I used to go through several pairs of cheap sunglasses every year until I took a chance and got a pair of Zeal glasses.Unbelievably good visibility and comfort, and best of all they have lasted nearly 5 years and don’t have a single scratch on them.I’m blown away with how much better they’ve held up than any other pair of glasses I’ve owned and the polarized visibility and tint make all my outdoor activities that much more pleasurable.If you’re thinking of getting a pair, do it!

I've had a pair of Sables for just over a year that I love - I'm a guide, and I wear them almost daily. I was bummed when I realized I had scratched the lenses on a recent flight. I brought them into the Boulder store, fully expecting to pay for new lenses. The guy working there noticed that there was a small flaw in the polarization that I hadn't even noticed, so he replaced the lenses for free. I love a company that stands by its products!!!

Wonderful customer service! My sunglasses provide a great deal of protection against the sun and are very comfortable! I needed a new cases because the zipper was stuck and right away the company sent me two new cases in the mail! I highly recommend Zeal Optics and love supporting local businesses who make good quality products!

Big shot out to @zealoptics for outstanding customer service/support. I sent in my favorite pair of sunglasses and paid ~$60 for a lense replacement. Within 1 week, they not only replaced the lenses, they replaced them with a brand new pair of #drifters. This is the type of service that you just don’t expect or get much anymore these days. Amazing customer service! I wanted a specific type of Zeal goggles for a last minute ski trip but, I couldn't find at any other store in Denver. Luckily, the flagship had one last pair available.So I called the store and, Zack was beyond kind! He set the pair aside for me.On the way to the store, I ended up getting stuck in traffic and wasn't going to make it on time [as they close at 6pm]. I called Zach again to let him know, he said it was ok and - literally- waited for me after the store closed.Thanks to him I had my goggles ready for my ski trip the next morning.P.S: The product itself is great quality <3 I got the beacon

After buying some $200 dollar ZEAL frames a month ago for my new prescription lenses. They're falling apart and falling off my face. I can't even keep them up to write this review. The last pair of glasses that I paid $25 dollars for, kept their integrity for years while I was traveling around the world. What a rip off!!!

Leaving a review on here, bc their website doesn’t take reviews! I found out about Zeal a few years ago when I worked for an optometrist. They have always had great customer service as a provider and now as a customer. I have gotten several pairs of sunglasses from them, and their shipping is always insanely fast. I got the Crowley shades and they are crazy lightweight, great quality and super comfortable. I’m obsessed with this line!!!

DO NOT BUY THESE! They are horrible googles, the lenses are impossible to get on and off while using them. The “ non fog” inner lense fogged in less than an hour of use. The scratch resistant lense scratched right away.The customer service sucks. The employees don’t seem to know anything about their own product.Again, horrible product.

I purchased a pair of 300$ goggles, they fell apart on my first day of skiing. I went to return the googles as they were obviously defective and I was informed they do not accept returns.Avoid at all cost

My partner and I both got sunglasses from zeal about 5 months ago. Both of us had to go back to the store to try to get the hardware tightened. - which lasted 3 days… These glasses just fall right off your face. Neither of us have narrow faces. I’ve had raybans for 6+ years and never had the issues I’ve had with these glasses. The last straw was trying to go for a run and having to push them up every 30 seconds. The hardware is poor quality, definitely not worth the price.

Disappointed customer here. I ordered a pair of GPS goggles from the Zeal website and they never arrived, though FedEx said they were delivered. I live in an apartment complex and have never had any deliveries stolen in 3 years, but they sometimes go to my neighbor who is kind enough to bring them to me. Not this time, so I contacted customer service to see what my options were, and they told me I would have to pay for a replacement set, plus overnight shipping while they opened an 'investigation' with FedEx. I'm sure Zeal has customers who would try to cheat the system to get a free pair of goggles, but that's not me. The right thing to do would have been to either refund my money or ship a new set overnight, while FedEx does their thing. At the very least, they could have covered the cost of overnight shipping to get a replacement set here. Shipping is part of the service I paid Zeal for, so if there's a breakdown in that service, why should it cost me more than double to get what I paid for to begin with? The customer service person was nice enough, but the company's policies when something goes wrong are definitely not customer-friendly. As it stands now I've paid twice and STILL have nothing to show for it.Update: 3/21 - I'm pleased to say that Zeal made this right after some back and forth via emails. I still had to pay for the expedited shipping on the replacement pair but they did remove the charges for the pair that never arrived, thankfully. And, I used the goggles on a ski trip to Jackson the following day and am very pleased with the way the electronics inside them worked, and the quality of the lens in varying light conditions on the slopes. They exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely love my Zeal sunglasses! I got the green BIG TIMBERPolarized + Photochromic Wrap Sunglasses (it looks like they only have white frames now) and I have had them for 1 year. I did drop them on the sidewalk the first week I had them and the frame scratched a small bit, but it's not noticeable. The amazing thing is that they change according to the light outside so you can wear them everywhere and not have to think about being able to see. I wore them inside and was asked why are you wearing those, but you don't even notice because of the adjustment. Also, the Big Timber covers your ENTIRE eye so no light comes through the tops or sides, so you have full protection (especially important in the CO sun). My next pair would probably be this same style, but with a prescription. I don't like white frames though, so hopefully more colors are available in this one later. It's a plus that they are plant-based. 100% worth the cost.

