Absolutely fabulous place! Isabella was super knowledgeable and helped me decide which model I'd like to get (my first computerized sewing machine!) She also responded very quickly to a follow-up question. I was able to get in yesterday to purchase it, and older gentleman who helped me and my father with it was amazing. They truly went above and beyond for us!I have not stopped playing with all the new stitches I have! The Janome 5300 sews like a dream!

Bought a vacuum here. Works great. After one year did service. They offered to unclog it for free but I did the whole clean. Also rented a carpet cleaner from them. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Isabella was so awesome! No kidding! I was sure I was going to be without my sewing machine for at least 2 weeks and I really needed it for a Girl Scout project. She plugged it in and got it working within 5 minutes so I could take it home. I’ll be bringing it back for a good cleaning but what a champ she was and no charge besides. Don’t hesitate to use this location!! You won’t be sorry. Ask for Isabella, the manager.

I stopped in the shop today for the first time to pick up some glide thread (they carry the entire line sans pre-wounds) for FMQ and had the distinct pleasure of meeting Ed! What a hidden gem of a store! Very nice selection of sewing machines in all price ranges and a small very well curated selection of fabrics and notions. I spent way more than I intended to- it was hard not to because the prices were just as good if not better than Amazon or other online vendors. Ed was very helpful without being too salesy or pushy. I don’t know where the hour went that I was in the store learning about different machines, class offerings, scissors etc. I will most definitely be a return customer and not just for thread needs. In this day and age it can be hard to impress, this store and staff did not disappoint. I am excited to finish my quilt with the thread I got here! PS- they are right next to Rayback Collective, after you shop grab a bite or beverage :)

Had an incredibly positive experience with Sage. She and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They had my vacuum cleaned and back to new condition in two days and for only $60. I also received a coupon for a free 24 hour carpet cleaner rental which was a very nice bonus. Would 100% go back again and 100% recommend this business to others.

Isabella, the technician, does amazing job with diagnostics and ascertained very quickly what was wrong with my vacuum. She was extremely helpful, honest and helped identify the parts very quickly. And did not charge me for the diagnostics. She provided excellent customer service and I will definitely be back for repair of my other vacuum!

Stopped in needing a fix on my old Kenmore sewing machine. The shopkeepers, Sage and Isabella, were so knowledgeable they were able to fix it within minutes. And, didn't even charge me for the fix! They taught me about some additional stitches my machine can make. I will definitely come back to this store!

Went in for a vacuum that wasn’t working properly. Sage resolved the issue quickly and free of charge and was just nice to talk to. Will definitely return if our vacuum has any other issues.

I bought a Sebo upright vacuum from here a couple years ago based on their recommendation. The vacuum performed great up until recently. I just took the vacuum back in and Art unclogged it for me, free of charge -- fixed entirely. This shop has fantastic customer service!

Great experience with having my sewing machine serviced! I dropped off my sewing machine (that I love like a child) on a Saturday morning. The woman who accepted it asked detailed questions that made her level of experience obvious -- what a treat to talk to someone about sewing machines who understands things like quirks and sluggishness. I was given a quote and told it would probably be a couple of weeks, so imagine my surprise and joy when I got a text alert Monday morning (two days later) that my machine was ready to go -- on budget and early! So happy with this shop & plan to do all my future machine service there!

I walked in to Vacuums R Us expecting that I would drop my daughter's vacuum off for an estimate. Instead, Ed was right there ready to work miracles. He immediately went to work pulling out loads of cat hair, as well as finding a bottle cap lodged in the hose. After that, he replaced the belt.. all this in about 15 minutes. He would not even accept payment for the repair. Ed is a gem and his store is excellent.

Whoa, what a great experience! I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. Older fella with a beautiful dog, but he was super nice, helpful, fixed my old vacuum with a new belt on the spot and then showed me some options when its time to upgrade. I will go back for sure.

5 STARS, and MUCH APPRECIATION. I brought my two (50+ years old) Singer 501a Rocketeer machines in for a complete overhaul and deep cleaning--they are now purring like kittens, and up to their original performance. Luis did precise and professional work on both, and they were completed within one week rather than the two weeks originally projected. Isabelle kept us in touch with progress, and is an excellent manager for customer service. I will continue to bring the machines to them when there is need--although the Rocketeers are probably good for another 50 years. I highly recommend this service!

All the staff are friendly, too, but she was the one who made sure to service my vacuum until it finally broke and then recommended a new one based on my price range and needs. No scamming, no attempt to sell me products that won't last, etc. I will be going back again for any service needs!

I had such a great experience buying a new sewing machine, that I would easily refer anyone to check out this store. I had researched some machines online and was happy that they carried the one I was interested in. I knew I only needed a basic machine and Rachel was so helpful, making sure that I knew about it’s features. We even got the one I was purchasing out of the box and with her personal tutorial and my practice, once I got home I could confidently get started on my project immediately. Her patient instruction made all the difference to me. Dana, the owner, was also so friendly and supportive. I feel that Rachel and Dana are my sewing angels.The customer service was outstanding. I also liked that my purchase included future lessons and. 1 year service.

This review is for the Arvada store. I had a very good experience when I took my Dyson vacuum in there. Art was the technician who helped me. He educated me about my vacuum needing filters once a year. I bought the filters and put them in my vacuum. Excellent service and very friendly! I will keep returning!

Many thanks to Sage, who cheerfully liberated our old Hoover from dog hair + debris yesterday -- she quickly got it back in working condition all without taking one cent. Luis at the Boulder store is amazing! I came in to drop off my Singer sewing machine to have it repaired, because the needle would jam up after making just a few stitches. Luis took the machine, assessed it and made it work perfectly in about 60 seconds. No need to leave it at the shop for 1-2 weeks like I was expecting. I was so stoked! I would highly recommend this business.

Came in just before closing and Luis helped me right away! It was a super simple fix, but certainly not something I would have figured out on my own lol. They didn’t even charge me, which was so nice. I’m glad I didn’t jump to buying a new vacuum and will continue coming here to make it last as long as possible. I was having a crazy day with a huge checklist of things to get done. I needed to return a vacuum and they were so helpful and understanding. Ed at the Boulder location helped me and he was wonderful. It was a rare experience that makes me want to go back and spend local money. I highly recommend Vacuums R Us and Sewing Too. I came in with my Dyson Animal Vacuum making all kinds of weird sounds and Isabella and Luis literally got down on the ground to see what was making these noises. It turned out I needed a new filter, but the first one they tried was a faulty fit, so they got another new one and that fixed everything. They were first class in customer service - patient, kind and very professional. I really appreciated they made sure it was working properly before I left. Thank you both!
