This is a wonderful store! I've been ordering from them online from New Jersey for several years. They were the only online pet food company I knew about who would sell single cans at that time. Today, I am in Boulder visiting and came in the store in person. I got excellent help. I found some high-quality cat foods at competitive prices. They didn't have everything I was looking for, but they had much more of what I wanted than the chain stores carry.

They did ship my dog food order after two days but I did call them. The order arrived three days later and no problems or complaints. However, I do not like the people who answer the phone. Before I could finish saying thank you, she hit the disconnect button. Don't like their tone and they seem to have attitudes.At this point I am going to keep my dog on this food but will be buying it from another source. It's their business and they can do as they wish, my money and I can spend it somewhere else.

Absolutely amazing establishment. Our cat is very picky and usually doesn’t like new treats. They let us return as many of his rejects as we need. So we don’t have to worry a fancy treat won’t work and we’re stuck with a whole bag. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Not overly expensive either. All around just a really nice experience.

Best pet store!! I’ve been coming here for years to pick up my cat food and now that I have a puppy, we’re even more frequent customers. If you want a quality product at a fair price, with a staff that is very friendly and always welcoming, then you need to make Only Natural Pet your place to shop.I travel from Thornton to Boulder weekly to pick up my pups food, and today (for no reson at all) they surprised me with a gift basket.Love this store and their team.Thanks to everyone at Only Natural Pet!!!

Just had a second delivery failure of an auto ship dog food product, which prompted me to make a third call to ONP customer service. My first instance of non-delivery was handled professionally, pleasantly, and 100% to my satisfaction, by a female associate. My second call was to inquire why the dog food I customarily buy, and wanted to put on auto delivery, was unavailable. The male representative on the other end of the call was a bad example of good customer service. Which brings me to my recent call to ONP due to my second auto ship delivery failure. The male on the other end of that call was also a bad example of good customer service. This time I asked to be transferred to management, left a voice message for the manager and, as yet, have not heard back from him. If the dog food I prefer to buy was available elsewhere, I would not spend my money ordering it directly from ONP - interestingly, during my first unpleasant phone conversation with ONP, the representative told me the product I wanted to put on auto ship was unavailable because it was “being discontinued”. Also interestingly, I was able to set up auto delivery of that “being discontinued” product during a subsequent online try🤔Bottom line, I don’t know anything about Boulder, Colorado other than that’s where ONP is located, and the fact that the really bad company representatives outnumber the good ones, based on my actual experiences.Response to ONP response: I did think to ask your associate, who told me that my preferred dry dog food product was being discontinued, if ONP would replace the discontinued product with an equivalent or superior product, or could he recommend a similar product - his answer, “No” period; as I said in my original review, a bad example of good customer service

Bought an amazing dog bone here! The assistant Jillian was so helpful, she helped me to pick out the perfect product! The dog bone has made my dog happy because she recently had to have her eyes removed and this bone is the perfect distraction! Thanks Jillian, you are the best

Love this store!! I ONLY shop here for all my dog's food, toys and supplements.They always have amazing sales and bargain items (especially if you sign up for their newsletter.) I completely trust all the ingredients in their food and health products that they sell. The staff is incredibly knowledgable (and honest) about all of their products. The staff is also incredibly warm and friendly, and you are sure to be greeted by a dog or cat when you walk in the door. Can't say enough good things about the products and the staff here!

Only Natural Pet Store is a precious gem. They have ample selection, and their staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was immediately greeted at the door and offered help any time I looked lost (which happens!) They are even up to date on recalls! The customer ahead of me was there exchanging and asking questions, and they had all the dates and lot numbers and everything handled like pros. If you care about your pet, they will help you do it! I will be returning soon!

Love this store! The staff is always helpful and great to talk to about products. I always get my goat milk here, also love to try new and different products like broths, supplements, and treats. Excellent and realistic selection. Everything is reasonably priced for the quality.

This place is great. Not only does it have a wide variety of things for our dogs. They seem to be decently priced. This is my second or third time to the store. The younger gent that greeted us and chatted for a bit about the oils I was looking for was great; however, the conversation I had with the very personable, funny, as well as, a well educated young lady at the counter was preferred.(she should probably get a raise!!!!) The gentleman that joined in on the conversation was equally knowledgeable. When I can go somewhere like this and have an amazing experience instead of a mundane experience ( like those at bigger corporate stores). I will always support and come back to this store.

Great concept/store with extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly, informed staff. I recently started researching raw diets for cats online and had more questions than answers. I stopped by yesterday afternoon and the young lady who greeted me answered all of my questions and went out of her way to educate me on all they had to offer. Its like every time I go in there I get a bunch of free samples and/or a huge discount. The prices are a little higher than where I used to shop, but they have frequent sales, and the membership gives a lot of great discounts. With their frequent 20% off sales the food actually comes in cheaper or equal to most places.They have a great selection of toys, treats, and accessories for you pets. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It seems like a very small group of dedicated employees.

If we have a question, we send an email and they are timely to answer the question and suggest helpful advice. We adore this place. We have a 17 year old cat who is allergic to something that must be in all processed foods. As a result we have been mixing and feeding her raw meat for years. Only Natural pet has been helpful throughout the process. Whenever we've needed to change brands or meats or whatever to accommodate our beloved pet's ridiculous needs, the employees at this shop have been all over it. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend this shop to anybody who loves their pets as much as we do. :-)

I went to the store to get my dog's favorite food and wasn't disappointed. They had a bigger selection of flavors of his food than the other places I normally get his food.The store was somewhat wheelchair accessible but due to being a small store some isles were a bit hard to navigate but not impossible. They have a couple of store dogs there 1 big and 1 small that are friendly.

The people here are very friendly and helpful, especially about what to feed Siamese cats whose tastes seem to change a lot. You can bring back the unopened cans, no questions asked, even the open can they did not like. Super nice place.
