Took screen door into Ace to be rescreened. They did a great job at rescreenjng my sliding glass screen door. But they put out lock backwards (put lock on outside of house instead of inside). Took it back only to have them say they fixed it but didn't. Had them call me to tell me I was wrong, and to come get it. I picked it up and they did correct the side the lock was on but now my screen won't lock. I GIVE UP!

Go here but don't expect to pay the prices that are posted on the shelfs or in the isles. 80% of the time once you get to the register the price that rings up is higher. They have A bad habit of not updating the prices in the isles throughout the store. On the good side as typical with Ace stores there is always someone to help you find what you need and just help you figure out your project. Also the clerks are generally friendly and helpful. With that said I am going to be pushing myself to either go to Walmart or Home Depot or Lowes for correct and cheaper pricing and because they also are in close proximity to where I live, choices.

We come here from Denver to dump our portable black tank and it's very easy to fit, water works, not crowded. We drive the extra because it's the best we've found for this. Can easily fit a large 5th wheel or coach and you can drive forward into it and forward back out

There were 4 kids working in the warehouse today, all very busy on their personal cell phones. Took 2 guys about 5 minutes to walk across the room and pick up my single purchase, a 25 lb. pail of Rozol.It's like they couldn't be bothered? Zero people skills, not difficult to predict the future success of these 4 individuals. Management should be embarrassed.

I could not find the food for my pet rats online or anywhere else locally so I drove 45 minutes and this business had it instantaneously.(Not only that several of the businesses that I called locally laughed at me when I asked for rat food for pet rats which was highly offensive)agfinity knew exactly what I needed when I called for information and had it ready for me. all I had to do was walk in and pay. the young men that were there were incredibly helpful...totally on it. Professional. Cant tell you how easy they made this purchase...oh and the price... Fir a 50# bag of rat food... I was kinda amazed.Thanks to my dear friend Jaime who recommended you!!-

Been going here for over 20 years for cattle feed. Had an absolutely awful warehouse lady trying to explain feed to me. First I guess I can’t be in the warehouse to read a few labels. She was apparently a big part of why Brighton saddle and feed went out of business. They also no longer do a military discount so at this point will try and reduce what I buy from here. There are to many feed stores to deal with people like her.

I came looking for new hardware to put together my daughters' bunk bed. Found exactly what I needed, and my girls even got some complimentary popcorn while I gathered my new bolts. The woman who rang up my order was very friendly and engaging. I'll definitely come here again.

Small store but lots of stuff and friendly staff. Occasionally have good deals and also love their clearance sales! This review location doesn't emphasize that it is an Ace Hardware. So it's an Ace Hardware. Great selection for such a small space. They also carry all your feed and ag needs. Propane and race fuel is also sold there but quite pricey. Residential propane in bulk amounts is almost half of the cost. Don't understand that.

Best value for fertilizer, grass seed, and other turf products. Significantly better value and higher quality products than you can find at box stores. They sell the same fertilizer that golf courses and parks departments use, but in manageable bags. It's my secret weapon in the neighborhood best lawn battle!

This is where we buy our chicken feed. Always well stocked. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They always cart the bags to your vehicle for you, and load them in! Great feed, great prices, great service!

I had mower worked on. I let them know I had brand new air filter and plug just installed. They charged $110. Had them knock off price of plug and air filter took it down to $86. I went to load mower at dock at they yelled hey where you going. They thought I was too stupid to know there was a dock there. I was a co-night manager at that store for two years. Pay attention and treat people with respect.

ACE Hardwear Stores employees are awesome, the short country blond girl was very nice, the tall Manager guy was super helpful as well as the two other guys that helped us out last time I visited. Dont remember their names, but shoutout to them, cool lookin' store too!

It’s not a Home Depot by any stretch but basic tools that you use every day they have it. Very very friendly and helpful staff if you can’t find it they will order it.

My expirence at agfinty was a little concerning I saw a little ruthless evil girl named Bianca screaming at her own co-workers it's really sad the rules have change and people are not allow to go in the warehouse. So she felt it was ok to be rude and disrespectful in front of customers to people she worked with. I have alway taught by sons to be respectful towards women but I do not think it was not right for her to be so vile. The young men back there have explained the changes and have said sorry they are just following the rules and are getting a lot backlash for business changes that have happened. I hope this behavior is corrected because I am a customer and next time I will be writing a letter to corporate. Signed loyal customer.

This is the old staple of feed stores in Brighton area. They have people working their sense the beginning of time it seems. Mark in the warehouse goes out of his way to make sure things are all good and is a wealth of knowledge.

I go here for the Waterfowl and Pheasant Swap meets but often wander in to get addition supplies like feed. Friendly, knowledgeable people and a very good selection. Worth the trip.

Horrible service one the lady’s asked if I needed anything and she didn’t even help me she just kept pointing and it’s over there and just to get back to her conversation with the other two employees about one of the other employees that got fired the night before.. I couldn’t believe that out of three people there not one could help me find the nuts and bolts I was trying to look for... I will not be going in there again

Great for hard to find parts but you'll pay for the privilege. No higher than your usual Ace or True Value in pricing but the staff can either be great or barely acknowledge your presence depending on the day.

No more business with this store! Clerk was rude to my wife. They did not carry baby chicks this year, it is hard to find what you're looking for, and in general prices are lower at Bomgaars or tractor supply.
