I have always enjoyed visiting the Farm when in Colorado. The folks are friendly and knowledgeable as to their wide variety of products. Unfortunately, I’m working in Miami right now and I miss my home in Colorado. The Farm is a major part of home that I miss. This place makes look forward to returning to Colorado. I recommend it to people in Florida every chance I get.

Placed a large Black Friday sale order on BF at 1030am. Received email confirmation indicating I would get an addition notification when it was confirmed. Consistent with typical online order process. Waited patiently as I figured they’d be busy. Never received a notification and the next day they say they won’t honor the order. Both staff and manager accepted no responsibility or ownership for their “technology failure”. Too many shops around town to deal with this incompetence.

Y'all had the best prices when you allowed the early bird discount to stack. It's a shame you changed policies with change in management. At that price theres other dispensaries with fresher weed. Sorry to hear i wont ve visiting y'all anymore you have such lovely staff!!

We were SOOOO excited to come here as a TON of our friends recommended this spot. We are visiting from San Diego so naturally, we were eager to check out the flower here. My buddy unfortunately had a pretty torn ID, which the employee at the front of house area declined entry. We totally understood, especially since we didn’t even know his ID was torn. We decided to drop off our friend first and come back. However, upon exiting, the employee at the front gave us the nastiest look, as if WE inconvenienced him by deciding to come back. Not sure if this is the kids first job, but pretty sure that’d be considered “textbook unprofessionalism.” So when we got back, we went to cannabis depot instead for our haul. the Farm looks great though! But it may be wise to not have emotional children working the front, where the customer FIRST interact with your brand. Hell of an ambassador. ;) Cheers.Dog was cool. why would i want to buy an 8th of something i cant even try out first? i.e. the white label cbd / thc flower. need to start offering grams for customers to sample your strains out before committing to a large amount. an 8th is a lot for some people, quantity wise.. not gonna spend an 8th on something that may not be good and cannot return, especially with cbd flower.

I love The Farm! It was my go to spot when I lived in Boulder for a year 2019-2020. I just moved back to the area and brought some friends visiting from out of town. We’ve all been to dispensaries, but it’s fun to look at the selection and see what’s available. It makes it fun! The front desk guy and two of the bud tenders in the back were super friendly and helpful. But one woman really killed our vibe. We were ushered in, rushed, and our questions were answered with curt, short responses. At one point she even said, “Make a decision, guys.” And told my friend off for taking out her phone to use Apple Pay. (No phones in the back!) Then when we left and were getting in the car, she came to the front door and stared daggers at us through the glass while talking animatedly to the desk person. I actually was tempted to go inside and ask if everything was okay because she was so blatantly upset. It was very chilling and ruined the experience. Unfortunate way to be treated at an otherwise awesome spot. I won’t be bringing guests to visit The Farm anymore, which really bums me out.

I took a rider from my job as a Lyft Driver there tonight & the place appeared empty of customers at the time so i thought my rider could get in & out fast. But he had to wander around for at least 5 minutes before they took him to the back.Not certain but i think that is their intention to wait before getting what you came for so in hopes you'll buy something extra like some of the ton of paraphanilia the store had around out in the main waiting room. Here's the deal. This is maybe the best rec store in Colorado. Shopped a bunch of stores everywhere it's legal. The Farm consistantly has the cleanest, best tasting flowers. The folks there are super cool. Ready to lend advice and offer knowledgeable assistance when needed. I love to order on-line and set a pick up appointment. Show up during your allotted time with your mask on and you're in and out in a jiffy.Seriously if you are in Boulder and need to...shop, The Farm is the best!

First trip here was an amazing experience - the budtender was so knowledgeable and helpful! This experience was less then stellar, as the budtender acted annoyed when asked to answer questions and wasn’t very knowledgeable on different strains. Great deals and selections on flower.

Love the bud tenders here! They will show you the actual product you're buying (if not prepackaged) to ensure you're not going to be disappointed when you get home. They are quick and patient, depending on the customer's needs. This shop is also VERY dog-friendly. (<3 from Abby)

Great selection of a ton of different options for flower, edibles, cartridges, even sodas and some other unusual things. A great place to bring out of state visitors who are new to the dispensary game. Staff is great, Kory was especially helpful in finding me products in my price range. The Farm also has a lot of deals, specials, 10% off for loyalty customers. Definitely worth a visit!

I love this store! It is so welcoming, and the lobby area is like no other. Crystals, unique clothes, pictures, and stickers, as well as beautiful blown glass is available for purchase at very reasonable prices. There are plants and natural light, and it feels like a cool little boutique. Katie was the manager, and she was super sweet and helpful. She steered my friend to exactly what she was looking for. We left knowing that we would definitely be back. Great experience. Bring your animals! They have a wall dedicated to all of their furry friends who visit.

The Farm is the dispensary nearest to me, and as a result, I have frequented this location quite a few times over the past three years or so.In my experience, flower prices are consistently high and selection is consistently low compared to other dispensaries. The overwhelming majority of flower is The Farm's "in-house" brand which, last I've seen, is contracted out to Hummingbird Cannabis. In my opinion, The Farm/Hummingbird branded flower is lacking in quality, especially given the price point. Additionally, I would argue that this is not true "in-house" flower à la Verde Natural, 14er, etc. That is, unless someone at The Farm can correct me on this?The Farm does source flower from some "premium" brand names (710, GreenDot Labs, etc), however, I've found that selection is typically low. Drops from these types of brands appear to be infrequent at The Farm compared to other Boulder dispensaries. Most importantly, The Farm puts "brand-name" flower at a shockingly high price point, more than any other dispensary I've seen in Boulder for the exact same product. It appears as though they are content with selling their "The Farm" branded flower and neglect to source other brands at a competitive price. This would be absolutely fine if it weren't for the issues I brought up in the previous paragraph.I have less experience with The Farm's concentrate selection but I would expect more of the same.

I have been a regular at The Farm for over a year now. The bud tenders are always so kind and knowledgeable. BUT when they mess up your order they take no responsibility. They claim it’s on the customer to look at what they are putting in your bag. If you leave the building and then realize they messed up your order they will not remedy the situation. I was made to feel that it was my fault that they messed up my order. And then told I could not get the product I wanted because my daily limit was hit due to the product I did not even ask for! It’s a shame they have such poor customer service on that front. They just want you to have to come back again and spend even more money.Also they don’t answer the phones!!!

My favorite weed joint! Been coming to the farm since the day it opened and have never walked out dissatisfied! They have some of the most potent weed I’ve ever had, and for decent prices as well. The staff are amazing! They’re the most kind, understanding, happy, and fun staff at a cannabis store that I’ve ever been to. I recommend placing your order online for pick up though, as on occasion it does get a bit busy. Absolutely love the farm And it’s wonderful people! Thanks y’all!

The Farm is one of the best dispensary’s I’ve been to. Both times I’ve visited I’ve been greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. This last time Riley was at the front counter and was super positive and ready to help, and place me and my partner in the queue. Our wait time was super short, Madi came out to greet us within 5 minutes. Madi was super efficient in showing and educating about the products available, answering any and all questions we had. She pulled out products that I would have never thought of trying, she made sure they fit what I was looking for. The enthusiasm about the products and knowledge made the experience better.
