Good Whole Foods location in central boulder. Salad bar was well kept, clean and everything was in stock. Very happy with the customer service and overall atmosphere in this WF. Ill be back for produce and proteins soon!

I appreciate the convenience of this store, but on average all of the whole food stores have really declined over the years, especially since Amazon took them over. They now use canola oil (or other inflammatory causing oil) in about 98% of their prepared foods. Most of their prepared foods are also not organic yet they charge top dollar. I miss the good quality, healthy and WHOLE foods that ironically Whole Foods used to offer and for that reason I rarely come here anymore. Employees used to look familiar because they'd stick around for a long time and they seemed happy. I don't encounter that as much anymore and yet this store does have some friendly employees at customer service and the checkouts. The prepared foods counter can be a different situation now. Please bring back healthy and WHOLE foods again.

Ordered a pizza and told the woman at the counter that I did do some shopping while it was being made (max 10 minutes of shopping) came to pick up the pizza and was greeted by the same woman but this time she had something to say “here’s your pizza that’s been sitting here for like 30 minutes” then proceeded to scoff and walk away. To that woman at the deli counter you need to learn some respect and especially stay off that phone! It’s hard making a pizza when you’re on your phone and especially talking to the other staff behind the counter. You may work behind a cute little service desk but in the end it’s your job and you need to learn it correctly. It’s basic customer service after all, there’s a reason why there’s 2 other Whole Foods in the same exact area so avoid coming to this one if you wanna feel like human trash. Thank you!

This grocery store is in our neighborhood, and we go there all the time. They have a nice selection -- we can just about always find everything we want. The prices are on the high side, as is well-known, put shopping there is a nice experience. The staff are very friendly, and it's easy to get in and out of there quickly.

This Whole Foods on south Broadway in Boulder was my home away from home last week. It's wonderfully filled with all of the usual goodies and has a few groovy surprises too!

this is the ONLY grocery store for 15 minutes in any direction. first the king soopers was destroyed and now that the whole foods in superior burnt down. all the other whole foods in the area have products and they are fronted nicely. the shelves should not be bare in this store. it’s disrespectful to this community. the pearl street store and ideal market never has bare shelves and the superior store never looked like this. please respect our community.

Normally my experience here is good. However, tonight June 23rd, 2023 we went in a good 25 minutes before closing and was treated really rude by the woman working in the deli. While, the meat department was accommodating and kind, the deli was was rude and ignored us and rolled her eyes when we requested meat. I hope this was just a bad night perhaps for her, but we also just finished working and just wanted food for dinner.

The individuals who work here uphold cleanliness and efficient service. It is important to realize that everyone is a human, not just a job title. As a service worker, I know that a shopper that has empathy will receive it in return, sometimes twofold. All it takes is empathy and the understanding that labor is honest work.

A concise Whole Foods, clean and well ran. Really fresh produce and floral!! Used the bathroom, and it was very, very clean. The only thing, there was a unhinged individual on Friday the 14th around 11:15a in the sitting area to enjoy food or a beverage. It made it scary and somewhat uncomfortable hearing her. I don't know if management had to intervene (it was that scary and loud), but after about 10 minutes, she had piped down. I was glad to see she wasn't disrupting customers' shopping experience anymore.

Favorite lunch spot during a hike around Boulder! It has ample outdoor seating, mostly shaded, so it was a nice lunch break on Sunday for the Walk360 marathoners.The ample sample stations were a bonus!

Most of the cashiers are very friendly. Sadly, Whole Foods does not entirely live up to its claim of “local” when we all know that there are plenty of farms in the area that do not have their produce on the shelves here. Any store manager will tell you the difficulty and hoops that need to be jumped through in order to source these “hyper local” goods, but if we really value our local food supply, these hurdles should be conquered, and us consumers will respond gratefully.

It's a new (as of February 2021), luxe, medium-sized Whole Foods. We're lucky to have this in South Boulder ("SOBO", as it says in big letters on one of the walls in the store).

This is the best Whole Foods. I have to come here all the way from Longmont because the one near me doesn’t carry certain things… the main one being MICROGREENS!! I love love LOVE them on my sandwiches and for me it’s worth the trip (although I think I’m going to start growing my own…)The layout of this store is also pretty great, and everything is displayed so nicely. They have self checkout too, thank goodness.

The South Boulder store is clean, bright, and full of friendly employees ready to assist. The selection of produce, dry goods, etc. feels a bit limited but that isn't surprising for a smaller store. We do appreciate there is a wider variety of gluten free foods. Most items are still more expensive than the large chain stores, but there are occasional better priced items. If nothing else, we'll stop in for dessert (specifically chocolate mousse) from time to time. :-)

Really nice store! I haven’t been in that store since it’s been a Whole Foods, but was pleasantly surprised at how neat everything was and how much stuff they are able to carry with a smaller than normal space for a Whole Foods. As usual prices are more than average but found everything I was looking for very quickly. Cashiers are nice and quick with service

Out of convenience, I wind up frequenting Whole Foods hot bars. Today, I really wanted to love the coconut curry sweet potatoes. Sadly, they were bland and under-cooked. The macaroni & cheese is always a safe choice. I highly recommend the Superior Whole Foods hot bar/deli. They have amazing offerings, such as breakfast tamales!!

I Absolutely Love my local WholeFoods store.I've been shopping at this store since it opened. The varieties of groceries for vegetarian/ vegan are fresh wholesome organic and healthy. The vegetables are so very fresh and they also carry ethnic foods and vegetables.Yesterday, I withdrew money on my debit card and was accidentally given the wrong amount. A couple of hours later I returned to the store and told them. Without any questions asked or judgement, they gave me the remaining money due, kindly and respectfully. Brian and Olivia, Thank you! for your kind service.The staff are AMAZING and extremely CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented. I shall always support this friendly store.

A little on the smaller side, and as expected, quite expensive, but the store is clean and the hot/cold food section seemed well stocked and managed. The parking lot was also totally full, but I am not sure if that was because of some other event or business nearby. I will be back.

Good selection of vegan food items. I wish they had more of bobs red mill products but great choice of vegan alternatives for dairy, protein, snacks, etc. For an American grocery store, there was a respectable amount of items I needed to make some Korean, Chinese, and Japanese food dishes.

They made my wife cry. She was in the self-checkout lane because of a long line at the single cashier's station. The machine wouldn't scan her Whole Foods App. Instead of helping her, the attendant just watched. Flustered, she knocked her purse over, spilling out her credit cards. The attendant just watched, although it's obvious my wife has mobility issues and can't easily kneel to retrieve things. She asked for his help. He refused too. There were two customers, total, my wife and second person. There were two attendants. So, they weren't busy at all in the self-checkout lane.We're not going back. There's enough rudeness as it is without paying a premium price to be on the receiving end of it.

Really like this bright and clean store. It is more expensive, but the bread here is just great! In addition, if you need very specific groceries, chances are that you can find it here.Only thing that I can think of to improve is that it would be great if they could offer more vegan pastries!

This Whole Foods is in the building that once was the old Luckys south Boulder location. I like to see when a building is repurposed and not left vacant. When entering, I noticed that not much has changed. The aisles and departments such as meat, seafood, and produce were in the same exact configuration with just the walls painted a different color and now adorned with the Whole Foods logo. Nevertheless, I was treated with the same great quality and selection that I have become used to at other WF locations. This location had a southern fried chicken sandwich with Korean bbq sauce and topped with kimchi. It had an interesting tangy taste to it. I'm always willing to try new things and this was a hit.
