Marshall's is a great store, along with her sister stores, TJMaxx and Home Goods. The aisles are wide and inviting and the store is well laid out and well organized. This store is big and has a wide variety of merchandise, from clothing for the entire family, toys, pet supplies and pet toys, cell phone cases and cords, faux house plants, candles, home goods, shoes, purses, etc. We made several purchases and are delighted with our finds. Well done!

Love the prices but wow they hire the worst people. It's either mean old white ladies or disinterested young folks. Nobody who works there wants to be there. I still go but try to avoid eye contact!

Great staff! I rarely ever like to write reviews but a young gentleman named Donny I believe was super friendly and helpful- I just had to shout to him out!! It’s hard to find such genuine people working in this industry. Will definitely be back due to the awesome customer service he displayed with me <3

Lately I’ve noticed their shelves just bare and not full like they used to be. The employees are helpful and the store is clean. But it’s a little annoying never being able to find men’s clothing my size while there are 27 racks of women’s clothes.

Everything, even in clearance, was so overpriced. The going rate for a shirt or a pair of pants was $40 a piece. In clearance. I didn't even have the nerve to look at the regular prices. The staff was even unhappy. They looked like they worked in a sweatshop. Also I was rushed out of the store oh, but I was forced to wait in the beginning because they were doing an inventory check. I was not happy with my purchase, especially considering that I paid for an item that did not get bagged and was left at the store. I just lost money and wasted my time. I will not be returning.

As always, I found great clothes at great prices. My 5-star rating is more for the people of Boulder. A homeless, barefoot man in the check out line was struggling to pay for inexpensive slippers and three people offered to purchase them. He was moved and grateful, and so was I.

I came in to return two products which were nails. One of them did not workout as they ALL fell off. So I was not happy with the items. One was never used so I told the clerk I understand if you can’t or if it needs to go on store credit. (Although online says “if you don’t like it return it” and that it is easy). The employee calls over a manager as if it was a big deal and the manger said she would make an exception because “it’s weird” and that they normally don’t do that. I felt so embarrassed! I’m a manager and do returns every single day and would never say this to a customer. I’m glad my items were returned but the way it was handled was very unprofessional and degrading. I usually hate to complain but maybe more leadership training would help.

I went in here after having a terrible day of shopping and was very pleasantly surprised. I was looking for bathing suits and they had a small selection but a ton of items in one of my favorite brands. I had picked up 16 items to try and the fitting room attendant was very nice and let me split up my things and held things for me while I finished up. At checkout, the cashier that checked me out was wonderful. She engaged in conversation and I thanked her by name, which was Maya S., to which she asked my name and introduced herself. It was a great experience after having such a bad day elsewhere.

Great place to go for big markdowns on well known brands, and some you may not have heard of. Especially good spot for buying shoes! I also love their kitchen department. Beyond pots and pans, there are great hostess gifts and decorations as well.

Thai store is really going down the toilet. Staff looks totally unmotivated to work hard, only 1-2 people at the check out line. Racks picked over. If you’re understaffed start paying people a decent salary !

Employees are lovely and the prices are unbeatable. I’ve shopped at Marshall’s for decades and I always leave with whatever I need, whether it’s candles, pajamas, workout supplies or bed sheets. I’ve been shopping at this Marshall’s for 5 years and this is definitely one of the best I’ve visited.

I love this store; I have been shopping here for years. Unfortunately, there is an occasional store attendant (fitting rooms), with a terrible attitude. Last year she directly asked if I hadn’t removed the price tags from the clothing items I had tried and today, she aggressively yanked a pair of pants and a number sign from my hands. I hope this is not a case of racial bias and/or discrimination.

Ran into Marshalls quick to check out exercise items. Felt very safe and was able to socially distance from other shoppers. Appreciate Marshalls staff taking care and making my experience very comfortable.

I've never been to a marshalls untill today everything was well put together nice and clean floors and not that many people there which was good the bathrooms were also clean aswell and the best part is I found the addidas socks I've been looking I even tried on amazon and they didnt have them and this place did I will be coming back again for the awsome prices.

one of the casher asked for me to join the credit card four times, even though I repeatly said" no thank you and not today". Is it a kind of Asian discremination or what? I had a bad day in Marshalls today.

This is one of the worst Marshalls I have ever seen!. This location does not have alot to offer for men. They also don't have much shoes and sneakers like the other locations. This Marshalls is also super expensive and their prices are jacked up. If your a woman there is plenty, but you will pay more at this location. I also noticed cologne for men being super expensive. They did have alot of socks to offer. If your a guy go elsewhere!.
