The produce is good quality. The workers at the deli and those stocking the shelves are consistently rude and aggressive. Simply asking for a pound of some chicken, a sandwich at the deli, or the code to the bathroom seems to be too much for some people. The cashiers are nice though.

I really like this particular location of SPROUTS, the staff is always really friendly, it is always clean and kept well. I even recently just discovered that they make excellent sandwiches for lunches that are inexpensive compared to the rest of Boulder. If you have not tried their deluxe sandwich with the chip and a drink for $8.00 I highly suggest you do so it is that good!It’s hard to believe that this particular location is not packed, they do it so well here!

Great place to stop for lunch. And the heat and eat ready to go meals are nice to have on busy days.Having a fresh sandwich made with chips and a drink cost the same as going somewhere for fastfood, but I think it tastes so much better to me ❤️❤️❤️The fish has been outstanding. Nice to have something lighter when the weather is so hot outside.The people have been amazing with the help they provide in finding items through out the store.

11/07/23: Left the women’s restroom, only to witness in just enough time one of your cashiers follow behind me without washing her hands after use, and returned back to the work-floor (later on, I was told her name was Elise—she didn’t have her name tag on).I’m honestly appalled. Is this seriously your guys’ standard for professionalism and hygiene within a workplace—especially a grocery store? That act alone is a health code violation.This store location already has several issues it needs to address (low product stock, poor treatment of staff, always one highly stressed cashier operating up front, lines out the doors, etc), but never had I thought I’d witness something on THIS level. Absolutely disgusting. Safe to say that I’ll be shopping elsewhere for my fresh produce.This Sprouts store location (2525 Arapahoe Ave) seriously needs to get its act together. Maybe if you paid/treated your staff better and educated them properly on how to behave (and practiced industry-standard cleanliness), there won’t be these kinds of issues.Best of luck. You all just lost yourselves a customer.

Probably one of the worst Sprouts I've ever been too. The shelfs are constantly empty, lines are easily 5 people long and employees blocking aisles while stocking at the busiest hours. If it weren't for the low prices on produce I wouldn't bother stopping by but now even that impossible to buy since they are constantly out of stock. It's like management doesn't want to make money at this store.

The head cashier Ellie had a very nasty attitude from the moment we started. Very passive aggressive and had the nerve to ask for my name after I asked for hers to report her poor behavior. I don’t feel comfortable shopping here after such an aggressive experience.Which sucks because the people on the floor were really amazing at helping me find what I needed

What is the matter with these stores not staffing enough?? Is just 6pm and no one at any aisle stocking or helping for anything. If You have to find something specific and You don't know where is at You make might have to walk the store 50 times before finding anything or getting any assistance if any. Why is there never a manager on the floor ever ? You are a multimillionaire store chain. Act like one!!!

I mainly go to Sprouts for the fresh produce and the filtered water. I have seen 2 different water dispensers at Sprouts. One the you pay via a machine and if you don't have cash, it there is a 50 cent surcharge ever time you use your card on top of the higher cost per gallon. This place does not have that system...you just fill it up and pay at the register. I drove a little further to get my water here because of this.

I've never thought to leave a review for a grocery store, but I feel that I must now—because the staff at this Sprouts (and everyone I've been to) is SO wonderful!I got some help from Serena, who also helped me at the checkout line, and her kindness made my day. That sounds cheesy, but like, really. I interacted with a few others, and they just seem truly happy in that good environment. (And it's impossible not to love the bulk goods—endless trail snacks—the muffins, and produce.) Super recommend

This store has not changed in the last 3 years and only gotten worse. Every single time I come to do a large grocery shop, I get home to find items are double charged, not discounted as they state on the shelves, or something is past its expiration date. Sale and “discontinued” items ringing up full price almost every time. This seems to be a sales tactic because I have brought this issue up to the manager more than one time. This is false advertising and deceptive practice with malice and intent. this particular location deceives a customers and only fixes the matter when they are called out on that item specifically.Furthermore, I’m always finding mold on my berries whether they are organic or conventional. One time my sprouts bag of spinach had leaves covered in bug eggs! And if you want your meat to last more than 1 day you better freeze it because they will happily sell you meat with a “best by” date of the following day. Sprouts employees stand around and talk in the middle the aisles and leave boxes infront of items your shopping for as they wander around the store doing nothing but awkwardly getting in the way of customers at peak busy hours. Do not waste your money or time here.