I loved the sunglasses, but the frame cracked at just over a year old with light use. Luckily, I found my receipt, which promised a 2 year warranty. I filled out the information online (including the style/color). Once they received the glasses (shipped at my expense) they let me know that the style is discontinued and they don't have repair parts anymore. Why couldn't they tell me that when I entered the style on the Return Authorization so I didn't waste my time and money shipping them?! First, they offered 50% off new sunglasses instead and bumped it to 70% when I expressed my displeasure. I'm sorry, but that's not what I paid for when I bought these sunglasses. I don't want to give Zeal any more $ if they can't stand behind their products and customer service. I'm not making the same mistake twice.

A few months after getting the goggles a small piece of the rail system that allows for the quick lens change broke. I figured this was just a fluke and love the goggles/lenses despite this. When I finally got to go into the store in person (thanks COVID) the employee called your president who immediately said this was a warranty issue and I could pick out a new pair of goggles right then and there.This type of customer service is not super prevalent these days and I really appreciate it. You guys definitely solidified me as a lifelong customer.

My wife and I both own multiple pairs of Zeal sunglasses. They are fashionable, comfortable and sturdy. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They truly take their customer service seriously. As a result, they have a customer for life.

Good optics. I think most of the eyewear is re-branded Maui Jim stuff. It's a little pricey, but the styling might be worth it if you keep your shades/goggles for a while. Also, they've been known to give customers that lose their glasses a discount on replacements.

Drove up from Denver today to buy a new pair of Zeals (my 4th pair). Was in the shop for 15 minutes and the solo employee never acknowledged my existence. I finally went to the counter and asked if I should come back at a better time for him and he said yes. If the owner gets this message and you guys have a security camera, please pull up the footage from today. Your product is great. Your staff needs coaching.

I’m a filmmaker living in Boulder Colorado and have been running in a pair of ZEAL’s Decoys for the past month. In that month I’ve trained in Northern Israel, hot and humid in the spring; the desert of Wadi Rum Jordan, very hot and dry; as well as here at home in Colorado, warm, cold and sometimes at this time of year, very cold. I was expecting these glasses to do well in some of these environments and struggle in others. As far as I could tell however there was no difference in how the glasses behave in any other them.The issues I normally run into with sport sunglasses are fogging lenses, and insecure fit; falling down a bit on my nose, and the tint often makes my eyes hurt after al long day in the sun. So these will be the points I cover in this review.First, the Decoys never fogged while I ran. Throughout a run, if I stopped to change or adjust something I noticed that the glasses started taking on a bit moisture. But the moment I started moving again, the air flow between the shades and my face cleared the lenses immediately.Second, I found myself pushing up the glasses off the bridge of my nose only rarely. Weather it was hot, dry, humid, or cold, these glasses performed the same way. Which leads me to think that the issue is more a personal fit thing. I have a pretty small head and I think the curve in the arms is just too far back behind my ears. If there was any way to re-bend the arms on these glasses I imaging this issue to no longer exist.Finally, the tint of the lenses were incredible comfortable. I have never noticed the tint change, but I have also never had the thought that my these shades were too dark or too light. As I travel, my schedule is very inconsistent so I run in the early morning, late evening, and at all hours throughout the day as well as in all sorts of weather, whenever I can get a workout in between film shoots and travel. This past trip I also had an opportunity to compare these glasses at the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, which the high altitude mountain scares I normally run in Colorado. In all of these light conditions my eyes felt comfortable and easy. So much so that I forgot I was wearing them sometimes.In all I really enjoy wearing these glasses while running and am very happy I have them. If the style and shape fit’s your face too, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs forget about their shades after they put them on so that they can focus on the task at hand.Before I sign off, I just want to say, that the VERY best thing about these shades is that they are not made out of petroleum.

Bought a pair of transition lense goggles found when transitioning there was a warped part of the lense that was discolored. brought in to exchange and given the run around and told to call customer service... which is an office right behind the retail store... super duper lame customer service at this store.

Frame cracked, hardware gets loose often,and tint bubbles and peels away. I definitely am not easy on them, as I use them daily for fishing and upland hunting. Not the worst, not the best.
