and refused to take responsibility and told my husband he was going to call the cops. We are now left with $1,500 in damages and not even a single apology.

Went to get an alignment done, and two days later my rear end was fishtailing they didn't tighten everything up and when I called and took it back to get it fixed they did the very least to fix it, just made it straight. My toe is not even, cambers all messed up and not even and my steering wheel is not straight, Took to a different alignment shop and they said whoever did it before left it all messed up.

A Family run business with honest people! Nick gave me a great deal and did a good job. Any issues were communicated well and dealt with fairly. I would highly recommend going to Brighton Bulldog Tires, especially if you are looking for fair priced used tires...and great service!