Good deals on local fruits & vegetables. A VAST selection of bulk items. Fully prepared meals, high quality deli & Rotisserie cooked foods. Fresh sushi selection. They even have great dairy & snack aisles, full of options that all keep your health in mind yet still keep your wallet flexible where it needs to be.

This place needs an express lane or self-checkout. Don’t try to swing by on a lunch break as you’ll probably spend the majority of it waiting in line while the lady in front of you argues with the cashier over the price of her essential oils. Everything else about this place rocks, but it all comes crumbling down when you’re waiting to be rung up with 5-8 other parties.

We love Sprouts for their fresh produce and eclectic boxed and canned offerings. Waaaay cheaper than Whole Foods and the quality is superb. The staff is relaxed, knowledgable and helpful.

I guess so, because 2 employees literally tried to walk over me while they were deeply engaged in their conversation, I don’t think I met their definition of “human” as there was no acknowledgement of my existence. Also “you have to have the app to get on sale prices it’s been like that forever…” no thanks

Sushi Wednesday is a great deal and they have awesome specials. Staff members are attentive and customer service oriented. Sprouts also has the best looking food you've ever seen. So beautiful that the veggies look fake

They had my coffee, fish and cheese in stock. The Lafayette location doesn't offer these things so I have to go into Boulder. The staff was also very friendly even bringing me my lunch meat at the fish counter since I was in a wheelchair. The store is attractive and easy to navigate.

This store is huge and always has about 10 employees walking around, yet one cashier (maybe two). Expect to wait 15 minutes to check out. It is time to invest in self check out.

Never enough cashiers. Tired of waiting in line. Going to new grocery store with self check out or more cashiers. Sprouts is only one block from my aprtment but I won’t be shopping here until they fix thisAlso the fish is never that fresh, goes bad if not immediately used. Can’t even keep the salmon for one dayAlso closing the west door at night is such a hassle, especially if you’re on foot and strapped for time. I’ve not had time to walk over to the east side and so was not able to shop

Don’t give me my receipt, I went back for my receipt for the first time, said it’s in my bag, I checked my bag again and it’s not there, I went back to the counter for the second time, asked me to wait for a few minutes, they will print a receipt for me from the office, didn’t have the time for it. It is ridiculous that as a customer I don’t get a receipt!

This Sprouts has a strange organization, and I find it hard to understand the layout. The staff are very friendly and helpful, fortunately. I seem to come here when I can't find what I'm looking for at Natural Grocers or Whole Foods. They had the organic corn meal I was looking for, a particular yogurt a friend requested, and the brown sugar Swerve, which I use as my main sweetener.

I stopped shopping here after too many unfavorable experiences. Most of the staff is not friendly or helpful. There was one guy in produce that was always ready to help but he ending up leaving because of the poor management here. The very last time I shopped here, I waited 30 minutes in line because they only had one register open. It is ridiculous and they clearly do not value their customers. Another time, I could smell cigarette smoke very strongly on one of the cashiers. The employees are clearly not treated very well because they are never happy. One time when I was being checked out, a manager came over and yelled at the cashier because apparently earlier she had taken a quick bathroom break. It was very unprofessional for the manager to do this right in front of a customer. And I felt bad for the cashier. I personally would not tolerate being treated like that. And because of all of this, I do not want to support a business that does not value or treat their employees and customers well. Not to mention the produce is not that great! I stopped purchasing their meat as well because it smelled rotten. So not worth the hassle. I shop elsewhere now.
