We trust them 100% to offer the best and safest product available. We have purchased from them through the lifespan of 4 giant breed dogs and 4 cats. No one in the store would help me with my Standard Poodle's food. My wife and I took him after a family member who owned Asher died. I really needed help with finding him some food. They were not busy, in fact I was the only customer in the store. Then another customer comes in with her dog OFF LEASH and it attacked Asher. (He was on a leash) The lady who owned the dog who bit mine dismissive and obviously friends with lady who wouldn't help me as they both nodded at each other like it was not a problem that her off leash dog bit mine. It was just weird. I finally got some help by the resident French Bulldog's person, while she admitted she knew nothing about food for my dog. I ended up getting some fancy beef patties that she feeds her dog. Best I could do, and to think I actually left Petsmart expecting to support local business and have a good experience at PC's Pantry. My experience was sub par at best, completely soul destroying 💔 at the worst. ...UPDATE : The next time I went in the experience was totally different. Everyone super helpful, guess everyone has a bad day.

I'd rather 6+ stars if u could! Amazing staff (both human and not).This place is a hidden gem! My dog knows where we are when we get close! He loves the homemade treats, the wide selection of plushie toys and chew toys! There are cats roaming around and my dog loves it! But just a heads up if your dog is not a kitty fan!!! My pup recommends the "nothing-to-hyde" bones, a great alternative to rawhide bones! Decently priced as well!

I love this place. They have the best customer service and products here. Today I went in and they were out of the food I needed. Meanwhile, the pet supply delivery guy was dropping off loads of food including what I needed. The staff were SO busy answering phones, helping customers, etc. but Colleen took the time to unload one of the pallets so that I would be able to leave with what I came in for. And in the midst of all the chaos (that they were managing so well), she even took the time to send us home with their famous complimentary homemade cookies for my pup.

My new little adoptee Sammie was reacting to something and we couldn't figure out what it was. We took him to the vet and started looking for a feline dermatologist. Then I walked into PC.'s Pantry and talked to Mary Lee. I didn't expect her to be able to solve the issue but she did. I mean even the vet didn't think it was food. Mary Lee suggested a venison diet without fish which is in so many cat foods. So this was the change after a month. Sammie has never had softer fur and is now playing all the time. It took him a while to enjoy the venison but patience played a big part and now he loves it!

For 11+ years Delilah and I come see Mary Lee for everything dog! Mary Lee is the dog whisperer! My Delilah loves coming in to see her and her team. And, the buffalo sticks are the best treat ever! Thanks Mary Lee 🐾💕

I love the both the service and the products at this locally owned shop. I know I can get well informed advice on products and problems when I need it for my furry family (a dog and a senior cat). This is my "go to" place for anything I need for my beloved pets. Thank you, PC's!

I used to be a big fan of this store. However, I can't say that anymore. Per my vet's instructions, I switched to a dog food that this store does not carry. I had recently received my bonus bag of the old dog food. I tried to return the bag for store credit, and they refused to offer me any compensation, even though they could easily resell the bag at market price. The lady who I talked to was particularly stubborn, and inflexible. It didn't make sense at all, especially since I was a long time customer, and had spent hundreds of dollars at the store. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Love this place!! All the workers and managers are super nice! They have quality food for both cats and dogs, great varieties! My pup got spoiled while we were there, she got lots of treats from the workers. They are very kind, know what they're doing and are amazing people. The store is laid out well and functions great!

They have always been pretty friendly here and they have great quality products. If you ever want to bake a cake for your furry friend there the place to go. Baked treats all day, they smell so good makes me hungry. I really appreciate the baggie of treats they give you when you buy food from them, I know my dogs love the treats. Great reward program too.

I just spent a while here and ended up with way more bags of dog treats than I'd intended. They've just got so many great choices, and something about the coziness of the place, the ease of finding things, and the employees' obvious love for animals makes it a fun and pleasant place to shop for our dog. They keep records of food/dates so it's easy to ensure consistency (or variety). I'd highly recommend this place over other more corporate varieties.

Awesome local pet store with good selection of pet food/treats/goodies and other necessities for cats and dogs. Employees are always so friendly and helpful, and the fur-employees are the best greeters. There are homemade dog treats that big hits, and look yummy too. There is a selection of raw food for both cat and dog, and other canned and dry options as well. Always a real treat to shop at, I would definitely recommend.

I went in in search of treats for my grand dogs and had knowledgeable help from a women at the register. She informed me that some of my choices would last 1 minute, so I put them back and picked the ones that would last for 10! Thanks!I've purchased healthy dry food for my grand dogs and healthy treats! Our puppy was having digestive problems and they recommended a quality dog food that seemed to really help her. They also have a nice selection of bones and snacks for your dog. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their products. They have house-made treats and welcome pets in their store (so if you have a leash reactive pet you probably shouldn't take them with you). They do have a rewards system for buying pet food and offer free treats when you do buy a bag of food. Our dogs love their freeze-dried buffalo!

Locally owned business that stocks a really wide variety of cat and dog food and supplies. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I really try to avoid going to the big box stores - I'm sure they are cheaper but I like knowing that my money is staying local. I've had nothing but good experiences here and will continue to be a customer as long as I live in Boulder.

This place is great. They have all sorts of cool pet stuff, for dogs and cats. I like to buy cat treats at PC.'s Pantry because they're much more natural than a lot of the treats you would find at the supermarket. They have high-quality, more natural dog and cat foods as well. You can buy some lung chunks or a cute jacket for your Mini Yorkie Poo. They have really fun cat toys. And the best part is, there are dogs there that you can pet! They are so nice there! You can buy homemade dog treats at the register. They also have a wide variety of dog chewies made from animal parts. They also have pet supplements and kitty litter. Getting in and out of the location is easy enough and there is ample and easy parking.
